When you see one of the managers pickup plates and help with cleaning the tables for a quick turn around during heavy breakfast hours, it shows the culture and the passion you have towards customer service. Stayed here with family and could have not asked for a better and a more comfortable stay. Perfectly located hotel with easy connectivity to either side of Mumbai. Even though it was heavily crowded and busy the check in was smooth and all the way from check-in to check-out we were made feel special and well looked after. It’s the staff which makes the difference and especially when you have smiling faces all around to look after it makes a huge impact. We were lucky to get an upgrade (could not have asked for more!), the rooms are spacious and super comfortable (have everything that you need). Great view from the room. Rooms service was perfect and what topped it all was the way our special request was taken care of (Christmas decoration) by Deepa and her team….it was perfectly done.thank you! Also special mention to the entire house keeping team, they really do an amazing job with the daily cleanup and keeping the rooms so neat and clean. Breakfast spread is great and has a range of options available for your choice and taste, we really enjoyed our first meal of the day which have a perfect start to our day. Special mention to the extended arrangement the hotel had done to take care of the rush and ensure guest do not have to wait for long. This by far has become one of my favourite hotels not just in Mumbai but overall as well and while i am surely coming back, I would strongly suggest anyone looking around this area to pickup trident. As I mentioned…you guys really know it all to take care of the people (read guest) thank you and keep up the great job! One suggestion- it would be good if you can notify your guest about major events around the hotel esp the early morning ones on the weekend. There was a marathon on Sunday morning and I was woken up to some loud music and drums early morning. Also some events might be of interest for guest to attend, hence would help with that too.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in recent times. The staff are truly exceptional—from seamless check-in to outstanding service throughout our dining experiences. The breakfast spread is impressive and generous, with live omelette and pancake stations adding a delightful touch. The location is convenient and easily accessible, and the complimentary shuttle service to Jio World Drive was a thoughtful bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are definitely planning to return on our next trip. Highly recommended!

Amazing hospitality and service. Went there for Xmas staycation. Loved the room they assigned to us with the amazing view, the staff were very considerate of our requirements and that is much appreciated, the impeccable service, breakfast and decor were just great to experience! Even the location is centrally located so very convenient as Bandra travel can get quite hectic during festive season. Im glad we chose Trident BKC for our staycation! A special thanks for the sweet treats left on Xmas by the staff it added a special touch to our experience. We even ordered the amazing chocolate rum soaked fruit cake from the Patisserie and it was delightful! :)

It's a beautiful facility and a great location. Unfortunately, the booking information was leaked online. Per management, many other guests were affected. Breakfast special on Christmas day was a standout. It's walking distance to Jio World Center. Restaurants in the facility are world class. A well known '5 star' facilty could have done better when it comes to customer safety and services.

Excellent hotel, staff all very kind , professional and helpful. Hotel is quite a corporate feel, seems more of a business hotel. We stayed for one night between flights as it’s quite close to the airport. The hotel provided transfer services which was very well done. Despite being more of a corporate hotel the staff all made our one night stay feel very special, particularly for our two children. Highly recommended

Stayed at Trident BKC during FOAID 2025 and had a truly wonderful experience. The hospitality from the entire team was exceptional, especially from Ms. Sunaina, Front Office Manager. Her warmth, professionalism, and personal attention made a real difference. Despite handling 12–15 guests during both check-in and check-out, she managed everything effortlessly with a calm and welcoming approach. The entire front office team was equally courteous, efficient, and genuinely guest-focused. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely love to return with my family on my next visit. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I arrived very early at 6am, and they kindly allowed me to check into my room well before the official check-in time, which I truly appreciated. They also provided an empty meeting room so I could have a private yoga session with an outside instructor, such a thoughtful and flexible gesture. They provided me with a yoga mat and later checked on me to ensure everything was ok. The staff at the entrance were incredibly lovely, warm, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Thank you 🙏🏻
