Great little hotel across from Kingston Park.. rooms are nice and clean. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The staff are great, helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast for $20 when you book your room is great. Close to everything, great value for the quality of the hotel. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that are alot worse. Great value and a great hotel.

A fantastic hotel in West Perth (literally right across the road from beautiful Kings Park. Close to Hospitals and specialists also.) Don't expect huge rooms, but they are so well thought out and appointed, you really question the size of some other hotel rooms. Everything you need, discreet wardrobe, desk and chair, (water machine in lobby with still and sparkling) T2 tea, nesspresso machine (although dont bother, pop down and if kitchen isnt open, the team at Front Desk make the best espresso!). Beds are supremely comfortable, as is linen. Just free to air TV with streaming your apps to the Samsung TV'S a breeze. Bathrooms are all appointed with Kevin Murphy amenities. Had a City View room on 6th Floor which was flooded with light from the fabulous wall of window. Downstairs in the lobby, The Lounge area if funky, eclectic and just makes you wanna relax with a book if you have the time. Staff were all amazing. Nothing was too much of an issue. Always greeted with a smile and such prompt service. One of my favourite Perth Hotel staycations. I'll so be back.

5 stars to staff member. Manila even though she had just come back from her home in Nepal and literally walked behind the reception desk , went above and beyond in helping for a smooth check in . As platinum accor members She located us a available room , so we didn't have to wait till 2pm check in Rooms are modern , clean , they are small but great for the price we paid

I really enjoyed this hotel! Clean, funky, quirky and unpretentious, its locality is very central to the CBD with free CAT buses running into town regularly. The rooms were compact but full of thoughtful details including suitcase storage nooks under the bed, high quality Kevin Murphy hair & body products, T2 tea, Nespresso machine (although the coffee downstairs is awesome). The Lobby was just great to hang out in. I had dinner at the restaurant in the night I arrived and it was awesome. The grab & go option was handy (& delicious), as I arrived back late on a Sunday evening to find the restaurant and room service closed - my only disappointment really, but minor and could’ve been easily mitigated if I’d been a bit more organised, there’s some excellent dining in Leederville just a short cab drive away. ||Honestly, I’ve travelled extensively and this was an excellent offering for the price.

The staff were friendly...that's where it stops||Honestly, not sure where to start so probably best to let you read others reviews. It looks 'trendy' in the entrance however again...that's it. This hotel is not great, especially if you are staying longer than one night. The staff were friendly, that's it. The rooms (all exactly the same) are almost smaller that a childs guest bedroom - yet these have to include a toilet and shower! The closet was tiny and had to hold the ironing board as well so no room for hanging anything. Storage was non existent(except for a cutout under the bed) so stepping over suitcases was a daily issue. Dated internally which was indicative of the paintwork etc needing done. Airconditioning didn't work and phone was out of order (despite reporting it on day 1 of our 7 day stay). Chosen for a business trip we thought a Perth experience woud be good. The location next to Kings Park was good for that. Unfortunately a long weekend was in our stay and given everywhere local was shut for dinner etc, we were shocked to discover that on both the Sunday and Monday night there was no room service either. The 'grab & go' was the same 2 choices every day and not enticing. The coffee was good..that's it. Definately wouldn't recommend and we will choose alternative accomodation next time.

Great service. Clean room and facilities. Accommodation and meals affordable prices. Restaurant didn't have a restaurant vibe felt more like a hangout zone, had to go up to counter to order although the food was fabulous and the service was excellent. The room and ensuite were very small but they were clean and had small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Tribe Perth Kings Park pretends to be some trendy “boutique” hotel with sleek design and Kings Park views. In reality, it’s a grubby, crumbling health hazard in what feels like a prison cell crossed with a mouldy storage unit. We booked two weeks over Christmas because our renovations overran – biggest mistake ever. We bailed after five nights of pure misery. The “room” was laughably tiny – dangerously cramped to the point of not being to fit 2 suitcases in comfortably for our stay. My partner and I were constantly banging into walls and furniture just trying to exist. The bathroom? A claustrophobe’s worst nightmare: microscopically small with a massive glass door that violently slams shut every time because it won’t stay open. One slip and you’re in emergency. Ventilation is a sick joke. The place stank of damp mustiness non-stop; we saw cleaners desperately propping doors open on empty rooms just to make them breathable. Cleanliness? Don’t make me laugh. Dirty on check-in, and they don’t even bother cleaning on weekends unless you hang a begging sign like some peasant, in what hotel is this the case? It’s usually the opposite. Two out of five days: zero housekeeping. The lobby’s “contemporary” furniture is stained, frayed, and disgusting – the whole hotel is a cheaply veneered facade that’s falling apart faster than their standards. This isn’t a hotel; it’s a scam preying on desperate travellers. We powered through five nights hoping it couldn’t get worse, but it did. Checked out early and gladly paid elsewhere for actual civilisation. If you’re considering Tribe: run. This place is an embarrassment to Perth hospitality – unsafe, filthy, and utterly soulless. Zero stars isn’t low enough. Avoid at all costs unless you hate yourself. The coffee was pretty good though.

Great hotel. Room size small but has everything you need. Very comfortable bed and good size shower. Toilets are incredibly low so could be a problem for people with mobility issues or bad hips.|Great atmosphere, lovely staff, and a great foyer area to do work and get a coffee or wine.
