Treebo Premium Akshaya Mahal Inn

Due to the holiday season, we were compelled to pay ₹26,500 for a 2-day stay across two rooms. The price increase was quite steep and does not seem justified. This accommodation would be reasonably priced at around ₹12,000 for two days for two rooms. The breakfast provided was very basic, though acceptable. Complimentary drinking water was inadequate, only 1 litre per room per day was provided, whereas at least 1 litre per person should have been supplied. As a result, we had to purchase additional water despite paying a premium tariff. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and required immediate attention. Basic complimentary amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and soaps were not provided. Additionally, the rooms were not cleaned on the second day of our stay. Overall, while the stay was safe, it was neither comfortable nor luxurious, and it did not meet expectations for the amount charged.

The hotel is close to Zoo, Aquarium and Mysuru palace. Location is just perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean too. The staff is helpful and polite. The breakfast spread was limited and not that great. Would loved it it had more options. Overall the stay was comfortable and good.

My wife and myself stayed there on15th and 16th oct . The booking experience was very good. Billing was hassle free. Staff were very courteous. For that tarrif I think they provided very good service. Good parking facility. only draw back is they don't serve south food for dinner. South Indian thali was good for lunch.

Treebo Premium Akshaya is one of the best rooms in Mysore. The location is near to the Mall and accessible easily. Dedicated car parking available. Rooms are good and well maintained. Breakfast complimentary was good. Overall pleasant stay..

This is extremely close to all the places in Mysuru. Extremely friendly staff, attached restaurant that serves unlimited complimentary breakfast, room delivery of food, travel desk headed by My Mahesh who booked cab for local visit despite peak season, neat and clean, well maintained hotel rooms, and good Karnataka Kaveri Brand products in a shop adjacent to reception for reasonable price, all are good. You will want to return to the hotel for sure..

Rooms had alcohal like stinking smell. Free breakfast was not good, they should rather charge and give better breakfast. Outdated interiors, needs renovation. Rooms and Bathrooms were clean, staff were very nice & service was good.

States for 2 nights recently & had a terrible time. The rooms are decent but there's absolutely no insulation. On one night there were a few other guests who were speaking & chatting outside their rooms till 1 a.m & we just couldn't sleep. Even after calling the reception they did nothing. You can literally hear every word!. Bathrooms need some upkeep & the AC system is wierd it works as per it's mood. This wasn't expected from a treebo hotel.

This is one of the best option with budget friendly rooms and multiple location access within minumum distance range from this hotel. The extra benefit is the pure veg restaurant of this hotel. Staff behaviour is superb and we liked the hospitality here. Food taste is also good. Morning complimentary breakfast options has variety of south indian dishes which was great in taste too. Rooms are cozy and has different city views.
