The 14 Best Airbnbs in Philadelphia, the City Everyone Will Be Visiting in 2026 | Condé Nast Traveler

"A lovely example of Philadelphia’s trinity homes, this historic three-story townhouse shows off exposed brick and wide-plank wood floors without compromising on design. I enjoyed the cozy living room and a kitchen stocked with modern amenities like an espresso machine, and the back patio is a great spot to take your coffee before exploring the nearby attractions of Old City, including Independence Hall, Washington Square, and the Liberty Bell. Pet-friendly and carrying a historical home designation, it has two bedrooms and 2.5 baths." - Maddy Sweitzer-Lamme, Jessica Sulima

Trinity Classic Homes is such an accommodating builder! They truly listen and work with you to make sure you get exactly what you’re wanting in your new home. Their homes are not only cost-efficient, but the design options are beautiful and unique. I love that they’re not a cookie-cutter builder. you really feel like your home is tailored to you. Highly recommend!

If I could give them a zero I would. Trinity builds beautiful homes which lures you in, but at some point they have seemed to change hands and are now masquerading as a ‘christian’ company. I don’t know if they partnered with Riverside homes and that is where the cheap workmanship came into play, but after less than a year in the home everything seemed to fall apart. They squirmed their way out of repairing anything, including items that we were told were under warranty, or were supposed to be repaired at the walkthrough. They added some design elements we did not want or were not aware of, even though what they added likely cost more, and were not practical and are now falling apart. They avoid taking calls and allowing you to speak with someone in charge. They installed a septic system in our home and we didn’t know until after we closed. They used a janky company that has been greedy and dishonest. After less than a year in the home there was an overflow from the septic into the home. Why they set it up to overflow into the home rather than the land the home is on I have no clue. The septic company said it was due to a clog and we had to pay to unclog it. Less than a month later it overflowed into the home again. This time it destroyed walls and floors that insurance will not pay for and cost thousands to fix. So our home looks like a construction zone and no one wants to take accountability. We subsequently paid for the system to be pumped, which Trinity told us during walkthrough would not need to happen until after 2 years, and under estimated the cost to us by hundreds of dollars. Now 4 months later, the light is on again, which happens whenever it floods. I am working on gathering testimony from other owners of their homes to file a class action lawsuit for deceptive business practices. I’m learning the use of septic in this area is one big money grab. I can see why with the constant cost and headache.

7yrs into our home and had to spend $21,000 to fix the pipes under the slab that were not glued causing foundation issues. Also had to add foundation piers because doors wouldn't close anymore, slab had dropped 2.5 inches in the leaking sewer pipe area.. Trinity home refused to help out... You be the judge.

UPDATE 5/6/2024: It makes me so sad to update my review. We do not recommend buying a Trinity Classic Home. We are now a year and half into our home and Trinity is not following through on our warrenty items. We even have items that have been on the list since before we moved in. We have communicated clearly with them and have been more than patient. For anyone who is thinking about buying a Trinity home, please reach out so my husband and I can share about our poor experience. OLD REVIEW: We adore our Trinity home!! Building a home in todays time can be very challenging. Our builder, Chris Ferguson, has been amazing and continues to communicate with us for the few items that need to be installed post move-in due to delays that are out of their control! The girls in the office quickly turned into friends and were a blessing to work with throughout the build process! We love our peaceful location and the fact that we were able to get a home on 2 acres at a great price!

What a great community and great company to work with on finding a new home . Thank you so much Paige Johnson for my seamless transition and always getting the answers to any question that may come up even after close. I’m glad I chose Trinity Classic Builds for my forever home - the team is top notch and they truly stand behind all their work.

We are still waiting for items to be completed and there are numerous things we’ve had to fix ourselves. Trinity would serve their buyers better if they focused on the crucial component of quality control during the building process.

Trinity Classic Homes was wonderful to work with! Chase Hughes was very communicative and helped navigate a few special requests from my clients. Their project manager has impeccable attention to detail and ensured the home was perfect and ready for move in day! If you’re looking for a reputable builder that takes pride in their product, Trinity is a great choice!

Yelp
Trinity has hired a rockstar lady named Kim. We have been in our house for over two years with little to none response from Trinity.. Miss Kim has been working there for a short period of time and is making up for all the bad communication between homeowners and Trinity. I am extremely happy with Miss Kim and the choices that Trinity has made and hiring such an irreplaceable person. Thank you for all you do.

Yelp
Once your home is built goodluck getting any of your warranty work done. We've been in our home for over one year, warranty has been expired for a year and we're still dealing with warranty work that hasn't been completed. We've dealt with more than 7 different people that so call work in the "warranty department". This company has zero experience in customer service or communication within their company or customers. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. This "company" has been a nightmare and a pain since day one. I am now kicking myself for not taking the 1 star reviews more seriously! If you're thinking about building with this company run now! ***The only person that within this company that was super helpful was Amanda during the building process. ***

Yelp
We've been in our house for a year and a half. As with everyone we've met, things started off great. We left 5 star reviews everywhere we could, we even let trinity record a video of our family to share how great things were. It became an inside joke with some neighbors/relatives/friends that we were "the face of trinity" because of how highly we spoke of them every chance we got. As soon as we moved in things took a turn for the worst. We've been very patient, giving trinity the opportunity to show us who they are as a company. A year and a half later we've realized they have showed us who they are as a company.. a terrible company. This is not just our experience with them but also the turn over rate. Since we have been in the home we have had to deal with 9 different point of contacts. Each time having to start over with each builder/warranty rep. Each time receiving promises from trinity employees who didn't complete jobs, and because "that employee no longer works with trinity" we had to suffer from their turn over rate by not upholding employee promises. We've had warranty items submitted since move in, and items to be completed/repair since before moving in. It has been a year and a half and we are still fighting with trinity to have items completed. The company's follow up and follow through is terrible, however, they are extremely quick to respond with a "no", aside from that you won't hear from them for weeks. When you finally get your repair completed, their contractors create more damage.. i.e. electrician came to repair an outlet in our fireplace stone creating cracks in it. floor repairs (might i add still incomplete) have left us with incomplete baseboards for over 7 months! Our home is extremely inefficient, they said they would send someone out to check attic insulation causing cold/hot air leaks (after a trinity employee already told us they'd get this fixed because they did see the problem) later email "after assessment no work is needed" how can you assess something you haven't not even put your eyes on. These drafts throughout the house are so bad it will blow out the flame of a lighter if you hold it next to an outlet. We had leaking windows/doors for 9 months causing mildew and mold growth. These are only a few examples, I could go on, but this review is long enough.. If you really want to know more, please come knock on anyone's door that lives in any of their communities, especially on feather lane, stafford trail, or stafford road, and they will all tell you not to build with trinity.

Yelp
The homes look good. But the service from start to finish is awful. Even warranty repairs don't happen and they do not contact you back. I would Not recommend them to anyone. Every person that used them in my neighborhood agree as well. This is not a one time thing.

Yelp
Tour trinity home is first class and every detail was taken into consideration. We love our hoke and are very happy we choose Trinity.
