I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is excellent, very convenient and accessible. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant stay. The service and staff were courteous and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, the food was of average quality—nothing special, just okay. The bathroom was also average, and I was a bit concerned to learn that they use recycled water in the bathroom, which might not sit well with everyone. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're prioritizing location and service over luxury or dining quality.

Easy access to tourist places.||Limited option tastier Buffet Breakfast at Akshaya Restaurant situated in the Ground Floor. Restaurant staff were courteous.||Spacious parking in the basement. Worth for money.||I recommend this property for people travelling with family and/or friends.||

The property is in a good location, close to Nexus Mall and Mysuru town. While the reception area is well-maintained, the rooms and common areas are not properly maintained. The building is old, and although the bathroom was cleaned, fixtures like the commode and shower area appear worn out. Car parking is limited, and only vegetarian food is served. Room cleanliness was below expectations. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had very limited options and the taste was disappointing.

We had an amazing stay! The customer service was top-notch, and the staff were super friendly. Our room was spotless and cozy, and the complimentary breakfast was a great perk – plenty of options to choose from. The location was super convenient, too, with the train station and scooter rentals just a stone's throw away. We'd definitely recommend this place for its great service and awesome amenities.

Perfect choice for family stay. Close to tourist spots and just 100mts away from Forum mall. Excellent service. They do have interconnect rooms which is suitable and comfortable for family stay just like they were for us. They just need to improve the food quality. Rest all good. 9 out of 10. That -1 is for food taste.

The hotel is neat and service was very professional. Food was good👍🏼. Kishore from the Front desk was polite and work extra mile for customer satisfaction. Only thing that has to change is the Hotel should give/post/publish direct contact number of the Hotel, not some lengthy IVR call sessions.

I had booked a stay for 1 night and due to an emergency, I requested the hotel people to move my booking by a day or the same day next week if that was appropriate for them but it was declined and this is bad. Sometimes customers have emergencies at home and i think considering this was a week day (Monday) booking the hotel staff could have accommodated it. Complete lack of empathy and customer service at its worst.

I stayed here for 2 nights, Friday and Saturday nights. Pros: 1) The rooms are very spacious and with inbuilt air conditioning. The bathrooms too are big. 2) Location is very good, within city, near a mall infront of a wide road. 3) They have covered parking space for 2, 4 wheelers which can accomodate I think 15+ cars. 3) The cost is very reasonable of rooms as well as food. 4) The staff is very prompt, helpful and courteous. 5) They have complimentary veg breakfast which is very decent. Options include idly, Vada, sambhar, chutney, bread, tea, coffee, and 2 more dishes which changes. We got Set dosa + sagu one day and namkeen sevaiya + tamarind rice on other day. 6) The in-house restaurant also have tasty veg dishes for lunch and dinner. Garlic naan, Butter roti, paneer butter masala we had in dinner. 7) They allow Swiggy/Zomato deliveries as well Considerations: Don't expect gym or walking areas within the hotel - These are non essential amenities but incase looking for these, choose some other hotel. This hotel serves perfectly the precise purpose of a reasonably priced hotel.
