Treetops Hotel

Highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect. Just off the main road to be quiet but close to everything. The rooms were very nice and had all the amenities we needed. The free bikes were a major plus to get to anywhere on the island. The manager at the hotel Audre was amazing. She quickly answered any questions we had, help setup any activities we wanted and was a smiling face greeting us every day. Would definitely go back.

WOW such a great hotel. Location was great the room so comfortable. Audre and Liz were fantastic so helpful and genuinely nice. Loved the bikes we could borrow. We had the treetop suite amazing view and so cute! We enjoyed the pool and rooftop hammocks. Can’t wait to come back.

This is one of the best hotels on Caye Caulker. It is far enough away from The Split that you don't get much noise, but it's still close enough to walk or ride the complimentary bikes, which we did a lot. There is complimentary water to fill your bottles with. Our host, Audrey, took excellent care of us and helped us with information about tours and the island. We'll definitely be coming back.

Thank you to Audrey, Lizette and the whole team for an excellent stay. They really went above and beyond. When our flight from Toronto was 4 hours delayed and we missed the last ferry, they found us a private boat. When we asked for a bike with a child’s seat, they found one even though it is not common on the island. The hotel rooms were huge and bright. Our daughter loved the pool! Would highly recommend staying at Treetops.

My wife and I booked a last minute, 2-night stay in Caye Caulker, 12/12 through 12/14 after hearing about it from a couple we met in Playa Del Carmen 2 nights before. I booked our stay at Tree Tops through Hotels.com based on reviews and photos. Before we arrived, Audre the manager at Tree Tops reached out to confirm our arrival and to see if we needed picked up at the marine taxi dock, which we did. She arranged a ride for us and gave us a thorough walkthrough of the property. The property was immaculate and stunning. Our room was amazing, modern, clean and comfortable. I asked her for restaurant and entertainment recommendations after she showed us her room and we ate everywhere and did everything she suggested. Ask her for her recommendations and do them all! Tree Tops is a top notch accommodation, Audre was amazing, and we will be back in 2026 to stay longer!

Everything is perfect, the hotel is fantastic, quite, and clean. Audre helps a lot and organize the tour and taxi precisely. And the hotel also offers free bicycles. I had a good time here, highly recommend this place! I love caye caulker:)

We really enjoyed our family vacation! Audre and her team were amazing and so helpful! The daily cleaning was exceptional and the pool well cared for even in the storm! And the bikes made it really fun to get around on the island.

We had a great stay at the Tree Tops Resort! The kids loved being able to use the bikes and they were helpful to get around. The view ontop of the building is amazing and it's a great spot to sneak away from the family for a moment of peace. All the employees are very helpful and assist to ensure you have the optimal stay.
