I highly recommend this store! Not only do they sell very nice stuff, but their service is just next level! I visited Ljubljana from Belgium in early July 2025 and bought this very nice wallet at IKA. To my great sadness, the push button holding the wallet together broke last month. Visits to two craftspersons in my hometown taught me that repair was possible, but would take a few hours, turning it into an undertaking that would cost me more than a new wallet. With few expectations, I wrote an email to the general IKA mailbox I found online. Very soon, however, Iva from IKA got in touch and announced she would send me a new wallet, all the way from Ljubljana to Belgium. Then, misfortune struck a second time: the parcel carrier lost the parcel with the new wallet. Yet Iva did not give up and sent a new parcel, with – again – a new wallet. Yesterday, this second parcel arrived, and I am most happy to start using my favourite wallet again. Thank you, Iva, and thank you, IKA, for caring so much about customer service wherever they live. A 5-star experience!

Popped in while visiting Ljubljana looking for something unique and local and found tons of beautifully designed pieces. I accidentally bought the wrong item, but the team resolved it quickly and arranged a replacement. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.

Love their creative take on designing the front window. Also the offer in the store is super cute, full of products from local designers and brands. Great place to get a well designed (& useful) gifts to take back home.

A delightful little shop with pretty cards, magnets and socks for people on the lookout for beautiful souvenirs. A very friendly employee even helped me with choosing the perfect bar of soap for my partner.

Probably the best gift shop in downtown Ljubljana if you are looking to run away from mass produced plastic stuff. Lots of design items, postcards, posters, magnets, keychains, etcetera.

Really a lovely, lovely store with beautiful products and very helpful personal. We bought some of the postcards and also some stamps, when the lady behind the counter kind of "warned" us that they only charge the true value of the stamps (the same as at the post office) while not all stores in this street follow this procedure. So watch out and get your souvenirs at this store ;-)

This is a really nice shop that carries handmade, local Craftsman items. They had scarves, socks, ceramic mugs and all sorts of souvenir items. The prices were mostly reasonable handmade items. It's nice to see these kind of products rather than just manufactured plastic junk. It's worth a visit!
