I love this chocolate shop. The chocolate is delicious. There's a great variety of candies.

This is such a cool shop! Traditional and eclectic collections of chocolates. Confection case with hand-crafted chocolates including expected delights such as truffles and unexpected delectables like chocolate-dipped Twinkies. From giftable ribboned trollies to frozen dipped bananas—expect a treat for the eyes as well as the palate!

I have been a loyal patron here since I was five years old, and I fully intend to continue visiting for as long as I find myself in San Francisco. What truly made our latest visit so wonderful were the people. From Dennis, who guided our chocolate selection with his signature warmth and genuinely comedic charm, to Geraldo, who took the time during checkout to make a real, personal connection. Both gentlemen made our experience absolutely perfect. (I truly hope I got their names right!) If the owner is reading this, please know that these two gentlemen, Dennis and Geraldo specifically, were the absolute highlight of our evening. Please extend our deepest thanks and appreciation; we thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to our next visit!

I bought a lot of chocolates as gifts there and I couldn’t resist to one. So delicious and well made, I should definitely try! The staff is also so nice, thank you for the great service :)

The selection of chocolates here is excellent – I particularly enjoyed the brandy and cherry one I bought. However, the customer service needs significant improvement. Some staff members used overly casual language ("タメ口"), which is unprofessional and inappropriate when speaking to customers. Customers are not friends and should be addressed with respect and formality. Proper sales training is essential for the staff.

Danger, this place will make you decide to give them all your money. The smells, the smells! I wanted to buy the whole store! Delicious chocolates. And a very elegant establishment.

Such a cool candy shop along the pier! Caught our eye with the spinning chocolate Barbie tree in the display window! Decor is whimsical and fun, loaded with sweet treats. They had a variety of items from chocolate truffles, HUGE candy apples, chocolate bars, lollipops, jelly beans, marshmallow sticks, and more. There are SF candy gift designs as well. Friendly staff who did not pressure us to buy anything we didn’t want to eat.

Trish's Chocolate is a good place to satisfy your sweet tooth while visiting the wharf. I loved this candy shop, they have so many varieties of chocolate candy and other goodies. While you're there you will see paths employees making candy and ready to help you. I had a chocolate covered krispie marshmallow, I can't remember the name of it but that's the best description. It was so good and fresh. It's located on the wharf so it's best to take public transportation so that you don't have to worry about parking. There's no place to inside but there's are tables and seats outside where you can people watch and enjoy your candy.

I loved the chocolate caramel turtle I purchased here and I've never seen a milk chocolate orange peel except for here. I've only cane across dark chocolate orange peels. From several chocolatiers I've spoken to, it's because of the butter fats in the chocolate and it makes it very difficult to set. I ate one peel and it was amazingly delicious. I went to one place on the pier and they tried to charge almost $27 for a single chocolate caramel turtle, yes you read that correctly TWENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS! Here I only paid $5. Yes it was smaller but dang tasty. The shop had some unique candy and the lines went very quickly. You needed to have correct cash for cash purchases. Overall this was a good choice to go with. The sales and counter people kind too.

So... much... chocolate- in every way, shape and form! I loved coming on into this place, my first time here! Besides the truffles, fudge, and mini donuts, they have so many specialty items too! I was diggin' the chocolate high heels, and they even had unique other, kinda sassy gift ideas in the back corner, like candy bras and g-strings (note-it was a tasteful display though) Lol! Overall- totally fun to look at all the different options of sweetness! I purchased dark chocolate turtles, dark chocolate dipped oreos, and dark chocolate nuts. The service was great! There were multiple workers available throughout the store to assist behind the different counters, and then when we went to pay, they were also super friendly and helpful! Definitely a must stop, even just to pop in and look around- but seriously, you probably couldn't resist just buying yourself a little something!

I'm not a huge chocolate fan, but I can smell candy apples from a mile away!!! Hahaha Massive selection of chocolate. Worth stopping by to tame the craving!

Amazing store with many options all for the sweet tooth. Loved the strawberries covered in chocolate.

I used to come here when I was young, I don't think it was Trishs 17 years ago... something else. But I remember coming and getting the rocky road and candy apple. To my surprise, a chocolate shop was still in the same location and everything inside is still the same. We got rocky road, a bunch of other chocolates in behind the glass. There were only 2 employees, friendly service. Didn't get my candied apple this time but everything was still good. A little overpriced being on the wharf but a good snack/treat!

The chocolate turtles are very hard and chewy. I felt like $30 wasted, by far the worst turtles ever. Wish I had tried them befoer leaving Pier 39. At $5 each I was not expecting to have to bite into one, like a tough steak. Just the worst chocolate turtles ever.

For chocolate fanatics, lots of chocolates to try here. they have a wide selection. I came here for their fudge, was pretty good. Got the fudge and their krispy rice treats. I tasted the chocolate covered bacon, hmmm..interesting taste. It's a bit pricey since they are located in Pier 39 which is a famous tourist spot.

It seems touristy, but it was all so good! We got a milk chocolate peanut cluster, a dark chocolate covered strawberry, an orange cream, a coconut cream, a mini chocolate covered marzipan bar, and four chocolate covered mini donuts (birthday cake, 2 cookies and creme, and milk chocolate). The chocolate covered marzipan bar was delicious if you like marzipan! The chocolate on the strawberry was great and paired well with a perfectly ripe strawberry. The dark chocolate orange creme was probably the best I have ever had. My family also really enjoyed the mini donuts and peanut cluster. We saved the coconut creme, but I am sure it will be delicious.

Decent chocolate, overpriced of course because it's a big tourist area. A good place to go to get a quick chocolate fix, but don't expect too much. Trish's is more like a chocolate distributor. You'll find lots of Ghirardelli but also lots of other common brands found and made all over the USA. I felt like it wasn't very special since I've seen most items at big chain grocery stores. They do have a truffles/candies section in the back if you want something small and quick.

This place looks amazing & they have so many options. They have chocolate covered bacon , chocolate covered jalapeños, chocolate covered twinkles and several other dipped chocolates. We got macadamia nut , caramel, with milk chocolate . . This looked so amazing ! This was hard as a rock & not even edible . The nuts tasted good but the caramel was hard . We also ask for white chocolate almond bark but when we reached in the bag it was milk chocolate almond bark . This was good but not what we ordered . I was really looking forward to some good candy & this place did not deliver .

Visiting from the east coast and I need to see if there is anything similar as this will be one of the things I miss the most. Had the chocolate covered mini donuts and they tasted great. Pretty much a donut hole coated in chocolate (great idea). The cookies and cream, white chocolate, coffee, and birthday cake were great. The mint chocolate wasn't too bad, just not my taste. The prices are to be expected considering the area, though my frustration is mainly with the service. I'd visited twice and the last week and both times I did not receive the correct amount (bought 25 donuts each, and received 20 and 23 respectively). Will definitely come again on my next trip, and hope it won't be another confusing experience.

My kiddo wanted chocolate and asked if we could go to the other location but this one was closer so we came in here. The set up, chocolate, and candy is the same as the other store. We came for the chocolate behind the glass so I walked straight there. There were several workers with their backs turned working and a white dude who saw us standing there waiting but didn't offer to help. He just continued to shuffle papers and walked back and forth around the workers. I waited about 5 minutes and someone finally turned around and asked if we needed help. Another woman took my order (she was wearing gloves) which included 2 chocolate dipped Oreos, 4 marshmallows sticks with M&ms, 4 chocolate dipped pretzels, peanut butter cup, and a walnut turtle. Before she picked up the walnut turtle she scratched her hair grabbed my chocolate and put it in the bag. She gave me my order and I walked up to the register that had no line and waited several more minutes for the cashier to ring me up. I paid and left. The kiddos asked for their snack right away and both turned down the chocolate after one bite. They told me it didn't taste good and they didn't want it. I picked up one of dipped Oreos and right off the bat noticed that no attention was given to the way the Oreo was dipped. I took a bite and the chocolate was awful. The chocolate was not tempered to its usual consistency and taste and it was absolutely disgusting. The chocolate looked and tasted old. I ended up throwing it all away. More than $20+ of chocolate in the trash. I've purchased from the other location down the street and have never been disappointed with the taste of the chocolate and figured same owner same great taste. I was very disappointed. The service needs improvement. It does not feel welcoming entering the store or attentive at all. The workers also need to be more hygienic when handling the chocolate. Will pass on this location in the future.

We were wandering around The Wharf and was in the mood for some candy and saw Trish's and figured we would give it a try. We opted for the candy in the case and it was all really good. We had several types of chocolate, all were very good but no very remarkable. We also got limoncello marzipan. It was good but didn't really taste like limoncello. If you are looking for a quick chocolate fix that is not Ghiradelli, this is a good option.

This chocolate store have alot of amazing chocolate . My favorite chocolate is the white raspberry chocolate its is one of the most goody chocolate at the store. My second favorite chocolate is dark walnut cluster at the bulk item area. Time to time if I like to be very healthy ill get some dark walnut . Then my niece love kinder chocolate and milk bar because they both very milky. When I have a friend have a birthday coming up come to the store there some ferror . Then if people have a dog come in to the store there dog treat for you. Come to this chocolate store at the pier you will love it. Trish chocolate is good .

I was like a kid in a candy store once I walked into Trish's. This shop had caught my eye the first time we walked through the Pier and on the way back, I felt the pull to come in and look around. While I hadn't really planned on buying anything, I walked out with a bunch of items because they just looked too good to pass up. They have a big wraparound glass case in the back that has every kind of chocolate you can imagine - I opted for a giant chocolate wafer, some dark chocolate coconut creams, and a few of their mini donuts. I also picked up a bag of Ghirardelli peppermint bark on the way out because this seasonal treat is absolutely amazing. But their mini donuts - oh my god. They're glazed on the outside and come with different flavors but are soft and fluffy on the inside. I decided to get their oreo flavor, lemon, and dark chocolate. The lemon by far was my favorite and I know that I'll probably be getting a dozen of these the next time I'm in =D If you have a sweet tooth, definitely check out Trish's Chocolates!

Candy and chocolate is amazing and has good prices. Only problem was the lady in the front was rude and never greeted us or was kind today. The lady in the back more near the chocolate was super kind and sweet.

Ordered through door dash. Asked for store to cut the caramel apple. The apple was not cut. Had to use a plastic butter knife. Thanks

There's a lot of veriety of chocolates like fudges, truffles, donuts covered with dark and milk chocolates! And packaged chocolates, famous chocolates like Milka, Ghirardelli, among many more different brands! And souvenir items of cups with chocolates inside of it! Oh and Carmel Apples made of nuts and different flavors also strawberries on dark, milk and white chocolate...cherries also with the same chocolate flavors like the strawberries!

I highly recommend this chocolate shop particularly the sea salt caramels and dark chocolate cashew turtles. The vanilla caramels, orange peels, and rocky roads are tasty too!

I tried the turtle and it was almost perfect because it was snickers I disguise but the nougat or caramel sauce was so thick that it was inedible. The macadamia and chocolate portion tasted great though

I would not recommend this place to anybody. I went in there over the weekend, since I was attracted by their large selection of sweets, but I will never go back to that place again. First off, I noticed a fly laying on a fudge in the fudge compartment which instantly gave me the ick. Then, I caught a few employees touching their phones with the same gloves that were used to handle my sweets. Th fudge and the chocolate dipped marshmallows were stale and obviously haven't been switched out for a while. I read some reviews prior to shopping in this place, and to my surprise, I noticed that one of the five star reviews were written by one of employees themselves. This makes me doubt if all the other good reviews are even left by actual customers themselves. Hopefully, you guys will actually try to improve your sanitation and service instead of faking it on yelp. Embarrassing. Do better.

Love visiting Pier 39 to unwind and chill. Have my fav Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and a glass of red wine at The Hook Restaurant by their outdoor dinning space. To complete my tastebuds cravings, the Caramel Apples at Trish's Chocolate Store. Oh my, the Cheesecake and the Rocky Road, Golly!!! As you enter this store you are greeted by the delightful view in every corner of a buffet of almost every kind of chocolates and goodies to satisfy your sweet taste. It almost feels like I'm back in my childhood years whenever I am here. Definitely recommend this place. Come and see for yourself.... Yummmm!!!

This store been up and down there nothing change i got one of the caramel apple is totally omg is terrible. Is like why there so many layer on the apple and is eww the caramel is falling of i think the guy make it is in a hurry and rushing it and dont care about his job. Then i let my partner try he said is bad not great not the one i like. So we just threw away. Is like waste of my 8 dollar from my wallet. But everything else i brought is great like the chocolate dip strawberry and marshmellow is not bad is good.

The small Asian cashier is so rude. My boyfriend kindly told him "Goodmorning" and he said "it's afternoon don't you know how to tell time!" Keep in mind it was 30 past 12pm but we haven't checked the time bc we were out shopping obviously. I hate pathetic and rude people like that cashier. He should not have any business with customer service. F him, f this place! Whoever the F the owner is, shame on you for letting ignorant people like him work at your shop. Absolutely no respect for others, even the workers informed me he is always this rude. Please don't waste your time here it will ruin your fkn day!

Oooh... Their Creme Brulee Truffle, pure orgasmic taste experience. Lots of sweets and chocolate selections. Diabetic coma at its best!!! Definitely coming back!!!
