This is such a cute little spot in the heart of the medina. Don’t get discouraged is it’s a bit hidden, once you get there you will be welcomed with an amazing atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious and all the ingredients come from their local farm so they are fresh and healthy. The staff were super nice and spoke English too. They also helped my boyfriend organising a small surprise candle for my birthday which was super cute. A must go! :)

An EASY 5 stars for maybe our favourite place we visited in all of Morocco. Intimate farm-to-table with super fresh produce. Expect a mix of traditional and contemporary dishes. Delicious food well-cooked by lovely people!

I have to say that this was my favorite place to come eat and relax in town.
The owners and staff are very friendly and help create an amazing atmosphere.
Food is really good too, but my absolute favorite part are the resident cats, or maybe some of them just come hang out once in a while!
None the less, had multiple nice evenings with feline friends - my favorite I’m quite sure was called Michael Douglas and had quite the story to tell.

The best meal we've had in Essaouira. Superb ambience and delicious food using produce from the farm. If there was a bonus point to award for having a friendly cat, I'd award it. Would recommend booking - we got lucky! Very veggie friendly.

Talk about atmosphere, this place has it… feels so warm and lovely to hang out in a dim lit beautifully decorated building. This place holds you, the food was delicious, friendly service, we left feeling great after our experience here.

Wow wow wow. We were on our way to another restaurant for dinner when we stumbled across Triskala. It’s situated in a beautiful old chapel, complete with intricate carvings on the stonework throughout inside, and is decorated immaculately with particular attention to detail given to lighting and ambiance. Very quirky decor. The food was inventive and delicious - we were delighted to have various vegetarian options to choose from and each dish was clearly prepared with a lot of care, with a focus on putting herbs and spices to good use. What a special dining experience.
