Trident, Gurgaon

Visited after 20 years and this hotel is still getting better like a fine wine. Rooms are spacious, cleaned perfectly everyday , bath towels and bedspread are plush and shower has a perfect water pressure. Food and service is on an another level. Spa is wonderful and so was the therapist. Keep it up!!! ||Chef Manjeet, Anshul and Ganesh deserve a special mention for their outstanding service.

I really enjoyed my time at Trident Gurgaon. The ambience is calm and refreshing, and the place feels like a peaceful escape in the middle of the city. The location is also very convenient, especially with its easy connectivity to nearby corporate offices. The food was delicious, and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Parking is spacious, so you don’t have to worry about that. What I personally loved the most was the artificial pond in the middle — it adds such a sense of calmness and makes the surroundings feel very relaxing. Overall, it’s a great spot whether you’re here for work or just to unwind.

Excellent Dining Experience at Cilantro and Lyrah. Hospitality and Food Taste just brilliant. We were there for complete day just loved the energy of the people serving us and the chefs. Your Damsons, Sushi, Pakodas just awesome. Thank you Abhishek, Manish, Malvika, Vinay, Dhanashree (loved the pakodas) for wonderful hospitality and thank Chef Suman (Loved the onion rava masala dosas), Chef Shubhankar, Chef Shashank for fabulous food.

An excellent hotel. Everything is taken care of. The staff is polite and helpful. Every request we had fulfilled immediately and with a smile. The hotel's architecture is beautiful especially the pools. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of tasty dishes. The location is a bit far from the city center and while it's close to the airport the taxi to the airport was still more expensive than expected

I had the most wonderful stay at Trident. The staff here is truly exceptional, extremely courteous, polite, and always willing to go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The level of hospitality I experienced was by far the best I have ever come across. Every interaction, big or small, reflected warmth and genuine care. Highly recommend Trident to anyone looking for not just a stay, but a memorable experience.

Beautiful property, spacious rooms, lovely view from the room of the garden and birds that flew across and chirped in the morning to create a sense of being on a soulful retreat while on a business trip. Great food and excellent service. The staff is exceptional in their care, warmth and attentiveness.

I travel a fair bit and have been to some exceptional properties, and Trident Gurgaon is likely in my top 5. Every single employee goes out of their way to take care of their guests. From the restaurant staff who sent food to my room when I changed my mind a few minutes after sitting down - to the staff that went out and got an NA beer for me even though it wasn’t on the menu AND sent it to the room. It’s the above and beyond things that I wish would be the norm in comparable places. The property itself is gorgeous, the rooms are fantastic and the service is legendary.
