Trident, Gurgaon

An excellent hotel. Everything is taken care of. The staff is polite and helpful. Every request we had fulfilled immediately and with a smile. The hotel's architecture is beautiful especially the pools. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of tasty dishes. The location is a bit far from the city center and while it's close to the airport the taxi to the airport was still more expensive than expected

I travel a fair bit and have been to some exceptional properties, and Trident Gurgaon is likely in my top 5. Every single employee goes out of their way to take care of their guests. From the restaurant staff who sent food to my room when I changed my mind a few minutes after sitting down - to the staff that went out and got an NA beer for me even though it wasn’t on the menu AND sent it to the room. It’s the above and beyond things that I wish would be the norm in comparable places. The property itself is gorgeous, the rooms are fantastic and the service is legendary.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Trident for a wedding, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and impeccable service. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The wedding functions were beautifully organized, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of—from the decor to the food and service. The banquet and outdoor venues were stunning, creating a truly magical atmosphere for the celebrations. What stood out the most was the attentiveness of the staff, who ensured every guest felt special and well looked after throughout the stay. The dining options were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit all palates. Overall, staying at Trident was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and hospitable setting, whether for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.

I had a wonderful stay, made even more special by the outstanding Housekeeping team. Dinesh (Housekeeping Manager) and Sumit (Housekeeping Supervisor) ensured everything was flawless throughout. A big shoutout to Wanremeki and Tharthimon for their attention to detail and warm hospitality — their efforts truly stood out. The room was always impeccably clean, and every small request was handled with genuine care and efficiency. Amazing experience at Trident! The service was extraordinary, and everyone was incredibly friendly especially the lady making the pasta yesterday, the young men at the pool this morning, and the manager who helped us check in and kindly allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer so we could enjoy some extra time at the pool. Unfortunately, I forgot their names, but they truly made our stay even more wonderful.

One of my favorite hotels at this price point and I have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. The location in central Gurgaon is unbeatable. The rooms are medium-sized but cozy, and the architecture is absolutely stunning. From the moment you enter, it feels like you’ve been transported through a time capsule to centuries ago. The gym, set in a cave-like structure overlooking the pool, is simply unreal. I could go on and on, in short, a must visit

The ambience is simply mind blowing, though one has to walk a lot to get to the room!! Hospitality is also superb, which is of course the hall mark of Oberois. Rooms are superbly laid out, however not so as far as bath is concerned, particularly hot-water cold-water mixing facility and inadequacy of facilities in the bath area. That apart, do enjoy the ambience and hospitality to the fullest.

I wantvto express thanks to the Senior Sous Chef - Mr. Suman Kumar who ensured that my family had a a perfect meal time. He was keen on taking the feedback, made up by putting extra efforts for the 1 meal we were okay with..but the Chef was not happy about the fact that we were just 'Okay' ..he delivered everything with exceptional thoughts! Also a shout out to Mr. Suryansh at Cilantro for staying 1 hour beyond the restaurant close time to ensure my date with my husband did not interrupt. Exceptional staff! Lot of gratitude!
