It is an old 3 stars hotel and it shows signs of wear & tear. There was no view from the windows however contrary to what other guests feedbacked, beside some hairs on the door of the toilet. The room has been clean and housecleaning available whenever I requested for one. Housekeeper is very friendly and I gave her my extra gift speaker to her. Service is excellent, and friendly all the time and I can borrow umbrella anytime of the day. Ordering grab food was also easy for it to be left at reception. There is a dated pool & gym for use which is great. Great location too. Now, the not so good side. Room is a little dark. Air conditioner is either too cold or too hot. Same as the fridge, my drinks and food often frozen up. Other than that it was a spacious space that comes with slippers, robes and a safe. Hate the 20 baht drop off and pick up fee.

This isn’t a pampering, luxury stay—but it’s a perfectly fine base if your priority is exploring Bangkok. The rooms are simple and no-frills, and yes, only two towels per turnover, but it was fine for our four-day stay. The staff is very friendly, check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the supermarket on the first floor is a great convenience. The hotel setup is a little unusual with three connected locations, and the pool is more like a lap pool than a tropical retreat, but it works if you want to swim. Location is excellent—walkable or a quick tuk tuk to shops, cafés, and bars. Not glamorous, but good value and straightforward. Even the slightly eerie public bench sculptures at night end up adding to the hotel’s quirky charm.

First of all, I want to mention the positive side. The staff showed good service within the limits of their work. I asked if I could borrow cutlery from the cafeteria to my hotel room – this was not possible. That alone pulls the service rating down by 2 stars. The hotel was somewhat worn in certain rooms and needs upgrading. Especially the water system must be fixed, as I only got cold showers. I had to change rooms three times because of this, but there was no hot water anywhere. The internet connection was also poor. Breakfast was not included, though it was possible to buy a plate with a standard international breakfast. I found a good hotel about 700 meters away where they offered a nice breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. I will end by saying that I will not come back here. And I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated near the train station, tucked away on a quiet street next to a small shopping center that shares its name. The area has plenty of shops and cafés within walking distance, making it a convenient choice for travelers.Rooms are adequately sized but rather dark, and the furniture is getting a bit dated. However, my room was clean and tidy.Breakfast is served as a choice of three pre-set plates and is quite affordable. The hotel features a large swimming pool, which is a nice plus. The biggest downside was the in-room Wi-Fi, which barely worked or didn’t function at all during our stay in my room.On the bright side, the staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful throughout.

On 2025-08-14 i visited the swimming pool located on the 9th floor of Trinity Complex. Having stayed at the hotel in the past and enjoyed using the swimming pool, this time was a repeat visit to the pool. However, i paid 300 baht for use of the swimming pool as an external guest, as. I was not staying at the hotel. This time, I noticed that the swimming pool required more attention. During my visit, the pool water contained visible layers of dirt and debris, both floating and settled on the pool floor. This not only affected the pool’s appearance but also raised concerns about hygiene and safety for guests. May I kindly suggest that the swimming pool be cleaned and filtered more frequently, especially during high-usage periods? Regular maintenance would greatly enhance the guest experience and uphold the high standards I know your hotel strives for. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I look forward to enjoying an improved experience on my next visit.

Pros: Good location. Near BTS. Can walk to Yunomori Onsen or Healthland at Saint Louis station. Supermarket, cake shops, pharmacy at the hotel ground floor. 24hr McDonalds at Chong Nonsi station. Very big and deep and clean swimming pool with towel provided. A big room with wooden floor. Very dark for sleeping after switch off all lights.Cons: quite a strong smell in the room even non smoking room, the air ventilation not good. The shower room drainage is quite slow. If u turn off the bathroom light, bathroom ventilation will switch off too. Mold on the wall of the shower room. Sounds proof not very good. No security at the entrance of the lift.

Location is very nice, rooms are clean but very dark, if you don’t like dark please be ready. They also don’t provide some basic things such as toothbrush and toothpaste. They have a nice pool in another building, if you are ok with dark rooms then you can choose this hotel.

Decent Stay with Great LocationStayed at Silom Trinity Hotel for a few nights. The location is definitely a strong point , very convenient and close to BTS and local eateries. However, the facilities are just okay and a bit dated. Room was clean but nothing fancy. Good for short stays if you're prioritizing location over luxury.
