Treetops Hotel

This was the best hotel stay I've ever had. Audre and the staff made this vacation amazing. They decorated our room for my partners 40th and made they day so special. There's such a personal touch here that no other hotel I've ever stayed at comes close to. Attention to details, the grounds, the pool, and the view from our room were all incredible. The advice and help that Audre gave us to make our stay in Caye Caulker was so appreciated. This is an easy 5 star review and we would absolutely stay here again thanks to Audre and the wonderful staff!!

I had such a lovely stay at Treetops. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and hospitable. Audré ensured all of my transportation was secured before arrival and upon check out. The views were amazing, and the room & amenities were perfectly comfortable. I loved having bikes available when needed, although everything is super walkable from here, even as it's tucked away from the hustle and bustle. While the security cameras made me feel safe to a degree, seeing them at every turn on such a small property seemed slightly overkill. I would definitely return and recommend for a relaxing vacation!

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Tree Tops hotel. The Sunrise room is great with a large private balcony (facing the sunrise ☺️ and a moonrise) and looking out to sea. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom, ac (we mostly just used the fan). Kitchen has a fridge and coffee machine. The property has a nice pool and loungers. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to town and maybe 15- 20 minutes all the way to The Split. Audré is the best part of Tree Tops. Super lovely manager, she helped arrange a snorkelling tour and was happy to help with anything.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel, located on the quieter, southern end of Caye Caulker. Our room was bright, airy, and very spacious, equipped with a fridge, TV, safe, fan, and air conditioning. The large bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was just as roomy, featuring one of the best showers we had on our trip.||The hotel’s facilities were excellent—there’s a swimming pool, several lounge areas, a rooftop terrace, and access to a private beach just across the road. Free bicycles were also a great bonus.||A special shoutout to Audre, who did an amazing job keeping everything in top shape. She ensured everything ran smoothly and was always helpful and responsive via WhatsApp. Communication before and during our stay was seamless. Highly recommend!

Wonder place to stay. Audrey was very friendly and helpful, Room was very comfortable and pool was refreshing. The bicycles were wonderful to have at hand. Caye Calker was lovely good restaurants only downside was the lack of sea swimming areas this time of year. Thank you for a wonderful stay. A&K

Audré and the team are lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very clean. I appreciate the free bikes they offer to zip around, although most things are very walkable. Lots of restaurants to choose from on the island. Daily room service was a nice touch. They also have a water jug so you can refill your water bottles which was much needed during the hot days. They are very thoughtful hosts and even provide a little booklet of helpful info and restaurant recommendations. It was a very pleasant stay! While everything was amazing, I have one small suggestion that could be helpful for the rooms on the ground floor, located inside the building. There was a door to the outside, so you could hear people come and go, in and out of that main entry door and walk up and down the hallway. Luckily people weren’t out too late or too loud coming and going. Perhaps a small rug or something to absorb a bit of the noise would help? It wasn’t too bothersome, but just sharing as an FYI. But overall it was a very nice place to stay! :)

Had a fantastic four days at Tree Tops. The location was great just out of the main strip area to be quiet but close enough yo walk or use their bikes to cycle around. The rooms were light and spacious and the staff were extremely helpful. Couldn’t recommend it more highly
