I must say Trident Hotel BKC happens to be one of my favourites now. Great to see lot of smiling faces, with lovely positive energies. A very well maintained hotel in BKC. Got a wonderful room, with a beautiful view. The house keeping team was efficient. Breakfast Buffet had a huge spread. I was very impressed with the room dining too. The burgers were delicious, and loved the way it was served in my room. Definitely a unique style to room dining. I was particularly impressed with the well-maintained gym and swimming pool. A special mention to a few people who went out of their way to give exceptional service, Mr Jatin Prakash (House Keeping), Mr Sheremshetti, Mr Avoy and Ms. Lofty. A special Thank you to all, and also the whole Trident team. Keep up the great work, and keep setting higher standards in the service industry. Once again, THANK YOU ALL!!!

Had a great stay with a room with a view of the pool, but what really made this week a standout was the staff. Deepa and Adi at the front desk were amazing, making sure I had whatever I needed to be comfortable throughout the day (as I was leaving in the morning). The trainer Aniket was fantastic as well, and the gym is beautiful and fully stocked. We stayed in a new room (we think) on the 4th floor and it felt a bit less spacious since the last one we had stayed in a few years ago.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Although we initially faced a small issue with noise from the connecting room, the duty manager handled it promptly and professionally once we reported it. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided amazing service throughout. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Jio Convention Centre, which was perfect for our needs. They even arranged a complimentary shuttle to the venue, which was a huge help, especially since it rained continuously during all three days of our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth staying here.

Great business hotel to stay at. The rooms are super luxurious and quiet. The staff is super courteous, professional and they take care of their guests wonderfully well. The food is amazing and the in-room dining experience was fabulous. I would definitely recommend the Trident BKC to anyone looking forward to staying in super luxury.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the security team at the hotel, particularly Sarvesh and Riyaz. During our stay in room 1050 with Sir, they demonstrated outstanding professionalism in managing hotel entries, assisted us greatly with parking arrangements, and attended to Sir's needs multiple times with utmost care. Their dedication and efforts are truly commendable. I believe Sarvesh and Riyaz, along with the entire security team, deserve recognition and a special reward for their excellent work.

I had expected a far superior experience from a reputed chain like Trident, especially after booking a premium room. Unfortunately, my stay fell well below expectations due to the following reasons:||||Room Allocation: Before booking, I had specifically requested a top-floor room. However, I was allotted a low-floor room (Room 434), which was disappointing given my clear request.||||Room Condition: The shaving mirror in the bathroom was broken at the wall mount and could not balance properly, making shaving inconvenient and unsafe.||||Checkout Experience: At checkout, I had submitted my luggage to the reception so that after breakfast I could quickly collect it and leave for the airport. However, despite my cab waiting outside for a long time, the reception team was unable to locate my luggage promptly. The delay and confusion even led to unnecessary questioning on whether I had taken it from the room myself, which was quite unprofessional.||||Overall, these issues reflect poorly on the standards of service and maintenance that one would expect from a hotel of your stature. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both the guest experience and operational efficiency for future guests.
