Treetops Hotel

We loved staying here! Audre the manager was so welcoming, made some great suggestions for things to do, was beyond helpful and organized, and very fun. The bed was very comfortable (firm Mattress) and the room was spacious. The location was perfect. Not far from the town center but quiet. It was nice to be able to watch the sunrise or sunset from the rooftop or the beach in front. The kitchen had the essentials for making simple meals which we did regularly. We would recommend Tree Tops for sure!

We just returned from a ten-day visit to Caye Caulker. It was a great visit in every respect. Our research led us to staying at Treetops Hotel. Everything we read about Treetops was accurate. We chose the Sunrise Suite because we wanted a balcony to look out over the water. Sunrise has plenty of space, a very comfortable bed, and a great shower. On really lazy mornings you can open the door, lay back in bed, and enjoy the breeze and the view. When the sun got warmer on the balcony we just went down to the pool. Every single person on the staff was friendly and helpful. And it is a sincere friendliness on their part. They gave great recommendations for places to eat and activities we might want to check out. And they were always right on target with their suggestions. We found it easy to walk anywhere from the hotel. In the morning I would hop on one of the bikes and pedal over to the bakery or Suggestion Gourmet to pick up some breakfast pastries. The Split is only a 20 minute walk, so your favorite bar or restaurant will be 20 minutes or less. Walking after dark is not a concern. Everybody is out doing the same. We are very happy about our visit to Caye Caulker and staying at Treetops was a major factor in making our time there so great.

I have stayed in most of the hotels at Caye Caulker as I grew up Belize and come back frequently. This place is great: there are large and modern rooms with kitchens. Everything looks new, beds are comfortable. There is a small beach and pool as well. It’s on the opposite end of the Split so you will need a bicycle or golf cart but definitely worth it. And definitely returning.

Beautiful, quiet hotel with great views and modern rooms (plenty of outlets, powerful AC unit, and modern smart TV). About 10 bikes to use on a first come, first served basis, and a beautiful roof top with hammocks to see the sunset / sunrise. Small pool is perfect for relaxing but is a bit small for energetic children. Only negative is there are no laundry facilities for guests, although I don't think any hotels on the Caye have them.

Audre helped coordinate my airport pick up and was able to accommodate me when my flight got delayed by a whole day. It is a 6-7 min walk away from the ferry port but she offered to have a golf cart pick us up and our luggage which was much needed after a long day. She also recommended local places to eat and where to swim around the Split. I greatly enjoyed my time here for my birthday.

I am happy with our stay. It was comfortable and enjoyable. Treetops is a boutique style hotel, so do not expect grand lobby or amenities of chain hotels. The property is on water front but there is no beach to swim or snorkel as there are only a few sandy beaches in Caye.

Hotel perfectly located close to the beach front. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfy and clean. Great place to enjoy the quirkiness of Caye Caulker.

Beautiful hotel awesome rooms with a view of the shoreline. Audrey was incredible. She helped us with anything we asked her to. She happily reached out to the golf cart folks and had them bring us one. Saved us looking around wasting time. We got settled and had a cart. Excellent accommodations and excellent staff supporting it!!!
