When we arrived first, there was a problem with our room which was promptly dealt with. The staff were fabulous, all friendly&always greeted us when we passed reception! Excellent location with private car park across the road-great location for Christmas markets which are a minutes walk away. If you are looking for a base that is near for shopping&great choice of restaurants I would recommend here! Even with it's central location it was a super quiet hotel with nice powerful showers. Plenty of channels on tv. Rooms are a little dated decor wise but bed was very comfortable! Lovely view of Saint Michael's Church from our window!

Highly recommended | オススメです! When it comes to rating hotels, I think it's important to consider the balance between the cost and the quality. In this case, I think they did an excellent job for the price. Here's why I gave this hotel a 5-star rating, even with a few drawbacks. Here's why I gave this hotel a 5-star rating, even with a few drawbacks. (*Note: I believe some things below may be different depending on what room you've booked as there were many options.) + Pros + - Spacious room and bed. - Amenities are provided (Toothbrush, cup, and a little box including shower caps) - There is a mini bar downstairs where you could buy yourself some cold beverages such as fanta, water, and or beer. They will also be provided in the mini fridge in your room. - Luggage storage is available. Even after checking out, they can store the luggage for you. I had mine stored while I waited for my next accommodation. - Staff is very friendly and helpful. One of them helped store my luggage and opened the elevator for me. English and German are the languages they mainly speak here. - Other services such as a Sauna Spa or Breakfast are also available here, but for a separate price. - Location is fantastic. Shopping malls such as Rewe or dm Drogerie are within walking distance. Not only convenient, but also great for reaching many famous tour spots. - Cons - - Good for the winter, but not so much for the summer. The provided bed can be uncomfortable when the temperature of the room is too high. However, I believe it could keep you warm under cooler weather. - Based on what I've seen in other people's reviews, it is a little true that the cleaning might be slightly lacking. The toilet paper was not replaced, and the kettle was filled with water. There were also a few hairs, but I wouldn't necessarily call it unsanitary. Towels and beds were clean. Overall, I believe the hotel offers all the essential amenities and provides good customer service, making it well worth the price. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one is more affordable. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, considering how much more expensive other hotels in this area were.

Rooms are not well maintained and cheaply furnished. My bathroom had no shower gel. Breakfast is not worth a word. Their location is perfect to explore downtown but that’s it

The hotel has a nice location, just in front of the cathedral and easy walk to everything. The rooms are comfortable but a bit old style. The bathrooms could use a renovation. The elevator does not land at the same level so you need to ho up or down stairs to reach your room level. Not good for handicap people. The restaurant in the hotel is great, really good food and atmosphere. Breakfast was amazing. Overall, it is a nice place to stay if you want yo visit this beautiful town.

Very comfortable and spacious room, bed on the hard side, good wifi. Parking available but at a cost a bit away from the hotel (stairs). Located just a few minutes walk from the center of town. Excellent dinner, they have a vegetarian alternative and a ”standard”. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Nice surroundings.

The town is like a fairy tale like Beauty & the Beast, so lovely. The hotel Location and rooms are excellent, however for a hotel of this stature, would expect more refined meat/ham (smoked salmon/ prosciutto) selections at breakfast, and more attention to service, we had to flag down a server for coffee after waiting 10min,, perhaps short staffed. Our room faced the church on the main market and we could hear the actors preparing for the big show on the stairs, very cool.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Adelshof in Schwäbisch Hall for 5 nights. The architecture of the hotel is more of a traditional Bavarian style hotel. We stayed on the 4th floor with an angled view of the hills. The location of the hotel is right next to St. Michael's Church at the top of a hill.  So from the train station I reccomend getting a taxi because taking your luggage down a hill and then up a hill can be quite rough. The town starts at the hotel and then goes down to the river and then rises on the other side of the river to another hill. Going down the hill into the town is pretty easy, going up the hill to the hotel is not so easy. There is a restaurant, a coffee and cake shop and a pharmacy with in easy walking distance. The hotel has an elevator that will take you to the 4th floor. The room itself was spacious enough with a wardrobe instead of closets. The box spring rests on the floor with the mattress on top. The bed was comfortable. There was a glass enclosed shower that could have used a shelf to put your shampoo and conditioner. The shower contained 1 type of all purpose liquid that was supposed to used for soap, body wash and shampoo. No hair conditioner was supplied. There was a small couch and table to put drinks or food on. There was a TV and WiFi. I do not remember having a safe. Also no AC. There was a desk receptionist who was very friendly named Oskar who went out of his way to help us with any questions. Hurrah for Oskar. The breakfast was very nice in typical European style. Smoked Salmon, eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, cereal, rolls, etc... The breakfast is very nice. The room has heat but no air condtioning however we could open the windows which for mid October was sufficient. There are 2 really nice art galleries in town funded by a philanthropist named Würth of old masters (really nice with Cranachs, Grünewalds, and a really fine Holbein) and a more modern one. All in all we would stay there in the cooler months. Disliked · See above. Again with no air conditioning I would hesitate to stay there in the warmer months.
