Our experience upon arrival was disappointing. Despite arriving an hour before our scheduled check-in time; the woman at the reception looked unhappy to see us and informed us that our room was not ready and that we could not access the pool area as it still needed to be cleaned. We had hoped for a warm welcome, perhaps a glas of water and the ability to at least relax in the outdoor area while waiting for our room. Instead, we were met with a very rude experience.
The hotel was empty we were the only guests for our first night.
While the view from the hotel is stunning, the cleanliness of the tipis (my daughters) left much to be desired, as there were hairs on one of the blankets. The overall price and quality of the hotel did not live up to our expectations. It was evident Our room (Aire- 1st floor) and tipi were still not made / cleaned at 2 pm. As I said before we were the only guests. If I hadn’t asked to do the rooms I am sure they would have never been done.
Our shower was clogged. One of the 2 curtains is upside down, ….
The breakfasts were really delicious ! ! The ladies who prepared & worked in the kitchen were very kind.
The spot, the view, the pool, terrace and dining room are great but the service … OMG
It is a shame.
I personally think that the hotel is not well managed.
