Treebo provided good hospitality, rooms were neat & clean. Their service was also good,but main difficulty was in parking, it was in some underground chamber so conjusted & there were no proper lights in darkness. Place is cozy & had an good experience.The road in front of the hotel is narrow Lane and it's not tared. Meenakshi temple is very near to this .

Excellent budget hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the boy who picked up our luggage. We booked a room for 3 people to stay, it was equipped with 2 TVs, the bathroom was very spacious and very clean plus they included regular toilet kit. The hotel provided complementary breakfast which was decent. They extended our checkout time by an hour but didn't go beyond that when we initially asked for. However, they extended to keep our baggage in the reception so we can go around the town and pick them during our way back home. When we came back, they allowed us to fresh up in the same room we checked in earlier since it was still vacant.

Let me start by saying please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL There's absolutely no Pros to mention. Here's the list of cons: 1. There's no parking space. You need to park a km away by paying extra 2. You need to carry your luggage into your room on your own. There is some 15 steps at the entrance. Good luck with those heavy bags. 3. If your check in time is 12 PM, they will be ready by 3 PM if not 4 PM 4. Let's not even start with the rooms.. 5. None of the rooms have any access to sunlight or wind. In short, no windows. 6. Cleanliness is something they don't know. 7. They don't change mattresses, pillow covers. 8. Public bathroom smells better. Trust me. 9. Hot water is a luxury. Available for 20-30 mins. 10. Air conditioning unit leaks. Don't be surprised to find your floor wet after 4 hours of operation. 11. Toilet commode is as dirty as it can be. 12. Find hairs, used tissues of previous occupants in abundance. We were a group of 24 and had booked 8 rooms. People on lower floors complained of water leaking from the bathrooms in the upper floors. Do not spoil your holiday by even thinking about booking this hotel for your stay.

This hotel is located in narrow and congested lane. They also don't have parking space and you should park your car after few buildings in a public parking which is full most of the times. You have to pay for using public parking. In my room shower was not working and hot water was also not available. They promised you provide room at 12:00 PM but the hotel staff said wait for 10 minutes. Every time after waiting for 10 minutes, they said 10more minutes and 10 more minutes and on and on.. Finally the room was provided at 3:00PM. It was my third stay in treebo and this was the worst experience. I will never advise anyone to book accommodation in this hotel..

Very nice and clean. The food at restaurant and room service is great. Considering it's a budget hotel, it really exceeds expectations. The portion and serves of food items is very less, so you may have to order some dishes multiple times in case in a large group. It is next to Chennai Silks showroom which is a very famous shopping place in Madurai.

Terrible Experience. This hotel is very unhygienic. Everywhere there is dust. I don’t even think it is sanitised. There were no towels, tissue paper in the room. After asking they gave. Towels, Bedsheets, curtains everything is dirty. Bathroom is very dirty. After paying so much we expect some basic hygiene. That too in such tough covid time cleanliness is mandatory.

Very bad experience. AC was not effective, couldn't sleep 1 night. Too much power fluctuation and the shift to genset is not smooth, leading to inconvenience. Also, I Booked after calling to customer care. Tariff informed to me was 1649+tax for 1 night, but while checking out the hotel provided me bill mentioning tariff 1728+tax. Now I am busy discussing with the customer care instead of doing my regular work. Unreliable hotel. Not at all recommended to stay. Cheaters.

I came to this hotel with lot of expectations and right from the start one after the other turned out to be harrowing experience. In the picture they showed this hotel has dedicated underground parking but when I came there it was closed. They never told me prior about this, when I came there someone in reception said there is a common parking and I should park my vehicle there. In the common parking the guy was shouting and asked me to go away. somehow I convinced that guy and parked my car there. There was always someone smoking and the rooms were kind of stuffy, one cant get fresh air. only good thing about this place is its very near to all important temples in the area and accessible from Railway station. There are many better hotels with good parking nearby.
