Truly, the best place on earth. Certainly the best in Morocco. Triskala features a small, custom menu that is curated fresh daily, and everything is made with love. The tea list is to die for. The interior design transports you, and the staff are lovely. Shoutout to Oussama, who is the absolute sweetest. I cannot imagine a better restaurant experience than having some tea on the low couches in the loft, after whichever fish concoction was dreamed up that morning and brought in from the port. Sometimes I travel to Essaouaria just for this.

We loved this restaurant so much that we went back twice during our short stay in Essaouira, and both times we were more than satisfied. The dishes are carefully prepared, full of flavor, and the menu changes every day, which makes the experience even more special. It’s a refreshing alternative to the typical tourist-oriented Moroccan restaurants that usually offer only tagine or couscous. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is truly charming. Highly recommended!

Great place to visit for delicious food when in Essaouira! A lot of vegetarian options. Good flavours, very cosy vibe and very sweet staff. Loved it!

Innovative researched Moroccan food. Refined atmosphere all the while keeping the traditional vibes of the local Moroccan spirit. Fast and very friendly service. - This is to underline the first 3 elements that came along the dinner I had tonight with a friend. I was constantly looking for something local with... local prices. But good thing I got my friend, otherwise I wouldn't have given this restaurant a look. Yes, prices are higher than in other places, but sincerely ? It's 1000% worth the try. Not only you'll pay for more refined, attention oriented meals, full of flavors and honestly generous, but the quality of what you have in your plate (talking about the ingredients here), and the quality of the intimate atmosphere, all of it has Value ! So give it a try, they deserve it.

The most amazing food . I had the falafel, which came with so many accompaniments including spiced carrots , green beans to name a few. My husband had squid tagine, which was also delicious. The atmosphere is great, with a laid back vibe and great mix of traditional and modern. Thoroughly recommend

Highly recommend this restaurant. Very cute interior. Mix of traditional dishes with a twist. All locally sourced. You can visit the farm if you have the time. Amazing food and kombucha. We went for the full menu.
