my arrival was much later than anticipated due to flight delays, but made it to the hotel. The hotel entrance was hard to locate, and also the reception desk to check in, but check in was smooth and efficient and pleased that I had a room upgrade. I wasn't on holiday to watch the TV, but often have the TV on for some noise in the room, but the TV in my room didn't work to show any TV channels, this wasn't looked at during my stay, but I was fused as I didn't intend to watch the TV, I just used the Wifi and connected to radio stations instead. I Didn't use the restaurant as was a little confusing with the food offer and the serving hours., but breakfast was pleasant each morning plenty of selection just slow for the staff to clear table. Upon approaching check out day, I asked for late checkout or to leave my luggage till it was time for the airport and I was allowed to keep my room till 13.30 however after 12noon I was been called to state id pass checkout time and needed to leave the room, I tried to explain I had arranged late checkout which was finally allowed but then when checking out I was presented a bill for the late checkout but I advised I am a silver Accor member and late checkout was a benefit which was eventually sorted, I then asked about the 100 bonus points for each day I saved the clean and the clerk processing my checkout didn't know and advised me that my points would be added once the stay is completed. As of yet, my 3x100 save the clean bonus points have yet to be awarded. Apart from this the hotel was clean and pleasant to stay in and would return when in Riga next.
