Trikora Beach Club and Resort

Beautiful & unspoilt location to get away from it all! The property is located on this stunning beach with an infinity pool to enjoy the views, together with the well kept gardens or beach to lie back & totally relax! The beach villa is well worth the extra & enjoys a comfortable rustic style with the view & gentle sounds of the ocean. The rustic style continues throughout with a picturesque decking accommodating the restaurant. The menu is varied, reasonable & we enjoyed exceptional dishes every time. The staff are all very friendly & welcoming at every encounter, particularly Anuar who is an absolute delight with such a cheerful & friendly nature, always wanting to make sure that his guests are enjoying their stay. We highly recommend this resort & island - it’s just a short ferry ride from Singapore & approx 50 minute taxi ride but you get to see the island at the same time too. Thanks for the earlier recommendation re: Taxis too. Don’t go for the ones immediately as you come through customs & immigration, but those just as you exit. (Barter too, as we paid 250,000 Ind Rupiat each way plus tip).

I visited with my friends and we were pleasantly surprised with the ambience and service of this place. The resort suddenly appears from nowhere while driving and inside its a paradise of individually tucked challets and villas. Rooms are very simple and have used local wood as decorations. The restaurant is located very close to the beach and has an excellent service. Me and my friends were vegetarians and they took such good care of our dietary needs. They not only made sure we have plenty of vegetarian options for breakfast, lunch and dinner but also went beyond and made special delicious off menu meals which. Me and my friend were blown away by the overall service and hospitality of this wonderful sweet resort. Special thanks to all who served us and a special thanks to the chef who made bespoke meals for us. I highly recommend this place for those looking for excellent service.

We had a fabulous time here - bare feet for four days. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were fantastic, and went out of their way to assist. This resort offering a peaceful place to relax, enjoy massage with a fabulous view of the ocean. Food and services delicious. I suggest to stay in this place if you want a break and relax . WiFi is working perfectly

One of the best resorts in Bintan - absolutely stunning white sand beach 50 meters from your room - Clean and spacious rooms - Very good food although a bit expensive - beautiful wind always blowing - in the midst of nature with lot of greenery You can decide to go there without a second thought.

From minute one we were guided into the caring embrace of the sincere staff. Their attention and punctuality was sublime. What a wonderful stay at this truly beautiful resort. I’d say this is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. It was near perfect. Amazing choice of cuisines for lunch and dinner, I recall every meal we had being delicious. To top things off, the beach and pool are spectacular.

The location itself is nice, close to the beach and peaceful but premises are old, dirty and poorly maintained - the rooms are very basic, beds are not comfortable and feel dirty. The bathrooms are old and dirty -the shower head, wooden boards came apart. There are very few facilities and options for entertainment - there is only 1 restaurant with limited menu (many options were not available and not many options for vegetarians) and no buffet breakfast. The pools were cleaned only after we complained. Very poor customer service as the staff either did not understand English or were unwilling to accomodate requests and it was hard to find any staff around. It's not well lit at night and there's no entertainment for children apart from the beach and pool. The reception staff informed us there were life vests for children but there was noone at the "sports centre" and they did not have any small size life vests for kids.Given that therre were very few guests at the resort that weekend, the service could have been a lot better to take care of the few of us who were there. We had to keep complaining before anything was done. The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful but there was no other customer service provided through our stay. The photos and reviews do not accurately reflect how the premises are. The beach is beautiful but the rooms are not comfortable, and you can hear traffic from the main road. Do not recommend for families with kids as it is really boring. The pictures and reviews on trip advisor do not accurately reflect the state of the premises.

Trikora is a quiet and beautiful escape from Singapore. Staff is amazing, beach is nice and facilities on point. One main drawback: the curtains in the rooms are white and let through all sunlight. As a result, most of us in our group - especially those with kids - woke up around 545 during sunrise. This should be an easy fix and if done we would love to come back.
