23 Best Hotels in Dublin, Ireland | Condé Nast Traveler

"Spread across three townhouses dating back to the 1730s—two connected and another just across the street—this property sits under the umbrella of Loh Lik Peng’s Unlisted Collection and blends Georgian character with gently modern style. Rooms use restful tones of dove gray, mauve, gold, and forest green, acknowledging their period setting while focusing on essential comforts and skipping unnecessary frills. A major draw is Allta, the hotel’s wine bar, which currently ranks among Dublin’s hottest tables; chef Niall Davidson turns out sharing plates built on sustainable Irish ingredients, and you’ll need to book ahead for both lunch and dinner. With Trinity College as a near neighbor, guests are also given access to the university’s impressive sports center, just a short stroll across its leafy campus." - Ciara McQuillan, Matt Charlton

Stayed here on 2 separate occasions and loved the experience both times. Front desk attendants were very helpful and genuinely friendly. I was impressed by both rooms, the first being a Classic and the second Superior. The interior design was exquisite and classy. One was in the main building and the other across the street.|The hotel is located on a quiet side street in a very safe area. It’s not too far from restaurant and sightseeing options.|Breakfast was top-notch, fresh, and delicious.|I would definitely stay here again.

Trinity Townhouse Hotel is an excellent choice for accommodation in Dublin. Located within easy walking distance of many of Dublin’s main tourist attractions including Trinity College and Grafton Street for shopping you couldn’t ask for a better location. The building itself is historic but has been fully modernized inside. Our room was roomy, had a great bed and the washroom was clean and modern with an excellent shower. In fact we had everything that one needs for a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was really good as well. All in all this was a great stay for us and we would not hesitate to return again in future.

Small boutique hotel right in the center of Dublin. Great side street location. Spacious superior double. Very quiet! Friendly service. Top notch breakfast. Note: many stairs, ask about accessibility

This is a lovely older hotel right in the heart of Dublin. Stay at this hotel and everything is within walking distance. The staff were all very professional and helpful when we needed to change rooms. The first room we stayed in was way too small for two people so we moved to a larger room and although it was a bit of an extra cost it was perfect. The beds were not comfortable in either room, the mattresses most definitely need an upgrade but otherwise the room had a small coffee maker and a tea pot so that was nice. Our room was on the second floor and getting our luggage upstairs was not easy so I would suggest if you’re not in good shape or have any disabilities or are elderly you request a main floor room. ||Breakfast was the highlight of our stay at the Trinity house for so many reasons. The food was phenomenal (Traditional Irish breakfast was my favourite), but it was the staff that made it such a wonderful experience. Side note : people please tip the staff, even when the breakfast is included in your hotel stay, or if you pay for your breakfast. It was a sin to watch so many people get such great breakfast service from these ladies then just get up and just walk away. If you can afford a hotel stay, then you can afford a small tip. ||We would absolutely stay here again if ever we travel back to Dublin.

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel. The location is incredible, opposite trinity college and less than five minutes to grafton street. The rooms were small but comfortable, the rituals toiletries were a welcome surprise.

The hotel is located very close to Trinity College. Our room was very clean, very quiet. Rituals cosmetics were a lovely touch! The staff was very polite and helpful. As the dining area is small, we had to confirm day before what time we would be having breakfast. And the breakfast was amazing! Selection of drinks, a starter and a main dish. Very fresh, very tasty! Very good price and if we ever visit Dublin again, I would like to stay in Trinity Townhouse again.

I can't rate this hotel high enough! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, I felt so happy and pampered. We were greeted kindly and shown to our gorgeous room. While I think our room was on the lower end of rooms, I couldn't have asked for a lovelier place to stay- the beautiful and comfortable bed, high ceilings, spacious bathroom and unbelievable shower! We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with starters, entrees and all sorts of beverages. The front desk also held our bags our bags for us on the last day! We will return to this hotel again!
