I had no issues with seating at around 10.30am on a Monday - there were a couple of them free. Coffee was great and so was the avocado toast, which I got with some extra salmon. Prices were reasonable given the freshness and quality of food, and service was friendly! Short walk to
Cișmigiu Gardens which is worth a visit too :)

It's a very small place, therefore it will seem crowded.
The service was nice, although we waited a bit for our order. I've noticed other people waited longer and they arrived prior to us, but it could be something that happened only on that day, who knows.
The French toast I ordered was one of the best I've ever had, so it was totally worth a visit.

We really liked brunch here! We ordered poached eggs with avocado toast and poached eggs with smoked turkey. The salad was tasty and well washed! Nice dressing on top! Cold brew coffee was also nice, with the addition of honey since their variety is too bitter. The double espresso was deeeeefinitely strong. Overall a nice place for breakfast! Healthy and tasty!

Loved our breakfast at Trofic! The veggie and egg toasts were divine — fresh, colorful, and beautifully plated. Espresso was strong and smooth, just the way it should be. Cozy and modern vibe with super friendly staff and baristas. Bonus: they’re dog-friendly! Perfect little spot for a relaxed, quality breakfast.

Lovely café in Bucharest. Owned by the same group as café Origo nearby, which is a must for coffee lovers. Produce is fresh and delicious, at a reasonable price. Would recommend for brunch.

Very nice vibe, nice food. Not the best but good for light brunch or lunch. Coffee is nice, pretty sour in case you prefer it like that. There arent so many sits in total. Outside only 3 high tables and some more indoor.

Lovely little off the beaten path cafe; just the type of place I seek out when traveling. Staff is friendly, coffee is good, and food is delicious. This is NOT a complaint from me, only a warning if you are in a rush and/or extremely hungry right now then this is not your place. It is a slow food place. It is well prepared and worth the wait but you do have to wait. I specifically Put this in my review because I watched a whole scene play out in front of me where a 20 something tourist couple came in, it was obvious to me she was already agitated about something else from before, but he ordered and their to-go ordered food was taking longer than expected and I thought I was going to see a full on screaming explosion right in the cafe. He acted quickly though. He saved the day and changed the order to sandwiches they already had premade.
