Tribe Perth Kings Park

Writing this review from the bed in my room. Honestly, feels more like a cloud! We held a film shoot at this hotel, and everything was amazing! The staff were friendly, and very accomodating, and as I said, the bed is more of a cloud! And woke up to this view! Will definitely be coming back here, even for just a holiday! I’d definately recommend this hotel!

Me and my partner stayed in the hotel for 2 night . The tv didnt work properly , room is too tiny for two people , there is no chairs in the room to sit . The water is coming out of shower .and the carpet is soaking wet and on the top of that they deducted 300 dollars for cleaning mentioning that the mattresses have multiple stan on it . We try to reach out multiple time asking how came they charge 300 for cleaning the manger didnt talk over the call and didnt get back to us . I highly recommened people not to book not worth the money at all

I’ve had the pleasure of staying here twice now, the staff are welcoming, rooms are clean (if a little compact) and the location is decent. Close to bus stops for several CAT lines, about a 20 min walk to West Leederville station for trains. Obviously nearby Kings Park which is fantastic for a morning walk. Room was cleaned everyday which is a rarity these days! Great value for my stay so very pleased overall.

My recent stay at the Tribe Perth was deeply disappointing. From the moment I entered my room, I was hit with an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay, not the fresh, clean scent you'd expect. The cleanliness was also subpar. There were visible dust bunnies in the corners, and the bathroom clearly hadn't been scrubbed properly. To top it off, the dinner reception staff was incredibly rude and judgmental. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them by simply asking a question about the menu. Ordered a drink, and was left standing in the lobby waiting, after not receiving my drink for some time i returned to my room thinking i had made a mistake and it was to be delivered there. This was not the case and I never received my beverage. The rest of the staff were vibrant happy and had perfect service. Overall, the Tribe Perth failed to meet expectations. I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming experience. 02.072025

Stayed here one night at the end of a business trip. My stay was great for what I needed. Places has pros and cons.||The good|-staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful.|-shared spaces in the lobby are great|-little cafe/ bar area was nice and the food looked good and was very reasonably priced (they are closed for dinner on sundays)|- Kevin Murphy hair products and Nespresso coffee plus T2 teas in room were a very nice touch|-location is in west Perth near kings park which allows for lovely walks and runs in the park. Also a very quiet area compared to down town.|-sparkling water and ices tea on tap in the lobby 😍|||The bad bits|- the room was tiny!!! Would have been quite uncomfortable with another person in there|- the bathroom door banged really badly|- there’s not much in the immediate area of the hotel. There’s a few cafes and bars about a 10 minute walk in the main drag of west Perth|-no pool or gym if you like that sort of thing |- about 30 minutes walk up the hill from central Perth but it is well serviced the the free CAT buses

Tribe is a cosy hotel. The staff members were super friendly and very helpful. I really liked the look of the cafe. I say that I like the look because I didn't actually eat or drink anything from there. I would have loved to sample one of the muffins though (maybe next time). I only gave four stars for location as there is not many places to eat around the area. However, the cat buses are great and run regularly. Also, the Kings Park is amazing and actually fun fact is bigger than Central Park in New York. I am pretty sure that is true, but I would have to google to double check because I am not totally sure. Overall, pretty nice.

I’m not sure why some individuals marked this hotel low however to each their own. I enjoyed the last four days staying in this beautiful hotel. I enjoyed the full window scenes and even though the weather was terrible at most days the hotel view did not disappoint. The staff members at the reception were very friendly and accomodating. The cleaning staff members were very helpful and also friendly. I couldn’t ask for more than I received from all the hotel staff. I don’t have any faults or cons, but lots of pros. I came to Perth for medical reasons for my cancer checks & cardiac ejection fraction scan, so I needed a place that would be stressless and serene, and I am grateful that my husband booked this beautiful space that provided me with everything I was looking for. I couldn’t thank the staff enough & the beautiful space stayed in a stressful time. 🌺🥰🙏🌺

It’s a cool hotel but why are the rooms so tiny? I ordered room Service and they sent up nachos, however they only put the sauce on the top layer so the rest of the corn chips were bone dry, I asked for them to send up more nacho sauce which they did. Bed was super comfy. View of trees was so calming.
