KG: "Trillium Park is best around fall. Something about the leaves changing their color and welcoming in a new season gets me every single time. There's a couple of new additions to the park that stretch into the back of Ontario Place. Although rocky, it includes a little beach area, which is nice. But my favourite is the lookout spot right beside it."

5 Stars! Trillium Park is a true gem in Toronto and a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the natural beauty of the city. The park is beautifully designed with winding trails, scenic lookouts, and ample green space, making it a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle. The lakefront views are breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset, providing the perfect backdrop for photos or a relaxing moment by the water. The park is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of benches and picnic areas, making it ideal for families, friends, and solo visitors alike. The landscaping is gorgeous, with native plants and artistic rock formations that give a unique character to the park. You’ll also find an amphitheater and some hidden spots for quiet relaxation. Plus, it’s bike-friendly, so you can easily explore the entire area. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, Trillium Park offers a beautiful escape with stunning views of the Toronto skyline and Lake Ontario. Highly recommend spending an afternoon here!

Trillium Park, located near Lakeshore, was the perfect setting for celebrating a friend's birthday. The park features beautifully landscaped gardens, walking paths, and stunning views of the waterfront. We enjoyed a lovely picnic surrounded by nature, and the atmosphere was vibrant and relaxing. The spacious area allowed us to play games and share laughter, making it a memorable day filled with joy and friendship in a picturesque setting.

For the second year in a row, I've been enchanted by the Lumiere show at the park. The organization is commendable, and each visit reignites my love for this event. Running from March to April, it's free and definitely worth experiencing, whether with friends, family, or solo. The exhibit boasts captivating art installations, some interactive and others introspective, catering to diverse interests. The ambiance is particularly magical at night or during twilight, when the lights and colors come alive. Due to ongoing construction, half of the park is inaccessible, so plan your route accordingly—enter from the Hotel X side, as parking options are limited.

Trillium Park is truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the city, offering a serene escape with its breathtaking views of the lakeside waterfront skyline. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a peaceful walk or simply want to soak in the natural beauty, this park is the perfect destination. One of the highlights of Trillium Park is its tranquil atmosphere, especially in the morning when it’s less busy. The early hours are the ideal time to visit if you prefer a quiet experience, allowing you to fully appreciate the park’s scenic beauty without the crowds. However, it’s worth noting that there is some commercial construction underway near the entrance, which might make finding your way into the park a bit tricky. Additionally, part of the park is currently closed due to the construction, so you may not have full access to all areas. Despite these minor inconveniences, Trillium Park remains a must-visit spot for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, Trillium Park offers a unique blend of urban and natural landscapes that makes it a standout destination. Don’t miss the chance to experience this peaceful oasis—it’s well worth the visit!

I love this Park. Apart from the lake front, grass and picnic tables/spots and fire pits, it hosts plenty of activities in summer and fall. My favorite one is live music program during the summer. You can relax on the grass and enjoy the music.. Helpful info (1) You can book the fire pits available in the park. But you need to buy firewood by yourself. (2) it becomes windier and colder than the city, so be prepared.

I have frequented this park since 2017, this park was built on what used to be parking a lot. It has a beautiful view of the skyline. Therés also a moccasin-shaped rock garden — honoring Indigenous Heritage, therés a fire pit as well. Just a perfect place to unwind and have a picnic (that is, if its not too crowded).

It’s very beautiful park to enjoy Toronto skyline and to watch airplanes taking off from Billy Bishop airport. It’s an excellent spot to watch CNE Airshow. Trillium park summer music is a must go event for great vibe.

Yelp
Nice park for walking and watching over aircrafts flying in and out of the nearby airport. Offers an amazing view of the CN tower and the city skyline as well!

Yelp
Trillium park is fantastic to spend a good hour or two in. Located in Downtown, it's a nice break from the busy shops and eateries to something much more mellow. There's a great bike route around the park and plenty of areas to sit and take in the view. My favourite part are the massive rocks to sit on and admire the lake and city view - you can almost feel the waves at your feet!

Yelp
A couple weeks ago I went for a walk and headed south to Coronation Park ... it was sunny and a bit chilly. It had been a while since I've been out for a good long walk. I kept going to Trillium Park and William G. Davis Trail ... I love this park and trail!

Yelp
There are plenty of amazing parks in downtown Toronto. Trillium is easily one of the best. Perfect for walking or just sitting on the grass. Great lake view. I strongly recommend checking it out before the end of summer.

Yelp
This is one of my favourite parks in that city. It's great for walking or biking through but the best part is there is a big hill on the south side facing the water that you can sit on with someone and bring a picnic and just look out at the water and all the boats and planes. There are also washrooms in the area that have mainly been open. It's really the ideal spot for a little outdoor date or friend to catch up. Lots of beautiful sunsets!

Yelp
THIS IS HOW A PARK SHOULD BE. i was fortunate to come and visit this park on the second day of its opening since the renovation, and i gotta say that this park has been beautifully made. what this park is in tiny size has an incredible amount of details and features that should be standard in all parks. every inch of the trail around this park has an amazing view not only of the city, but certain portions of the trail make you feel away from the city as well, almost to the point where you have to do a double take. amazing things to see on this trail is the water fountains, which also have a bowl for dogs and a bottle filling station. the fire pit area, and the rock climbing porition, they dont want you to climb it, but i really don't have a better word for it, and the pictures i have shared do not do it justice. a great park for toronto, and a great escape from the city with OUTSTANDING views.

Yelp
This is an awesome park in the heart of the city. With great views of both downtown harbour front, the dome and the tower, along with planes at the airport, the vistas are incredible! The trails and landscaping are well thought out and detailed with indigenous plants and rock. It gives you a nice feeling of what this area of the plant was like before people started paving it over. There are good facilities too. Everything looks well organized and properly labeled with good signage. The washrooms were clean, modern and function featuring gender neutral single use design and a manual power look so need to fumble and get your hands dirty locking the door behind you. There was a stage being set up when we cycled through, and something interesting to see every time you turn your head. Probably the best part was the smell of the water with the gentle mist hovering over the bay greeting you at the shoreline. The sailboats that dotted the water was icing on the cake. The sky opens up to you here as well, and with some weather staring you down from anywhere nearby, this spot would let you have front row seats and feel the action.

Yelp
What a summer stunner. Today I walked this park with my little family, and we had a great time seeing the water, some incredible aboriginal beauty and watching planes take off. Beyond this, we had a snack and realized we could skate in Toronto well into the summer. Let's do this!
