Treebo Ambassador

we stayed for 3 nights in 1st week of january during Ahmedabad visit.Small hotel with limited rooms but service and cleaniness was top class. Especially the breakfast, limited items but very tasty. We ordered food in room which was quick and very tasty. Centrally located for all site seeing. close to riverfront.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and stress-free. Even after I had checked out, they kindly allowed me to park my car on the property, and to my surprise, they even helped load and unload items from my car while I wasn’t around(I handed over my car keys to them). The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and any request I made was handled promptly with genuine courtesy. The professionalism of the staff really stood out, making my stay memorable. Without a doubt, I will be booking this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The staff from entrance to exit is really appreciated we were there for about 6 days in these days we have experienced as we were at home we were surrounded with Happy,dedicated and professional staff.I will personally recommend stay once,you will feel difference. Every day our Rooms got cleaned.what so ever we asked in breakfast the staff dedicatedly deliverd there services. Last but not least the Gate keeper is awesome and I was really happy how he take care of customers.

The best part about the hotel was the staff and service; from Managerial down to service staff - prompt and efficient. Even at midnight, we rcvd prompt service. Room was cozy and comfortable. Nitpicking: I wish it's restaurant had non-veg lunch n dinner menu. Only breakfast menu has egg on it.

1. Will start with washrooms, all over leakages, no response to several request on tap issues, shower taps not working toilet seats displaced, also short height vs regular height - reason that desk manager gave is architecture designed it we dint and no heed paid to change room, 2. Room in pictures are better vs reality. 3. Staff is ok. 4. Watchman is very good and vigilant about his duty. 5. Linens are good. 6.worn out furniture 7. Location is best. 8. Price paid was 3k per night is too way costly for such property.

Twp rooms were booked for 25th jan. Checked in at around 1.30 AM in 303 & 305 (26th morning). Room no 305 was in deplorable conditions. No a/c no ventilation. Bathroom was stinking. Even entire room was filled with foul smell.

Booked my stay at Ambassador Hotel through Trebbo. The location is convenient, close to the Sabarmati Riverfront, which is a plus. Breakfast was simple with only one option each day, but it was tasty. However, the rooms felt quite old, and the fittings seemed like they might break anytime. The lift was not working and felt very outdated. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the condition of the rooms and facilities despite the good location.

Stayed here on short trip and must commend on the fantastic service i got. From frontline staff Milan & Vishnu to supporting staff from room service, kitchen and the helpful security bhaiyas- thank you. Felt very safe
