My name is Juan, a Spaniard who is visiting my children who have been in Australia for 6 years Today my second day in Sydney yesterday I unfortunately lived this attack so despicable for all those affected and family members my most without zero regret and hug for all Australian Families. Today my last day before returning to Gold Coast I went to visit this wonderful Trek store and as a cycling lover I found a wonderful store with very nice bikes and good prices, I didn't buy anything because we have many planes left to return to Spain. I didn't want to leave without thanking a detail they had with me without knowing me. Thank you very much and congratulations on the Trek store

Excellent customer service whilst buying walking boots. The young man who served us was very patient and explained things clearly but without patronising us. He presented multiple options with pros and cons, and shared his own extensive treking experience to assist our choices. I keep coming back to this shop as I feel I get the best advice whenever I shop there.

I have always found the staff at Trek & Travel Sydney to be very helpful & knowledgeable. If an item I’m looking for is not available in my size, they go above & beyond to find it in another store, or email when it’s back in store. Great assortment of gear too.

Every time we go browsing, the staff are usually busy chatting behind the counter and aren’t very helpful when we ask for assistance. The shop on the same road called Paddy Pallin is much better, with staff walking around offering help.

Based on the great reviews of this shop, I went in! I had the complete attention of young Jesse, a relatively new member of the T&T team. Whilst she admitted to not being the most knowledgeable about technical aspects of a pack I was looking at, she certainly made up for it with a willingness to find out from her colleagues. After my pack decision was made she the helped me choose some hiking pants and pointed out things I may have overlooked. I have done a couple of walks with this group and they were well organised with excellent guides. They were also very flexible when I recently had to postpone some bookings due to medical reasons.

Went in there to try some packs out and got some really great advice and useful tips, had my daughter with me and they even let her use the toilet in there, really awesome selection and awesome customer service

It's a jungle out there and if you are even remotely into a bit of adventure this store will appeal in some way shape or form. There was a job advertised on the window for sales rep / web developer so that was very inviting. No real qualifications needed just a keen knowledge of the outdoors and adventure travelling a must!! I love opportunities like that. As i ventured further in the store there were top priced items slashed for a third of their price. Now I don't know how they thought of it, but it's true you can get fly / insect repellant garments from here and also clothes made out of fabric that allow for less moisture loss from your skin to prevent de-hydration. There were brochures available on cool trekking spots and great accessories for hikers up the back too. The staff were really helpful and able to answer any questions you may have on the stock. Very happy to plug this store that may sometimes be in the shadow of it's more popular competitors Mountain Designs.

I had purchased a pair of walking trousers that produced a rash on my legs. I returned them to the store who had no obligation to refund my money as there was nothing wrong with the pants that had already been altered. But they gave me a refund . . what a great business! The staff are experienced outdoors people and are knowledgeable and helpful, and their range of products is the best available. Whatever adventure you intend tackling, make Trek & Travel your first call. You will not be disappointed.
