28 Best Airbnb Los Angeles: The Most Stylish Spots to Stay in 2025 | Vogue

"High above Beachwood Canyon, this private, cabin-like space hosted by a Hollywood producer-slash-cameraman is cozy and humble in footprint, but reviewers often compare it to a treehouse thanks to crisp white-and-natural wood interiors and a sprawling view from the hills to the ocean. Close to Griffith Park and Brush Canyon Trail for a Hollywood sign hike—and with Beachwood Café nearby for lunch—it’s a 1-bedroom, 1-bath perch with a kitchenette and patio." - Nicole Kliest

Loudest building on the entire block. If you love EXTREMELY loud music blasting from the roof late into the night then you will love it here. The most inconsiderate property on the street which also neighbors some sketchy folk. Across the street I live in sound blocking windows and it’s coming through louder than my tv. Management pays no mind to the neighboring community but act like they are all about community. Super overpriced too. You can live alone for less. 🥴 2024: STILL HELL. People move in and out swiftly. Loud concerts all the time. Currently one going past midnight. Rude and disrespectful to the neighborhood. 4 months after your reply it’s WORSE than ever. Two nights in a row of music 5+ hours each night. This is all getting reported to the city. This cannot be legal.

Management is not good. We haven’t had WiFi in over 5 days and management has a lack of urgency getting it fixed. They installed a home router in the concrete basement which doesn’t even work. Other tenants here complain that their reviews are being removed. They haven’t updated their website, but this place is no longer for residents. It will be slowly moved over to a non profit Butterfly’s Haven, which will bring in new tenants who have mental disabilities who are at risk of homelessness (mind you this organization, from what I have heard from the community, is owned by the partner of the owner, Prophet Walker. Current tenants can choose to stay and live with the Butterfly Haven’s tenants or can break their lease. This is fine, but Treehouss has zero accountability. They don’t listen to their tenants paying close to 2k per room, I highly doubt that they will provide better conditions for this new group and I worry about their health and their lack of voice going forward. Mins you there are also other issues that they have prolonged addressing: Parking gate repeatedly breaking Mail theft, with a unsecured mail room where the door is almost always unlocked Leaks throughout the building Strip of amenities that were offered, some even on this website to this day! No more dining hall for the foreseeable future No more paid for community events (used to be given a stipend to put on events)

I've never lived here but I can speak to my experience in trying to live here. No matter how beautiful a place is, management can make or break that and this place is no different. Laura Feebles talked it up a good bit so I applied (a while back) and the communication from then on (that was consistent) became spotty. Laura refused to answer emails, except one, that told me I wasn't qualified. I asked a few more questions and was ignored, so I asked for her manager. Again, silence. I've already escalated this situation to the appropriate parties, including county and state officials. I doubt CEO Prophet Walker or Andres Torres would care but they have been contacted.

I went on a tour of Treehouse yesterday and was completely blown away. The space is GORGEOUS. The amenities are unheard of (laundry room/art studio, library, cafe, rooftop garden with 360 degree views of LA, etc). Treehouse is clearly an intentionally well built living space with tasteful high end design and a real homey feeling where incredible organic community is being established. An incredible living experience!! Building is unlike any other and everyone in the community is so kind. If you want to live in a place where your neighbors are more than just people you see in passing, check out Treehouse.

Yelp
What a cool apartment community complex! I have a friend who lives here, and this is the 3rd time I've visited. I don't have any knowledge of the rent pricing, so I'll only speak on what I saw. It appears to be a very community-working millennial create space! There are common spaces, and even in the laundry room, there's a literal studio setup where you can shoot content, auditions, videos, etc. I absolutely love it. I helped my friend shoot a self tape the last time around, and they came out perfectly! From the street, the building is gated off with a code, so it seems pretty safe! It's centrally located in Hollywood, so you'd be able to walk to places for sure! It's in Hollywood enough to be in-the-mix, but also close enough East to get to the interstate without a hassle. The rooms inside are okay. I wouldn't move to Hollywood because I prioritize my peace of mind, but this building seems to be a great concept!

Yelp
My favorite and old roommate had to move out cause they wanted to raise his rent 200 per month. Laundry is free which is cool, and they have a movie room which is sufficient .BUT be careful logging into the tv because people here will buy Movies on your account!!
