I love this store and pharmacy. The shampoo and facial cream that I'm prescribed have been filled here for over a year. They send me reminders and have there own app. Today my lips were suffering from using a well known chapstick and damaged my lips. After a week I went here to see what they had to help me. They had several options. I was recommended Cicaplast lips and it is working immediately, it's only been an hour. I feel the relief 👍🏾👌🏾. Thank you very much especially to the employees in this store. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾

I had a great experience at Tribeca Apothecary! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and take the time to answer any questions. The pharmacy is clean, well-organized, and they always have what I need in stock. It’s so nice to have a local pharmacy that truly cares about their customers!

Amazing Pharmacy! I'm super impressed with their easy ordering, friendliness, professionalism, and speed. They were able to get me meds that I couldn't find anywhere else, and in a day!!!! They delivered it right to my home and it came in such a beautiful little zip up tote. I'm so impressed. Thanks guys!

Is describe it as a beautiful boutique pharmacy. Everything is minimally and gorgeously displayed. There a delicate fresh scent in the air and the employees are pleasant and super helpful. It is an apothecary, so they offer only medicines and drug remedies. You will not find food, or nail polish, or other supplies, as one might in your typical chain pharmacy. Delivery is free within their range and items are packaged in cute little tote bags. I don't know how they do it, because with my insurance, the medications copay was super low. 10 out of 10 stars. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been shopping here for years, I bought a product, didn’t open it and realized I bought the wrong product and they wouldn’t allow me to return it or exchange it even though it was unused. Make sure you check the products before you purchase them that they haven’t been opened or you won’t be able to return them.

Love their digital service including messaging order pick up or free delivery service. Something to be aware of is refund and return policy is only 3 and 7 days. Which is not fare, like I did a mistake and from hundreds of similar looking sun screen boxes took 2 thinking one is mate another sheer, only at home realizes they are both same, they didn’t let me exchange one, wanted to get sheer. Referring to the 7 day policy. And products in that apothecary as you might now are quite pricey…. Will stick to prescribed medication only, will never buy extra care from them.

Excellent service and beautiful apothecary with top of the line skincare products. The staff is super courteous and the Pharmacist, Olivia went above and beyond in helping me get medications for my Father in Law. I will be returning back for healthcare and self are 🙂

Whoever decided to answer the phone today showed a level of incompetence I've never seen before. Literally sent the wrong size medication going against the actual prescription . Then incorrectly inputs information about your prescription to cover their asses. Mind you they will text you to refill prescriptions only to cancel them because they're too mentally challenged to count properly. STAY AWAY!!

Tribeca Apothecary is revolutionizing prescriptions--I'm truly blown away! My dermatologist sent a few prescriptions here and I paid a reasonable price that included free delivery in the cutest, most professional little tote bag. The customer experience and communication via text and email was top notch on my end. I'm not a huge fan of heading to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions--everything from waiting in long lines to unfriendly service to a lack of privacy--it's just not something I generally look forward to. I was really impressed with the convenience and ease of this experience and will be returning. Highly recommend.

I've been using Tribeca Apothecary for one prescription in particular from Tribeca Park Dermatology that has a hefty copay; I'm told my local pharmacy can't fill it. I was a little surprised when this pharmacy first called to arrange delivery; they do it all for you, but I still prefer to go down to pick up my scrip. If I were out of town, I'd probably take advantage of this service. This is a great pharmacy and one I'll look to for hard-to-find medications and preparations.

I'm obsessed with Tribeca Apothecary, everyone there is super nice! My dermatologist sent my prescriptions there & I've never looked back! It's conveniently located in NYC. They will text you to either pick up your skincare or free delivery! I LOVE Tribeca Apothecary!

My dermatologist sent some specialty medications prescriptions here for me. They have a text message system and can process most information through that system. I was also able to call them and speak to someone within less than a minute of holding. They offer delivery but I preferred to pick up my Rx. The store itself sells many higher end candles and home scents along with some skin & hair care. I'm a big candle lover and admired a humongous Voluspa candle that I put on my wishlist. Back to them actually being a specialty pharmacy, my rx was ready and given to me right away. I wS asked if I had questions about my rx. Only negatives are that they are closed on the weekend, however, they did respond to my texts on the weekend to let me know that they would process my insurance and rx first thing Monday morning. This is a much more pleasant experience than my previous specialty pharmacy that is now closed. P.S. their shopping bags are so cute and not plastic!

When my dermatologist sent my prescriptions over to Tribeca Apothecary a couple of months ago, I was a little skeptical at first. The whole procedure sounded overwhelming but let me tell you, this was the complete opposite. I had the most smooth and outstanding experience I've ever had with my prescriptions. The staff was very helpful from the moment they received my prescriptions they've automatically applied special coupons and vouchers which they have to lower my cost and in some cases to zero dollars! (Btw Tribeca Apothecary has by far the most competitive pricing in New York City so even if a prescription isn't covered rest assured you were quoted the best price in town!) Then they set up a free delivery which I received the very next day to the Hamptons! I spoke with a very friendly and nice woman named Chichi who assured me that everything will be taken care of, she was great! The pharmacist Ari was very accommodating and friendly, answered all of my questions he's a very knowledgeable and intelligent person very pleasant to deal with and he's really cute ;-)) Their service was unreal fast and reliable! Now I've transferred all of my prescriptions over to Tribeca Apothecary and I highly recommend it to everybody!! P.S. they have a full line of over the counter skin products from Skinmedica, Eminence, Skinceuticals, Supergoop, and a full line of CBD products and scented candles etc. in a very well designed establishment. This establishment took the pharmacy to the next level!

Highly recommend! Tribeca Apothecary went above and beyond to get me my children's medication in a timely manner. I reached out to the pharmacy to see if they had an inhaler and an oral med in stock because my usual pharmacy did not have both items available to fill and we were leaving town. This was a full service experience and the pharmacist was HELPFUL but ALSO FUNNY and KIND (which unfortunately is not my experience at most pharmacies). Although he did not have one medicine in stock he assured me they would locate it and have it brought to his store. From start to finish he helped make this process quick and easy. He contacted Duane Reade and had the prescriptions transferred but the surprise was he also called the doctor's office to get more refills because the prescriptions were on their last refills. On top of that, I didn't even have to give him my insurance information because he got it from Duane Reade! Then to make this even more seamless he offered to have them delivered. I will be transferring ALL my family's prescriptions over. I highly recommend this pharmacy not just for the impeccable service but to support a small business that cares about its customers. This is a NYC gem!

I honestly can't believe the extent that this pharmacy goes through for its customers. Twice now I have had my medicine hand delivered to me past 8:30 PM at night with almost one days notice just before a work trip. I can't recommend this place enough they are SUPER fast to respond and very receptive to their customers needs. I was told I'd get a delivery at 7:00pm tonight and Ari rolled up at literally 7:02pm. NO ONE in NYC is that on-time. He was super friendly and personable. Love love this place!

The service I have received from Tribeca Apothecary has been horrendous. On June 19 I had a doctor appointment, and she called in a prescription to your company. About a day later I received a missed a call from one of your employees, and I called back on the 21st. This employee asked me for my credit card number, without sending me any type of invoice. He just wanted me to give a stranger my credit card number over the phone without any information. I asked him to send me an invoice. No invoice arrived. I also texted 646-455-3519 and received no answer. On August 2nd I finally called back and spoke with your employee Segar. After this conversation he sent me an invoice, which I paid on August 5. Now it is August 16 and I have not received my prescription. I called again this morning and spoke with Tommy. All he said was that Segar was an intern and didn't process my prescription to be sent. Tommy assured me that my prescription will be mailed today. I really have no idea how any company that ships prescriptions can sit on a prescription for months and not do anything about it. Furthermore I have no idea how any company can accept payment for a prescription and STILL not mail the prescription. What is wrong with you people? It just so happens it's not an urgent prescription for me, but this is seriously unacceptable.

As soon as I recieved my prescription from my Doctor I was told that they will be closing soon so I jumped in my car to rush over there. I had 20 minutes to get there before they closed As I was driving over there I recieved a call from Tribeca Apothecary they asked if I thought I had enough time to get there before closing I told them I was stuck in traffic. They told me they would free delivery the prescription to my address in the morning the very next day. I live in Flushing Queens and not just down the block. Well first thing the next day at around 9:00 am the prescriptions where delivered to my front door. Who does that? This is way above and beyond any Pharmacy I have ever experienced. I don't care if I can get my prescriptions down the block from now on I will be using Tribeca Apothecary for all of my prescriptions. Their customer service is stellar and well appreciated. I highly recommend them AAAA++++

Incredibly helpful and efficient service, and the pharmacist is friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable. Prescriptions are filled quickly and copays are explained in detail, so there are no surprises. You'll feel very well taken care of. Would absolutely recommend and will be back!

I recently got transferred from my Murray Hill Doctor's office to another one near Flatiron. This office uses Tribeca Apothecary. I was hesitant as I was so used to the amazing service I received from from Third Ave. Apothecary but figured I would give them a try. Outstanding service! The staff knows what they are doing and go the extra mile for patients. I then found out they are sister stores! These pharmacies are game changers!

I have been a Tribeca Apothecary client now for a few months, and I am thrilled with their services. I have both picked up prescriptions in person and had them shipped to me, and every experience has been 100% painless. SPECIAL NOTE: I live all over the country with my partner on a broadway tour. My address therefor changes every three weeks. Ari at Tribeca Apothecary has been impressively diligent in collecting every one of my new addresses and being sure to have my prescriptions in-hand before each move. FABULOUS SERVICE!!

Amazing customer service and unbeatable prices! My doctor called in a prescription and within 2 hours it was delivered by Tribeca Apothecary to my doorstep. Can easily communicate with them through text or call. My sister and I both come here. Highly highly recommend!!

I have to agree with the "horrendous" description. I can't believe they are still in business. Doctor ordered prescription on Thursday and it's Tuesday and I'm still waiting. Never, ever, ever again. I wish, wish, wish I went to the CVS across the street, but these crooks already collected my co pay over the phone. AVOID! You have been warned!

I brought in a prescription for a specialty item here, and the owner/pharmacist ordered it for me for next day delivery. No other local pharmacy was even willing to order it for me, let alone for the next day. The pharmacist is personable, the pharmacy is beautiful and the service is fantastic. I would highly recommend.
