Trident Hotel

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We were deciding between several options in Mumbai and could not have been happier with our choice. The rooms were excellent, with large windows and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The facilities throughout the hotel were outstanding, and the complimentary morning yoga classes were a highlight. The executive lounge was also exceptional, with a great selection of snacks and a very generous extended cocktail hour that was perfect for watching the sunset. Most importantly, the staff truly set this hotel apart. From the moment we arrived until we departed, we were consistently well looked after, with service that was attentive without ever being overbearing. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by an additional night. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special, we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for 4 nights in a double room with a city view and we loved it! The staff are amazing in this hotel, we felt very cared for! Great restaurants at the site and amazing breakfast. Great location with a lot of landmarks to visit around and easy access to the highway. We felt very secure. The room could benefit from small renovation, e.g. wooden parts are showing age, but overall it felt like a truly luxurious stay! Best treatment from hotel staff we have received so far!

Excellent location with stunning sea views and very close to Marine Drive. Rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable with premium facilities. Staff is extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help. Food quality is amazing, especially breakfast with lots of variety. Overall luxury experience with peaceful vibe and great hospitality.

A wonderful stay at Trident Hotel, Nariman Point! The location is superb with beautiful sea views that truly enhance the experience. Check-in was smooth and welcoming thanks to Sahil at the front desk. Razak, the lifeguard at the Oberoi swimming pool, was extremely helpful and attentive. The complimentary drop-off and pick-up service within 3 km made getting around very easy. Food at Frangipani was absolutely delicious, and the chef kindly prepared special meals, including butter chicken for my younger one, which was greatly appreciated. Everyone we interacted with displayed exceptional hospitality and warm Indian culture. A truly lovely experience. Highly recommended and we will stay here next year again!

Honestly it’s the best service I’ve experienced in my life. The breakfast service is unmatched. Anything you ask. I fell really sick when I was staying there and they got me a doctor and even bought me a thermometer and meds. If I was cold they bought me shawl without asking. Rooms are very good and they cleaned and kept everything very neatly. I would recommend this hotel 1000%

We had a wonderful New Year’s Eve stay at Trident, Nariman Point, and the overall experience was exceptional — polished, warm, and seamless from start to finish. A special mention to Aviroopa at the Front Office, who welcomed us so graciously at check-in. She took the time to show us around the hotel and made us feel genuinely looked after right from the moment we arrived. That same spirit of attentive hospitality was consistent across the team throughout our stay. I also spent quite a bit of time by the pool and interacted with life guard Tanveer on a few occasions. He was consistently courteous, thoughtful, and professional — a truly excellent example of service done with care. There were about eight of us staying together, and we were all delighted with the experience. Trident continues to deliver the kind of refined, dependable luxury that keeps you coming back.
