Tree House Restaurante

Really cool restaurant with an actual tree inside, wrapping around. When seated upstairs you are literally enclosed around the tree so if it rains, rain will pour inside. Friendly service and they are quick too. Bathroom is nice and clean. Bae and I had a nice lunch here, after hiking in the Monteverde cloud forest. Natural jugos were so refreshing and yummy. Definitely something we researched prior to arriving to the country and grateful we got to enjoy a meal together.

We ate here one night during our trip and the food was incredible! Carlos our server was also incredible and provided wonderful service! He was very attentive! The live music also created such a great atmosphere. Would absolutely come back.

There are no words for the beautiful and odd inspiring atmosphere of this restaurant. A real tree grows in the center surrounded by a spiral staircase. You really feel like you're in the canopy. Our waitress Karol was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Great service. I have to recommend the housemaid seltzers. It's really like the best mocktail I've ever had, and I don't drink so I have a lot of mocktails. This one stands far and beyond above the rest. I recommend Island Breeze- pineapple, mint, complex flavors, truly delicious. My partner got La Pizza Diabla and said it was fantastic. I just got white rice due to having an upset stomach and it was still the best rice I've ever had. Definitely come here, it's definitely worth a visit when you're in Monteverde!

Ronaldo took such great care of us! He was so kind and attentive, we felt so welcomed. We came to treehouse after our long monteverde cloud forest and el tigre hike day and it was just what we needed. We felt so welcome and the space was beautiful for dinner. They have live music nightly and we thoroughly enjoyed being serenaded. The tree is impressive and has such a large presence centering the restaurant. I ordered the beef tenderloin and it was cooked PERFECTLY. Definitely a must-do!

Johnny was absolutely amazing! This was our first time visiting Costa Rica and he made the experience so worth it! Very attentive, wonderful disposition, and amazing person! He had the singer sing happy birthday to my sister once he heard it was her birthday and even preformed a magic trick! Absolutely made this trip worth while. The restaurant was beautiful, clean, and food was delicious!

My family and I are visiting Costa Rica and heard great things about this place and it really lived up to the hype. Our server Carlos was phenomenal and did a great job recommending food and drinks and talking with all of us. He had a great smile and made sure our experience was top tier. The food was great, the drinks were delicious and the live music was great. Overall loved the dinner!!!

This is probably the best restaurant I've been to in Costa Rica. The food was so good and affordable. The steak was cooked to the perfect medium rare. The beef stew was tasty and tender. The drinks were delicious thanks to Alfredo, our bartender. Our waiter, johnny, was so nice and fast with our food and drinks. You should ask him to show you his trick after!

The food here was amazing. I got the chicken dish and the sauce was to die for. Our server was Johnny and he was always checking on us to make sure we were good. We also celebrated my friends birthday and they really surprised her! Would definitely come back here again if we ever visit Costs Rica.
