TRIFECTA - Surf, Snow, Skate in Orchard Road

I'm super impressed with Trifecta because from a total beginner who is afraid to ski to being able to navigate safely on a red slope. My instructor Hung Wei had definitely done a superb job. Since day 1 I always book my class if he is teaching the lesson. He is always very encouraging and supportive of each learner. Very patient with me and always share his tips and skills with us. His skills & knowledge exceeded my expectation and will highly recommend him to anyone who is learning to ski or just for refresher classes. Would have rate him 10 stars if I could. Trifecta surfing is a standout for those who don't have the surf nearby or remotely close. An easy startup even if you haven't surfed before & excellent coaching is available. Weekdays are better.

It was super fun! I did the indoor surfing and, boy, it was hard! But the staff there were really friendly and helpful and eventually I was able to at the very least stand still 😅. It's not at all their fault I couldn't perform, I'm just bad at surfing!

Highly recommend the Freestyle Jib Beginner Session with Han. He broke it down and warmed us up from the basics to trying out frontside and backside shifties. It was really fun and there is a special butt segment which sounds wrong but is 100% wholesome. You have to go to find out what's up. It's a well paced session where you'll get personal tips and corrections and overall a good time. Han the smooth multitasker was also taking videos all our attempts while guiding us so we could review ourselves after. Thank you!!

Came here for a refresher since I haven’t skied in a while. The instructor was really friendly and helped me with my short turns. Found the experience good. The ski slopes doesn’t quite feel like skiing on snow, it’s pretty rough and you can’t “dig in”. But overall, helped me get back my muscle memory so nothing to complain about. The equipment has a bit of smell, so gotta shower soon after that.

This shop plays music every night, so loud it's disturbing nearby residents. It was even louder today, starting at 4 PM and continuing until 10:30 PM. I'm pregnant and already bedridden, and the pounding music made my stomach tighten even more, making me even more worried about the baby. I've already complained to the shop, but there's been no improvement. This shop is absolutely insane. How can such a lack of empathy handle such a high-risk job as surfing instruction? It's truly disappointing!

I love Trifecta surf and so does my son. We surf here weekly, if in Singapore its a must try! My only negative is the recent 'wellness' spa tacked on the side. Has killed the vibe of the place and is a clear failed attempt to increase revenue. I want Trifecta to be profitable and sustainable but this was a bad call. There are many ways to fill venue, this is not one.

The place is overall good , it has ice skating , water diving and a skateboard rink. But the problem of this building is that it is built on a park. I’ve been there before it was built and it was just.. so pretty! The trees were beautiful and the fact that they were all cut down to make a new building just makes me sad. Thus I don’t think the builders did the tree policy cause I have not seen them plant new trees instead of the old. Overall not counting this it is a nice place with coaches who can help.
