Trezzini Art-Hotel

This is a small, well-run boutique hotel. The staff are helpful and speak good English. During our stay, other travelers were mostly Russian, which I thought was nice. The hotel is clean and well located, especially if you like to walk. It is convenient to public transport and walking distance to many major attractions but in a quiet residential area. Perfect! Our only complaint was poor coffee at breakfast. That said, it was very close to excellent cafes and coffee take-away places.

We stayed here for five nights, and had a room towards the main avenue, with the little park in front. The hotel is a small boutique establishment, and It was quiet. The room wasn’t especially big, but nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The guys manning the reception, especially Dmitri and Leo were especially helpful, and all of them could speak English. The neighbourhood has a pedestrian mall where you could find lots of cafes to eat, chill out, and where you can get on the metro. All round, a lovely warm stay, away from the busy touristy areas.

Last July we spent glorious nine days in this little gem of Vasilyevsky island. The location was fabulous. A quiet corner between the busy Bol'shoi prospect of V.O. and the no traffic street of St. Andrews , 6-7th lanes. The hotel is lovely hideaway behind spectacular St. Andrews church. Every morning we could hear the calming chimes of the church bells. The room was very comfortable, the staff super friendly, the breakfast modest in terms of variety but just enough to get you going. Trezzini is a unique hotel and if you really want to have a good feel of the Venice of the North and it's artistic spirit, this is a place to stay!

I have visited so many countries and have stayed so many hotels so far. But I have never seen such a unique and special place so far. The hotel has a very friendly staff and has very clean and comfortable rooms. It's located at the heart of the St.Petersburg. You can reach everywhere easily. You don't have to use bus, taxi, metro and etc. Just walk to where you want to go to see historical places and monuments. I strongly recommend this hotel for those who will visit St Petersburg. Located in a quite and beautiful place. Ten minutes walking from the nearest metro station and twenty minutes walking from the city center. Few rooms very well decorated and very well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Common spaces full of works of art by young russian artists. Correct price. If I went back to St. Petersburg I'll be there.

Very strict personnel. Always push you to leave keys etc.

Nice Hotel. Quiet area. Clean room in the second floor. Iterestinga art works all around which make the place surely different from the consuetude. Personnel kind and speaking English too. Good breakfast with sufficient variety of places. Nearby some nice walks to the inner river-channles and bridges. I would recommend it.
