Treetops Hotel

WOW such a great hotel. Location was great the room so comfortable. Audre and Liz were fantastic so helpful and genuinely nice. Loved the bikes we could borrow. We had the treetop suite amazing view and so cute! We enjoyed the pool and rooftop hammocks. Can’t wait to come back.

This is one of the best hotels on Caye Caulker. It is far enough away from The Split that you don't get much noise, but it's still close enough to walk or ride the complimentary bikes, which we did a lot. There is complimentary water to fill your bottles with. Our host, Audrey, took excellent care of us and helped us with information about tours and the island. We'll definitely be coming back.

We spent two weeks at Tree Tops and were pleased with our choice. We stayed in the Sunrise Suite, which was a studio with terrace facing the ocean. There was a small refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee, cups, glasses and refillable water bottles. The room was nice, but we really missed having a kitchenette. The pool is small, but refreshing. The roof top has some seating and hammocks for sunrise and sunset views. Audre provides great service and was a great resource for excursions and bars/restaurants etc. Even though staff wasn’t on site 24/7, she was always available by WhatsApp. Angie provided great housekeeping services and was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is just south of town, and walkable to everything.

We really enjoyed our family vacation! Audre and her team were amazing and so helpful! The daily cleaning was exceptional and the pool well cared for even in the storm! And the bikes made it really fun to get around on the island.

We had a great stay at the Tree Tops Resort! The kids loved being able to use the bikes and they were helpful to get around. The view ontop of the building is amazing and it's a great spot to sneak away from the family for a moment of peace. All the employees are very helpful and assist to ensure you have the optimal stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time at treetops hotel and would highly recommend staying there! The room was lovely and in a great location, there was also free access to bikes. Audre was really helpful with booking trips and went above and beyond to help. Can’t wait to come back in the future!

This was the best hotel stay I've ever had. Audre and the staff made this vacation amazing. They decorated our room for my partners 40th and made they day so special. There's such a personal touch here that no other hotel I've ever stayed at comes close to. Attention to details, the grounds, the pool, and the view from our room were all incredible. The advice and help that Audre gave us to make our stay in Caye Caulker was so appreciated. This is an easy 5 star review and we would absolutely stay here again thanks to Audre and the wonderful staff!!

The room was clean and really good looking. The swimming pool is open until 9pm but we always had it all for ourselves and this truly gave a boost to our stay in Caye Caulker. The host was so kind and super helpful in giving advices and organizing activities for us.
