Having stayed at some of the finest hotels across the globe, my experience at Trident, Gurgaon truly stands out as one of the most exceptional. From the moment of arrival, the service was warm, intuitive, and impeccably professional. Sarash at the Front Desk graciously arranged a room upgrade, setting the tone for a seamless stay. The Front Office Manager (whose name I regret I couldn’t recall) handled a few minor concerns with remarkable efficiency, grace, and professionalism. Dining at Cilantro was a delight, thanks to Ria, whose attentiveness, charm, and genuine care elevated the entire experience. A special appreciation to Nitesh and Zeeshan from Housekeeping for maintaining the room to immaculate standards perfectly prepared and tailored to my preferences. Trident, Gurgaon exemplifies understated luxury, thoughtful service, and true hospitality. A stay I will remember and highly recommend.

Just had a two-night stay at The Trident, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The property is absolutely magical — from the beautifully maintained surroundings to the cozy yet spacious rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. Trident truly surprised me in the best way possible. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Every single team member goes above and beyond, giving their 200% to ensure your stay is nothing short of memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel whether you’re traveling with family, a partner, or friends — it’s perfect for all kinds of stays. A special shoutout to Ayushi and Khwaish for ensuring everything ran smoothly and for their warm, attentive service. Already looking forward to visiting the property again — hopefully for a longer stay next time!

I needed an hotel by Delhi airport at the last minute and booked online as I got off my plane ! Airport hotels are usually overpriced and not particularly nice but this was extremely reasonably priced and absolutely lovely. All staff were kind and friendly, the room was lovely, I had a nice massage in the spa and ordered a meal from room service. Breakfast was good too. I booked a one way transfer to the airport when I booked online, and was expecting a cab to collect me but instead I got a uniformed chauffeur in the nicest vehicle I have been in during the 4 weeks I spent in India. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Easily the best in Gurgaon.|You leave the chaos behind the minute you set foot into Trident. You are met with smile after smile from the entrance till your room. Staff and service are one of the best in the business.|The hotel is beautifully designed so aesthetically pleasing. It has plenty of water bodies and immaculate landscaping. The combination of water, greenery and lighting is done just right and needs to be experienced. So simple yet so much character. Kudos to the architects and the designers.|Rooms are high quality, spacious, clean and well maintained. |The pool was a highlight for me and I also recommend grabbing a drink at their alfresco bar – Lyrah.|I will be back!

Right from the moment I stepped into the Hotel complex to the moment I checked out, the hotel staff made sure that I was treated with utmost importance. Each and everyone of the staff member made sure that my 24 hours at the Trident, Gurugram was special. The hotel is located right in the middle of the bustling chaos of Gurugram City; yet the hotel doesn't feel like we are in Gurugram. It is a world within a world kind of atmosphere once you enter the Hotel premises. Cleanliness was spotless. Food at Saffron and Cilantro was vivid and delicious. Drinks selection at Lyrah was a mix of traditional and western. The place itself is quite photogenic, each corner of the Hotel compound is Instagram worthy. I will definitely give 10/10 to the Hotel Trident, Gurugram. P.S. I visited this hotel in the late December on the occasion of my birthday. At the time of checkout the hotel staff wished me a belated birthday and one of them came to drop me off at the pickup point. But cherry on the cake was the gift that the Hotel gave me for my birthday; a Beautiful Scarf and an elegant Pocket square.

Everything was excellent, from the time you come in to the amazing setup of the hotel to the reception and staff. The manager who I believe his name is Lalit was excellent, attentive, ensuring we were taken care off from the upgrade. The fitness centre was fantastic too and it was our anniversary they surprised us with a cake. This is what a 5 star hotel is about. The restaurants and the bar had a lot of good options and delicious food.

I'm falling short of words to describe my stay at Trident. I stayed with my family and we had to catch a late night flight. Sagar at the reception was able to accommodate late check out time to comfort us. He in fact upgraded our room as well to provide a better experience with kids. Bhumika and Malavika in the restaurant were super helpful. They saw us having a hard time with an infant and toddler and offered to take care/ entertain kids while we ate. The entire staff was so amazing that we didn't want to leave the hotel. Every one was super welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very well built and maintained, looks like a palace at night. We went for a stay but left with great memories. Highly highly recommend staying at Trident.

Omg! I have no words for this place. Like it's simply a replica of heaven. It's one of my fav 5 stars in Gurugram. We have ordered medeterain platter and it was good in taste. However the quantity could have been lil better as per the price. The chef also offered us complimetry desserts as well which were again mouth watering. He served egg n eggless both to us in seperate plates to make sure we can try both as per our preference. The ambience was very elite and grand Must visit
