Worth the hype! Seafood is my personal favorite and this place satisfied my cravings. Loved the “medium” prawns (they were massive!) and fish curry with neer dosa! Seafood biryani was great too. On the pricer side but definitely a nice place to treat yourself, will be back for more!

Hands down to one of the best food we had in Mumbai. Seafood quality is superb. We are not a fan of garlic bitter seafood but this place really changes our mind. Crab soup taste fantastic as well

Trishna is one of the finest seafood restaurants in Mumbai, known for its exceptional flavors and fresh catch. The food is consistently delicious, with their lobster and fish tandoori standing out as absolute highlights. The seasoning is perfect, and the smoky tandoor aroma takes the experience to another level. If you’re a seafood lover looking for authentic taste with great quality, Trishna is a must-visit!

We had read up a lot about this restaurant and were excited to try it out when we landed in Mumbai. Their crabs are highly recommended so we decided to try their butter garlic crab. Given my family is not deft at handling a full crab we opted for the deboned version. It was quite delicious but by late evening that night all three of us ended up with severe food poisoning with vomiting and dysentery! I know it was from the crab because we ate late in the day and had skipped dinner. Disappointed that even for a restaurant of this repute and price point did not have enough quality controls in place. Had to postpone our flight the next day because we all ended up being so sick. Cost of the crab dish = 3700 rupees. But real cost = 3700 + 4000 for doctor and medicines + 4300 for flight change + 2 days of sickness and trauma. Disappointed!! ☹️

One of the finest seafood restaurants in Mumbai! Heck soo good that they opened up their second branch in Central London! I don’t remember the last time I rated a restaurant five starts in all three categories, food, service and atmosphere. No matter what you order, you’re just going to fall in love with it. Their crabs, lobsters and prawns are to die for, no one matches their size and quality. Despite gaining so much popularity over the years, they haven’t modernized (in a good way) and spoil thr taste of their food. It remains true to its nature and their vision. The staff out there is always eager to indulge you with their best preparations. Extremely confident and humble. If you want a place with the best sea food you can have with the old school Mumbai restaurant energy coupled with a certain elegant dining panachè, you go here!

Trishna Seafood Restaurant is an absolute gem! Every ingredient was top-notch, and the quality shines through in every dish. Must-try's include the crabs, especially the Butter Garlic Crabs - and surprisingly, even the smallest size is generous enough for two people. The portions are spot on, justifying the prices perfectly. The Ravas Tikka was perfection, and the Pomfret in Green Curry with Appam was truly awesome, with huge, fresh fish pieces. The ambience and hospitality are top-class, with attentive waiters who take great care of you. A must-visit destination, at least once in a lifetime! Note that there's paid parking available about 100 meters away. I'm already planning my next visit to try their Chettinad Crab - can't wait! 5/5 stars!

5:21 kkhanna Seafood Indian Food Foodies Foodie This is the best restaurant in the world for Indian food. Most people go here for the seafood which is absolutely insane. But I went 3 days in a row and ate a lot of different items. 5/5 stars for: Jumbo crab (Singapore pepper), jumbo prawns (schezwan), Pomfret (tandoori and hyderabadi), Bhindi (Kurkure & Masala), dal hyderabadi, chili mushroom & paneer, chicken tikka, Neer dosa, Накка noodles, kohlawadi prawns, caramel custard and kulfi!!!
