We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome and exceptionally well taken care of. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to every detail were outstanding. The restaurant Saffron service was equally remarkable. The team was attentive, friendly, and highly professional, creating a delightful dining experience. The food was simply exquisite – beautifully presented, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. Every meal was a true pleasure for both of us. We are genuinely delighted with our stay and the exceptional dining experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Trident Gurgaon is a wonderful place to stay. While the rooms are not very large, they are extremely comfortable, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, making it very easy to rest and feel at ease after a long day. The facilities are excellent — the gardens, common areas, gym, and pool are all beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. It truly feels like an oasis in the middle of the city. What really makes the difference, though, is the staff. Everyone is consistently attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and making you feel very well looked after throughout your stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to key areas of Gurgaon while still offering a peaceful and relaxed environment. Overall, a fantastic hotel that combines comfort, great service, and excellent facilities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The only thing that I would like to see improve is the menu. Would be great to have more European options to eat that it is not pasta/pizza. But the rest is spotless!

Just had a two-night stay at The Trident, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The property is absolutely magical — from the beautifully maintained surroundings to the cozy yet spacious rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. Trident truly surprised me in the best way possible. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Every single team member goes above and beyond, giving their 200% to ensure your stay is nothing short of memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel whether you’re traveling with family, a partner, or friends — it’s perfect for all kinds of stays. A special shoutout to Ayushi and Khwaish for ensuring everything ran smoothly and for their warm, attentive service. Already looking forward to visiting the property again — hopefully for a longer stay next time!

I stayed for solo two separate nights in December at either end of a trip.||The first night was in fact just a couple of hours (0300 airport arrival - 1000 departure), the second being a full night.||The first night I was kindly upgraded to a suite, which was sumptuous, even for just a few hours. The night staff were on their game and not at all ‘middle of the night’ sleepy!||The second night was a ‘standard’ room, which was still of a reasonable size, and needless to say well equipped. Again staff were clearly all of a high standard of performance,||A very spacious modern hotel that has managed to create a classic and relaxing atmosphere without resorting to stainless steel and glass modernity. Ideally placed for the airport and the surrounding business district.||I didn’t use the restaurant for an evening meal, a bar snack and drink being all that was needed. Not cheap, but this is to be expected in a property of this type. The excellent breakfast buffet with eggs etc cooked to order was extensive and catered for all cuisines.||Recommended.

There are many things to appreciate about the place, right from its grandeur design to immaculate gardens and water features, Trident really feels like a modern palace in the city centre. The rooms are excellent, clean and comes with all the facilities such as gym, swimming pool, restaurant and spa. ||||The service was exceptional, though sometimes a bit too much for our liking, especially in the restaurant/bar area. As lovely as the staff were, at times they were a bit too attentive. A slightly more minimal approach from the waiting staff would improve the dining experience.||||For the experience, service and quality, I would highly recommend Trident to anyone looking for a stay in Gurgaon city centre.

Stayed at Trident for a night before a flight due to its close proximity to the airport (15 mins late at night and 30 mins with traffic). The layout of the hotel is interesting as it reminds one of palaces with lobbies and courtyards instead of a single bungalow. I had to leave and come back due to change in flight schedule n the hotel kept my room on hold. Staff was courteous and a mixup in rooms was taken seriously by them- which I appreciated. Took their transportation to the airport which was great with changing schedule as they accommodated the changes through the night - as expected the cost is premium. In room dining was at par of a 5* in terms of food quality and the service was quick. I would return to Trident for my next trip and recommend it without reservation.

Having stayed at some of the finest hotels across the globe, my experience at Trident, Gurgaon truly stands out as one of the most exceptional. From the moment of arrival, the service was warm, intuitive, and impeccably professional. Sarash at the Front Desk graciously arranged a room upgrade, setting the tone for a seamless stay. The Front Office Manager (whose name I regret I couldn’t recall) handled a few minor concerns with remarkable efficiency, grace, and professionalism. Dining at Cilantro was a delight, thanks to Ria, whose attentiveness, charm, and genuine care elevated the entire experience. A special appreciation to Nitesh and Zeeshan from Housekeeping for maintaining the room to immaculate standards perfectly prepared and tailored to my preferences. Trident, Gurgaon exemplifies understated luxury, thoughtful service, and true hospitality. A stay I will remember and highly recommend.

Right from the moment I stepped into the Hotel complex to the moment I checked out, the hotel staff made sure that I was treated with utmost importance. Each and everyone of the staff member made sure that my 24 hours at the Trident, Gurugram was special. The hotel is located right in the middle of the bustling chaos of Gurugram City; yet the hotel doesn't feel like we are in Gurugram. It is a world within a world kind of atmosphere once you enter the Hotel premises. Cleanliness was spotless. Food at Saffron and Cilantro was vivid and delicious. Drinks selection at Lyrah was a mix of traditional and western. The place itself is quite photogenic, each corner of the Hotel compound is Instagram worthy. I will definitely give 10/10 to the Hotel Trident, Gurugram. P.S. I visited this hotel in the late December on the occasion of my birthday. At the time of checkout the hotel staff wished me a belated birthday and one of them came to drop me off at the pickup point. But cherry on the cake was the gift that the Hotel gave me for my birthday; a Beautiful Scarf and an elegant Pocket square.
