"There he is....Welcome Tater Tot!"
When they know your dog's name but not yours, I know we are in the RIGHT place! Only dog owners will understand.
Opening last week, this is Treehouse Hotel's first U.S. location. This Europe based brand with locations in London and Manchester is the BEST dog-friendly hotel in the Bay.
Welcome dog treats, plushy dog bed, bag of dog treats, food + water bowls, dog bandana, etc. Best of all...dogs stay for FREE!
In this economy? Pet fees usually range from $50-$250 so this is a win for dog owners.

Treehouse Hotel is inspired by childhood treehouses. Whimsical and playful.

Located in a business park, steps from Google's Sunnyvale Campus. The only drawback is it isn't very walkable. DT Sunnyvale is about 2.5 miles away (~9 minute drive). BUT, there's no need to leave the hotel with their dining options.

There's 8 deals. I took advantage of the "First Dibs" deal which offered up to 30% off room rate, free room upgrade, late check-out, and a $50 dining credit.

Treehouse Hotel took over the old Sheraton hotel and they did an amazing job with the transformation. There's three dining options, a beer garden with large scale games (connect four), meeting/event spaces, 24/7 rec center (w/ peloton bikes, weekly fitness classes), and more.
There's a nice pool with a hot tub and cabanas but it wasn't open during our stay.

No complimentary breakfast and currently, no room service.
(1) Backyard Café
Open for breakfast and lunch: Breakfast sandwiches and BYO lunch bowls. Array of grab 'n go items. Didn't try.
(2) Beer Garden
Over 30 beers on tap, wings, sausages, and pizza.
We tried their Wood Fired Wings, Lemon Pepper and Cajun (10 pc - $17) which were meaty, well-spiced, and delicious. Their Hot Dogs and Sausages w/ housemade chips ($12-$13) hit the spot!
(3) Valley Goat
Their crown jewel serving New American Cuisine with global influences from Stephanie Izard, the first female to win Top Chef and a James Beard Award winning chef. A destination resto, you won't find anything like this in Silicon Valley. Separate review to come.

We stayed in Room E106, the Patio King with a front view of the pool. Perfectly appointed and so freakin' cute! Cabin meets treehouse vibes.
(+) Comfy king bed with plushy but firm pillows.
(+) Great design with cute and thoughtful touches like snake book lights, motion sensor bathroom light, rotary phone, and vinyl records.
(+) Rainfall shower had good temperature and pressure.
(+) Retro mini fridge and Nepresso machine. Filtered water station at the end of the hallway entrance.
(+) HD Smart TV. Fast and consistent WiFi.
(+) Lots of outlets and bedside USB outlets.
(+) Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion had a pleasant smell. Soft towels.
(+) Robes, slippers, iron, ironing board, safe, and cordless lighted vanity mirror.
(+) Quiet a/c.
(-) No handle to pull dresser door open so be careful of breaking a nail.
(-) No patio gates.

5+ star hospitality from hotel staff. I wasn't able to get everyone's name but everyone from valet, front desk, and housekeeping were super kind and welcoming. Shout out to Amy, Renaldo, and Nate (Beer Garden) for your awesome hospitality.
Always appreciate a welcome note. Also, received a tote and reusable canteen.

$25 self parking or $30 valet. Plenty of Tesla charges.
Overall, we loved our stay at Treehouse Hotel and I already booked another one for next month's staycation!
