Excellent location and great staff. Always makes me feel welcome when I am here, and they remember us from previous stays. The staff are very well trained and strive to make the stay very good and memorable. Food at Botticino is always amazing and the wait service there is some of the best I've ever had. Always look forward to my next visit!

Very nice, neat and clean hotel. Unfortunately, we went when there was marathon in Mumbai and hotel was totally sold out. Staff was not so prepared to handle so much traffic. We had to wait quite some time for our room, however, they were courteous enough to give higher category room than what we booked. Good variety in buffet breakfast was offered. Staff was generally very helpful. Rooms were super clean. Location is good.

Great hotel and very good service. The rooms were clean and spacious with all amenities which are needed. I got an upgrade to a club room and therefore could use the club lounge for breakfast and cocktail hour.

Well maintained property in the heart of BKC. Friendly staff who take very good care Really comfortable bed and I was upgraded to a nice pool view room. I dined in their O22 and the Sunday brunch was amazing spread and plenty of options for the vegetarians too. Complimentary breakfast spread is also great with a great mix of local and other regions I highly recommend the place

Wonderful hotel to stay. Friendly staff they will help us every where and the restaurants attached to the hotel very nice and good food.
