This Mexican Beach City Is Getting Its First All-inclusive Luxury Villa Hotel — and Each Comes With a Private Infinity Pool
"Opening in January 2025 as Tulum’s first all-inclusive villa hotel, this intimate property features just 10 standalone three-bedroom villas (each with 3.5 baths and 2,745 sq ft) set at the edge of the jungle to combine privacy with hotel-style amenities. Each villa includes a private infinity pool, terrace with sun loungers, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bar and grill area, while the property offers a gathering space with a fitness center and spa. Guests can opt for an all-inclusive dining package that provides in-villa service, themed nights like Taco Tuesday, and global menus from Mexican to Lebanese; the package is free for children under three, $60/day for kids, and $80/day for adults and covers daily breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, and a pizza bar (a grill package is available for an extra cost). The small size allows for highly personalized service from a dedicated concierge team, and programmed experiences include wine tastings, cooking and mixology classes, karaoke, photoshoots, wellness sessions, local adventures (cenotes, yacht rentals), and kid-focused activities such as pizza-making and yoga. The opening is conveniently timed with the new Tulum Airport, which now receives international flights from several U.S. carriers." - Evie Carrick
