Got there early and staff were very helpful and friendly, let us keep luggage with them. Check in was easy and room was very nice, clean and spacious. Our room had nice windows and even a jacuzzi bath tub! Was here for New Years Eve and New Years Day, was a festival nearby and really fun experience. Hotel had a terrace that was amazing for watching fireworks. Breakfast was also great and nice proximity to a short hike.

A wonderful hotel in an amazing location! Located a mere 5 minutes walking from the train station at the edge of the old town of Trento, Hotel Accademia combines convenience with atmosphere. The service was absolutely outstanding and I felt very welcome and well-cared for. My room was a bit spartan but the amazing wisteria right in front of my window made up for any lack in decoration (if someone was looking for more of the latter).

It was a wonderful experience. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the very personable and welcoming Carmen. Our suite was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. The breakfast buffet was good and also serviced by friendly staff. The Hotel Accademia is the place to stay in Trento!

We left our luggage there as we were spending 4 hours in the city, the lady in reception was very polite and helpful

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. The room was quite large, as was the bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable with great pillows. The shower was good sized with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The furniture was utilitarian. ||The problem with the room was it overlooked a heavily trafficked pedestrian walkway. Students used the walkway very early in the morning and very late at night. They made lots of noise, which you could hear in the room. ||The breakfast buffet was okay, not great.

We stayed one night and enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was included and was adequate. The parking was not close, but it was free. The hotel is right in the center of town, which was quite convenient.

Perfect location within a few minutes walk of the station and the centre Traditional building, with a nice roof terrace Room was clean and comfortable. However, the shower holder was not working and despite reporting it twice, nothing was done to rectify this. Also problems with air-conditioning. Also reported, but not remedied Good quality continental breakfast included in the price.

Great location. Close to everything (3 minutes of walking from the train station, and 5 minutes from the square, but Trento is a relatively small city and I guess every hotel in downtown is convenient). The room is okay. Nothing fancy but nothing to complain about. The service, however, is uneven. The front desk staff were always helpful, but one of the restaurant workers never smiled, never greeted me, never asked me what to drink, coffee or tea. I understand she doesn't speak English, but smiling has nothing to do with language; a couple of English words shouldn't be very hard. In contrast, she talked a lot with (white) Italian-speaking guests with laughters and served coffee or tea promptly. I don't want to attribute this service quality to my non-white racial identity since there were very few non-white, non-Italian guests during my stay in this hotel and therefore it was hard to compare. But this was the first time I experienced this kind of coldness in any of the hotels I stayed around the world (I travel extensively). Given that Italians in general are very friendly, this was a surprise to me.
