A nice room! It is spacious and the bed is great for the price. The downside is that I didn't get the king bed that I asked for (Got 2 single beds smooched together), but it's ok since I was staying there by myself. The view on the lower floor wasn't that great. But the overall experience was great!

I stayed here last year and had a great experience, which is why I chose to return this year — but it turned out to be a nightmare. The first room I was given had a strong sewage smell the moment I opened the door, so I had to request a change. The second room was filled with air freshener to mask a bad odor, and it was overwhelming, so I didn’t stay there either. The third room was somewhat acceptable, but I found a cockroach inside and the room was clearly smaller than the one I booked. Finally, I ended up in a fourth room, and it’s full of bugs — ants and strange cocoon-carrying insects crawling everywhere. Even if you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep, the bug issue makes it unbearable. Very disappointing.

-Location is good. Hotel rate quite reasonable. -Request an iron board and didnt send to us for the first day. Second day request again and they send to my room immediately.- Last day of stay, move my thing to friend place.First round of moving 2 luggage and 2 hand carry. After that second round moving to take my remaining thing the door not able to open and the timing is around 10.30 am. The hotel check out time Is 12 noon.- request a scissor from the reception, most of the hotel will send staff to send to the hotel room. I call the reception and drop the call after she said ok. The reception call back and said you need to come down to receptionist counter to get your self. This is what i have experience.

Trinity Silom Hotel BKK April 21-28, 2025 Wow I don’t like doing a bad report yet this is all correctable. I was in a separate tower from the main lobby. Towel shortage?! Only provided two bath towels and floor mat. So hot I am showering more than twice a day. These towels are not enough. No small hand towels or face towels? Requested more and exchange of towels required. Towel police? Smell in room. General smell in room was like a dirty mop smell. Every day slightly different yet seemed to always have a bad odor. Room air fresheners are hidden under night table etc that do not fix the problem. The floors really didn’t feel clean in bare feet and slippers provided are for small feet. Sticky gross feeling. Easily fixed. Bathroom sewer odor is bad. I closed the bathroom door all the time. Exhaust fan could not keep hot air out. Clearly a sewer smell. Bathroom became very warm. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so water always on floor after each shower. No floor drain like other bathrooms in Thailand/Vietnam. So mop it up with the only floor towel. Soaked. Roaches seen near refrigerator. Entry area and hallway carpeting is old and seen much use. Elevators worked well yet also looked and operated rough. Hallways are outside air hot. And generally loud with noises. Can easily find better at same price point. Housekeeping gets A+. Room was always refreshed before I returned. Not always the case even at the Hilton. However glassware changed at microwave but never at sink?! Not a big enough deal to rate this service lower.

Located just a short walk from Chong Nonsi BTS, Trinity Silom is ideal for travelers who want easy access to Bangkok’s main areas. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet, with a comfortable bed, decent water pressure, and stable Wi-Fi. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but everything works as it should. Staff are efficient, though not overly friendly. Guests can access a pool in a nearby building. No breakfast included, but plenty of street food and cafes right outside. It’s not a luxury stay, but for the price and location, it’s a smart pick.

A budget hotel that badly needs some updating. A chair in my room was badly worn and you could see the padding on the edges. Nothing special about my room. The swimming pool was nice but it was at a building across the street. Breakfast was 180 baht which was about $5.45 u.s. It was a set menu and ok but nothing special. Location to the BTS was good

Great hotel in the heart of the city but far enough to avoid the crowd and noise. close to sky train and metro and with lots of cafes and eateries near by. Also very close to the nightlife, especially on Silom road. It’s also walking distance to the Lumpini park. Rooms are a bit dated but in good condition and well maintained. It’s quite spacious and comfy. The onsite pool and gym are a plus. Staff were friendly, helpful and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Im a biz traveller and visited BKK frequently. I really love the location...BTS chong nonsi is very near and I think it is one of the best...room is a bit old but spacious with reasonable price. There is a local market just backside and enough to feel the local vibe with cheap cost. Staffs are very nice and kind and there is a huge pool.
