Inside, the ground-floor bar (distinct from the upstairs restaurant) brims with vibrant neon lights, tropical décor, and an inviting ambiance perfect for intimate gatherings or relaxed conversations with friends. The cocktail menu is a work of art. Each drink bursts with tropical flavours and is beautifully presented, complemented by a selection of spicy snacks. The cocktails, ranging between 300-500 THB, are worth every baht for their originality and taste. The only downside is the beer option—Stella Artois on draught, which feels overpriced at 330 THB. The service is top-notch. The English-speaking staff are friendly, skilled, and attentive, ensuring that every drink is prepared with care. Their efficiency means there’s little to no wait time for orders. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of cosy and lively, with a Cuban-inspired décor and a playlist of tropical beats that set the mood without being overwhelming. The bar is impeccably clean, and the intimate lighting adds to its charm. While it’s a bit of a walk from the nearest BTS station (Saphan Taksin), the location’s allure more than compensates for the slight inconvenience. Honestly the worst bar I’ve ever been to in Bangkok. The service was unbelievably slow, staff acted like they didn’t care at all, The whole vibe was negative and made the night really disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place – there are so many better bars in the city.

A great cocktails bar in Charoen krung area. Just like it's name, the vibe here is tropical with colorful neon lighting. The place is spacious enough for with table for big group 4-6pax and bar seating also available for smaller group. The music level here is just perfect for you to enjoy the music and also to enjoy a conversation with your friends. The menu is interesting with a very tropic vibe. The staff are knowledgeable and is fluent in both thai and English. The drinks that we received are delicious. We had a great time here. Also you don't see much tropical vibe bar in Bangkok so it's a nice place to come for a change. Parking, common for this part of town that parking are mostly street parking. But best to use public transportation.

Award-winning Tropic City is Thailand's very first tropical cocktail bar, known for their innovative cocktails, unparalleled hospitality & passion for everything rum. Super fun vibe and great cocktails all around! Love the tropical and vibrant decorations. The place is situated in a small alley and parking is not available. Usually quite crowded during the weekend. Booking is highly recommended.
