We had an incredible evening at Tree Tops, enjoying the Embers of Earth and Ocean tasting menu. Every course was beautifully thought out, but our highlights were the Oyster, the Tiger Prawn Ceviche, the Wagyu, and the dessert — each one a perfect balance of flavour and presentation.
The mignardises were a lovely finale, and the coconut and white chocolate one completely stole our hearts.
A huge thank you to Maya and Golf for their amazing service — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring — and to Jo, who crafted some of the best cocktails we’ve had in Thailand. The Mook and Gaitok (White Lotus inspired) were simply outstanding.
Tree Tops is one of those rare dining experiences that feels both special and personal — unforgettable from the first bite to the last sip.
