Trident Hotel

An oasis of tranquility and unparalleled service, the Trident Gurgaon is always a delight. On our return after several months we were reminded of the impeccable service at this beautiful hotel. We would like to thank the management and staff for their amazing attention to detail and care shown during our stay. We would particularly like to share our gratitude to Chef Suman,whose meticulous attention to detail made every meal a masterpiece. Anshul, Abhishek and all the staff in the restaurant remembered our preferences and excelled in their dedicated service. Our suite was perfectly presented with our favourite mineral water provided without request. Finally we would like to applaud Prayank , the magician in the laundry department, our clothes were restored perfectly after suffering all the rigours of travelling in India.The overall professionalism of this hotel is outstanding and we cannot recommend it enough. To everyone at the Trident we would like to thank you all again and look forward to our next visit with you.

Superb property with beautiful greenery and water body when you enter. Feels serene and peaceful though its on a main road. Rooms have a nice garden view, and are well appointed. Bed and pillows shine. Staff is excellent, from Suman at front desk to Kuldeep who helped with luggage to the In room dining wait staff. Food is pretty good, and particularly the Indian food in In room dining was stellar. Hot water in shower was exactly the right temperature. Minibar actually had good items in it.

Absolutely first class hotel. The food and amenities including a first class fitness center made the comfort and experience wonderful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had the pleasure of enjoying. The rooms were extremely comfortable and everything was top notch.

My husband and I stayed here for just one night after experiencing severe stomach issues the day before. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and provides a calm and comfortable environment, which made a huge difference during our recovery. The entire team went above and beyond to take care of us, from providing nourishing food to arranging a doctor’s visit, ensuring we were well enough for our international flight the next morning. Their exceptional care and continuous support made all the difference, allowing us to recover quickly and continue our journey safely.||Thank you for your outstanding hospitality and for maintaining such a wonderful property!

Very good hotel, everything clean. We arrived really late (2 am) and the reception took care of us and made us feel welcomed. We wanted a non smoking room and they made the change with no problem and quickly. Very good breakfast with variety. We would have liked to have more time to use the pool and other facilities.

Very nice open space in the heart of Ggm business district. Lots of open and spacious areas, and the aqueous area in the centre needs to be commended for the serenity it brings to the place. In room dining was also really nice, the spices were easy on the palate. Totally recommend to dine in. The minibar prices were also remarkably reasonable. The soft service could be improved a little bit. While the staff are really polite and courteous, and ever ready to help, the cleaning in the room can be an improved (more attention to details, corners, surfaces). Light music and fragrance in the lobby would also be much appreciated to kind of create a mental curtain from the outside world as you enter the hotel.

Stayed at the hotel for a business trip, close to Cyber City. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms well appointed, with comfortable bedding and adequate facilities. Rooms serviced multiple times a day which was a nice touch. Heated pool was nice during the colder days. Breakfast buffet had a large selection of different cuisines.

This was my first time staying at a trident property. And what a horrible set of staff and people who manage the hotel. I left a pair of sneakers in my room, by mistake, which was ‘ apparently ‘never recovered’ by their housekeeping staff. Tried calling the hotel multiple times, at first they answered once and said they’ll get back, but since that call they have obviously not tried ringing be back for any updates. Sad to see that a five star property’s staff has not been trained to be of good service to their current and past guests. And more so they haven’t been trained to not bloody steal… Never coming back to any trident property again. Horrid experience.
