I recently had the pleasure of staying at Trident hotel , and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated — with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view from my room was stunning. What truly stood out was the service. Every team member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Room service was prompt and delicious, and the housekeeping staff kept everything immaculate. The hotel’s location is also ideal — close to key attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. The in-house restaurant served outstanding food with a great variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve experienced.

I want to start with! Thank you to every staff member in Trident! So coming back to Bombay for four nights with our one year old we chose to stay here and what a wonderful decision it has been! My baby fell ill during our stay in Mumbai and Trident staff has not been less than a genie who does everything in their power to make you and your child feel comfortable! They made every possible effort for us! And honestly that touched me through and through! The nicest of staff this hotel has! All the restaurant staff, breakfast, even check ins and valet ! Even the guys at security were trying to make my girl smile and yes he did succeed! We requested for milk every night they without needing a reminder place it in our room for us with all necessary items! I have stayed in multiple hotels but when it comes to your baby you want to choose easy, this is easy! Everyone has been so so kind and warm! Their smiles makes you want to smile! This place is home away from home Location is amazing! Keeps us connected to everything

I had a wonderful stay at Trident, Mumbai. The hospitality was truly world-class — warm, attentive, and always professional. The staff went out of their way to ensure comfort and convenience at every step. The rooms were elegant, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the sea . The dining experience was equally delightful, with a wide variety of cuisines and impeccable service.

I booked for 6 people and it was a special occasion which we already informed. However, despite being making advance reservations the checkin process was not so good. It's not the staff problem they did all their best (Hitansh) was really polite in getting address during checkin. The room wasn't ready so Hitansh really managed well and got the requirements ready. Few things weren't as expected but the manager - Rahul did all his best to manage the situation. Really appreciate the level of dedication to him and his entire team to get all things sorted. Tanmay and Priyanka from floor were also helpful all the time. Vikas from the breakfast side was also helpful. The team is really helpful and attentive. Few things which needs to be improved based on my exy- there is a lot of rush at Trident so, the management needs to modify or adjust all the guest in their convenience. Overall need to work on it but really nice and clean rooms and would rate and recommend this hotel for others too. Cheers! - Sahil Mahamulkar

Stayed at Trident Nariman Point for a short visit, and honestly, the experience was worth every bit. The highlight for me was definitely the sea view – waking up and seeing the calm waters right from the room window was something else. If you're a fan of peaceful mornings and sunset views, this place will not disappoint. The hospitality was smooth and professional. Right from the check-in to the room service, everything was handled well. The staff is polite, quick to respond, and makes sure you're comfortable. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all basic amenities taken care of. You can tell they pay attention to hygiene and detail. Food was great, especially breakfast – good spread with a mix of Indian and continental dishes. I didn’t try many in-house restaurants, but the room service menu had decent options, and whatever I tried was tasty and served hot. The ambience of the hotel is calm and classy, not overly flashy. It’s ideal for both work and a relaxed stay. And the location? Perfect. Right at Marine Drive you just walk out and you're at the promenade. Only thing to note is that it’s a premium property, so prices are on the higher side, but considering the overall experience, it felt worth it. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, scenic stay in the heart of South Mumbai.
