Fantastic little gem close to the beach in Tarifa. Garden is absolutely fantastic, rooms are basic but nice, but the best of the best is the human factor - service was exquisite from beginning to end, including even maintenance people. Special shout-out to Carmen that's in charge of the pool area - she is very nice, guest oriented and can't do enough to please you. Breakfast is also quite nice and a little detail, which for me was huge, is the music - absolutely perfectly timed and in accordance to the time of the day - made the stay absolutely perfect. Thank you so much and see you soon!!

The place is very nice, garden very cute. If you get a room on a groud floor it will be dark as there is a small window. Overall rooms are basic, no fridge. There is an exyra cost of 5 euro for a baby crib. The breakfast very basic but fresh. Dinner average and a bit over priced for the quality. There is a waitress Carmen who is very nice and sweet but Sara who works in the restaurant is horrible, with an obvious attitude towards any request you make, correcting your Spanish too if you make a mistake. The manager didn't seem to take the complain seriously.

Nice hotel with a really cool tropical/jungle vibe. Stayed here one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was a buffet and they ran out of some stuff without restocking which was a shame but still pretty good. Especially considering how cheap it was. Rooms were clean and comfy and the lady at reception was very helpful.

Beautiful chill-out gardens, pool and bar/restaurant. New favourite place to stay in Tarifa! Rooms are a little strange but there are 4 "good" ones - the end ones. Everything else is lovely. It's a small hotel with a big focus on relaxing and not doing much. Pet friendly a big plus.

The hotel is ideally located and walking distance (300 meters) from the entrance to the beach. By car you can get anywhere as well, for Punta Paloma I would recommend drive further (less than 5 minutes) and get to the parking.|The hotel is perfect in any way, feels private but open and the rooms (we book a Superior room with king bed) are well maintained. Housekeeping is impeccable! |The Food & Drink offers with the pool bar are good and the Arabian inspired menu for dinner is delicious, breakfast is very good. |I would like to extend a thank you for the excellent service to Cristian, Álvaro & Marilú. |We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. Myself, husband, daughter, partner and 1 year old granddaughter stayed for a couple of nights in rooms 6 & 7.||It was like staying in Bali. The hotel and grounds are furnished with Budda's, elephants and Balinese style sala's. Even the reception door is a lovely wooden carved door.||The gardens are beautifully attended and laid out with nice shaded areas and a clean pool. ||The rooms themselves are just modern standard rooms but provide everything you require. They have air conditioning, tv and safe. The bathrooms are clean with an excellent shower.||The staff at the hotel were polite and helpful. My daughter forgot to take her mosquito plug in and the reception lady was only too pleased to provide one for her. ||The cocktails here especially the mojito's are fabulous and the food good. Breakfast is fairly good with fruit, yogurt, cereal and fried eggs and bacon.||Overall a good value, comfortable stay with a tranquil ambience suitable for couples and families alike.

Love this place - it's my second visit to Tarifa and second time I've booked into Tres Mares. The staff here are absolutely lovely, I was greeted warmly by Marisa who was very friendly and helped me source a local yoga class. The rooms are comfortable. I love the peaceful garden and pool area, despite that there is traffic due to the busy road, it still feels relaxed and chilled. The proximity to the beach is perfect. I will be back! :)

Decent hotel. Rooms are a bit small, clean though. Jacuzzi in the room, excellent views of mountains and the beach. Off the main highway, so gets a bit noisy when traffic is heavy. 10 mins walk to the beach. Simple buffet breakfast, plenty of fresh fruits. Overall, great value for money.
