The ambiance is warm and welcoming, with soft lighting and comfortable seating that encourages lingering over delicious meals and engaging conversations. The live band is fantastic they really do have good music. The voices of the singers are relaxing. I love it so much. The foods are fresh, high-quality ingredients and showcases a clear passion for culinary excellence. Service is attentive and friendly, without being intrusive, adding to the overall relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. While prices are slightly higher than average, the quality of the food and the exceptional ambiance make it a worthwhile splurge for a special occasion or a relaxing evening out. Highly recommended for those seeking a charming and intimate dining experience.

Really good pho! Lovely beef broth. Rice paper roll was good, but I'd suggest the kitchen consider pairing their rolls with a lighter nuoc cham dip. Advise to skip on the chicken wings. Must order their desserts! All 3 I've had were oh sooooo good!! Definitely coming back.

I visited Troi oi in Iloilo and found the phở to have a large portion, but it fell short of authenticity, lacking the rich, genuine flavor of real phở. The fresh spring roll was just acceptable, though the sauce was overly sweet. Overall, it’s an average experience that could use some flavor improvements.

Very nice, lively interior. The grilled pork chop was well seasoned - perfect! BanhMi was ok but not the best. The bread was a bit tough and it has some seasoning or spice in it that kind of different from banhmis I've tried. The staff were very nice and attentive. Overall great experience for sure.

Love the atmosphere, the ambience, the live band and of course their take on Vietnam dishes. Their pho I can say, can be an alternative. (I’ve been to Vietnam).

Authentic Vietnamese food at Troi Oi Restaurant in Iloilo, City. 🍲 We had Gỏi cuốn (fresh spring rolls), Bún bò Huế, grilled pork skewers, & vietnamese coffee (hot black & iced with coconut milk) Good food, pretty generous serving, and a nice cozy place to eat. Definitely worth coming back to! 🇻🇳

There are no words to describe how I feel, it’s so delicious! 😆 Both the environment and the meals are full of Vietnamese color. The portions of the meals are large and very satisfying. I am very happy to come to this restaurant to taste Vietnamese food.👍

Yelp
I was told that Troi Oi has New ownership but the Vietnamese food is still very much so legit. Also, I'm not aware of any other Vietnamese restaurants in Iloilo so they have sort of a monopoly. The location is perfect too, after your meal, you can take a nice walk on the River Esplanade. Clean, safe, well-lit, and a pleasure to get a little exercise, after a big meal at Troi Oi. They have an extensive menu and I'm sure it's not 100 percent authentic but I do enjoy their chicken wangs, deep fried shrimp, goi cuon (fresh rolls), Bahn mi (baguette with beef sandwich) and their Vietnamese coffee (cold). The pho broth wasn't as nuanced and it certainly lacked the scent of cinnamon. But the catfish in a clay pot is a Vietnamese requirement and that was very good.

Yelp
I dined there with my gf last week and the food was excellent....just wished I had ordered one of the Vietnamese sandwiches as our table next to it was devouring theirs. Everything we ordered was so good and large portions too.

Yelp
Okay okay okay many of my friends have been raving about this place so I just wanted to see what was up. 3 things I ordered Pork bbq, egg fried rice and spring rolls. I've been to vietnam 3 times so i am very family with the food and culture. I loved everything I ordered and mt friends did right by suggesting this restaurant . If i could suggest something is that the spring rolls are wrapped tighter so the ingredients hold together firmly. But otherwise everything else is just so fresh and tasty . I miss vietnam during this pandemic and in iloilo viet food is rare. And this restaurant made me appreciate the food more. Will def come back

Yelp
Food was good. My husband liked the pho, while I enjoyed the mild chicken wings. The taste of their fried rice reminds me of the Shanghai rice I eat at Summer House. Our bill was below php 800 only food and no drinks. Cash or Credit card is accepted. Dining Service needs improvement. Arrived during peak dinner time. No welcome staff to guide us to an available table. Figured out myself and company an available seat close to the live singer. Was it just me that I felt like no one wants to wait for me because I was just wearing a T-shirt and shorts that the servers are more attuned to customers who wear fancy clothes and jewelry. Get dress to impress. Anyways, somebody bothered to take our order. Interesting to know that some tables were served first knowing we came ahead of them. Comparing the dining experience in the U.S., the servers usually go to your table to ask how you like the food or offer additional orders. Again, the restaurant servers were busy with other fancy guests. Friday night, there was a solo performer singing classic songs. For the amount of money I paid that night, I think it's worth paying for both food and entertainment. The crowd was loud. But the live music was relaxing. The interior design really looks nice especially the lanterns and the open kitchen. Took forever for then to finalize my bill. Another 10 minutes or more wasted to hand me the itemized bill. Another minute of waiting to scan my card. Then additional time to return my credit card. If you want to set up a date on a tight budget, don't make reservations at this restaurant. Their prices are higher vs the amount of food they serve. For foodie lovers, try this restaurant and let not the bill discourage you to taste Vietnamese food.

Yelp
I was so surprised when to my amazement there was a Vietnamese restaurant here in Iloilo. After eating basic Filipino fare for two weeks, it was a welcome opportunity. We were seated immediately with police customer service. Better than most service in the Philippines. The Pho was excellent. Finished with sticky rice and Mango desert. It's in the Smallville area close to where we were staying so we will definitely be back!

Yelp
#56 (2017 We have here a taste of Vietnam in the Philippines!! It's also a close friend/family who owns the joint! Troi oi is Viet for 'OMG' and seriously this menu is FLAWLESS!!! From the simple menu items all the way to dessert! I've been several times and will definitely be back a couple more before I head back home. If you love good eats they got you. If you like good music. They got you. They have a live band EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!!! They vibes in this shop are so amazing also. They are trinkets from all over the world here mainly from The southeast region. So for the foods... You must order -fresh spring rolls -fried egg rolls -chicken pho -Vietnamese pancake (báhn xèo) -báhn mi (of course) -seared catfish dessert -tapioca with mango -sticky rice with mangos All the food here is so flavorful and made with love haha you can really tell they put their heart into every dish. My fave dish is the Báhn Xèo. So fluffy and light. From the first to the very last bite the food will have you saying TROI OI!

Yelp
If you want good food in Iloilo this is where you need to head! The food is fresh and delicious, coming out of an immaculate kitchen. The staff are super friendly and if you are lucky they will sing to you while you wait. The food is Vietnamese though the desserts are more viet-Filipino fusion. Try the Ube-pandan rice dessert with condensed milk and peanut and quickly get taken to heaven!

Yelp
After being away a year, and then returning this time with my asawa, ate again a few times at Troi, and as usual enjoyed every dish. Easily one of the best restaurants in the city, on the island and in the country! After having eaten here so many times, and finally meeting the owners, learning of their adventures, and refreshing new hellos and great service by the chef and crew, let me share my fav dishes? Beef stew, sate pho, and seared little catfish. But based on your specific taste you may also find every dish a hit. As well, the Vietnamese coffee is a slam dunk, esp. for those of us who want a real shot. I cannot say too much about this venue to promote their balance between quality, quantity and price. Head and shoulders above every other resto in Iloilo, and only approximated by different ethnic restos in the mega-metropolitan Manila. Check out Troi Oi, okay? It's just that good!

Yelp
This is probably the authentic Vietnamese cuisine. In 1 dishes is good for 3-4 person, it depends how's big your appetite. Some of the menu is easy to prepare that's why we didn't wait that much or maybe their chef is just fast.

Yelp
I was amazed there was a pretty authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Iloilo. Vietnamese cuisine is one of my favorites and frequent the vast Vietnamese restaurants in San Jose, California. Troi Oi does not match up to those places, but comes up close. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere and environment great. The food is excellent. If you get tired of Filipino cuisine, Troi Oi is an excellent alternative. I've visited this restaurant 3 times during my Holiday stay in Iloilo and hope to be back again, next year. I highly recommend Toi Oi.

Yelp
Spring rolls, Bun Bo Hue, Pho... amazing! Great value. Right by Esplanade so it's definitely a great place.
