Tropical Attitude Hotel

We had a fantastic dinner at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, Adarsh’s professionalism ,friendly, and knowledgeable. The rest of the team matched that high standard with seamless service throughout the evening. The food was outstanding too: the steamed fish was perfectly cooked, the salads refreshingly crisp, and the pasta rich and flavorful. Everything came together beautifully, creating a warm, memorable dining experience. Thank you to Adarsh and the entire staff for such excellent hospitality!

This is Rupal Agrawal.||We have booked our 6D 5N stay here. Stay was excellent. The best part about this hotel is their hospitality. We reached early in the morning and Cristel understood that we were tired so she arranged early check in as well. Everyone was very welcoming there except one trainee manager Sajal, she was not cooperative. ||Also, We were pure vegs so chef vikas and Reshma prepared meals for us as well.|Chef vikas specifically prepared special dinner for us and if you visit there, bug him to make brownie with icecream. Also, chef reshma prepared awesome Upma, parathas for us.||So, for us, it was an excellent stay. Cristel and both the chefs, we will remember now.

Recently stayed at Tropical Attitude - staying all inclusive and it was such a lovely experience. The spa was great for relaxing, the staff were amazing especially the restaurant staff who made our daughters 21st birthday a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and kept clean by the housekeepers who did a lovely touch of towel artistry 😀 food was good and the boat trip from the hotel was great. There is no beach at the hotel but it is only a short 2 minute walk to a lovely beach. Would we visit again the answer would be yes.

Just got back from a 2 week stay in one of their 11 villas with private pool - Pure luxury! The overall vibe of the place is so chilled. It’s relatively quiet due to being adults only but always had a singer / Mauritian dancers / musician entertaining everyone each evening. Then there’s the service - a-maze-ing!! By the end of the 2 weeks the staff all knew us, called us by our names and would get us our favourite drinks as soon as we sat down. The food was delicious and always at least 4 choices of main meal in the evening, including at least 1 typically Mauritian choice. Free boat ride across to Ile aux Cerfs available each day. Always seemed enough sun-beds but we chose to sunbathe in our own villa anyway. The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff are what made our holiday so special! Special shout out to waiters Ram, Sunil, Jevin, Krishna and Jasraj and our amazing room cleaner Kamini - who creates the most amazing daily towel art ❤️. We would give our stay a 10/10 - thanks to all at Tropical Attitude for the best holiday!

Review: Tropical Attitude Mauritius Tropical Attitude truly deserves 4 stars, not just 3. From the moment we arrived, the direct ocean view from our room took our breath away — and the mountain view was equally mesmerizing, creating the perfect balance of sea and serenity. The food was consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with thoughtful variety that impressed us daily. Evenings came alive with lovely entertainers who added a local, soulful touch to our nights, and the island activities were well-organized and immersive. The hotel’s all-white aesthetic is stunning — clean, modern, and calming — and the entire space was spotless throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their focus on sustainability, which made the experience feel even more meaningful. Every detail, from the service to the setting, was simply superb. A hidden gem that truly deserves more recognition!

We had a wonderful experience upon arrival at the hotel. Selven, Christophe, and Karen gave us a warm and friendly welcome, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and ready for us right away. SELVEN AND KAREN professionalism and kindness truly made a great first impression. Highly recommended!

Our experience at this property was far from satisfactory. The restaurant was a major letdown. For both dinner and breakfast, there was barely any variety. Dinner consisted of just two Mauritian curries and one chicken dish – no fish, no grilled options, and certainly nothing close to the large buffet we were expecting. The lack of choice was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, the service was unprofessional. One of the waiters displayed a shocking lack of hygiene. His body odour was so overwhelming that it ruined our appetite. It was clear he had been working all day without any concern for cleanliness, and management appeared completely indifferent to the situation. While the room was nicely decorated, it had several serious issues. The main door was extremely difficult to open, which poses a safety risk in case of emergency. The mini fridge emitted a foul smell upon opening, as if something had not been properly cleaned, and even the toilet had a persistent unpleasant odour. Overall, this was not a value-for-money experience, and I would not recommend this property. The lack of basic hygiene and poor attention to detail are unacceptable. We appreciate that our request for a ground room was accepted by the hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming.

The staff could not do enough for you. Everyone was welcoming and friendly in particular Jevon at breakfast and Jasraj at lunchtime. The only downside was the location there was very little beach but did offer a free shuttle boat to the l’isle du Cerf each day. Food was good quality and a very good variety, however we did pay for the seafood barbecue and were extremely disappointed other than the prawns everything else was not great so I would suggest you avoid this as it was 3k rupees per person wasted.
