My second time here, very nice pool and beach area with pool bar, which sometimes is closed as it's slow season so makes sense, there's only a couple of people in the pool. Last time in high season it was open and fun. Bartender makes great drinks and restaurant on the premises. Nice large comfortable rooms, clean, WiFi and AC reliable, have fridge, TV and table and outdoor patio with chairs. This is my second review as prior to this I was in their premier room and just wanted to relate found the same comfort level in room 20 as well. They also rent bikes and offer tours. Very happy here and recommend. I did see some reviews that mentioned hard beds and but my bed seems fine. Nice lighting in room as well plus plenty of places to charge your phones etc.

I've stayed her several times over the past eight years an I really have no complaints. It is a budget hotel in a great location. If you want something plush you can always pay more some place else, but for me, this place has always been accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again.

Tropical Paradise was perfect for us. They accommodated us after having to switch to them day off from another hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, with constant room service. The front desk/restaurant/staff were super helpful, and the facilities such as the pool were clean and beautiful. Big shout out to Henry, who booked us two awesome snorkeling tours for a good price, and was super helpful with anything else we needed to know about the island.

The Tropical Paradise Hotel was a perfect fit for us. It was right on the beach and perfect access to the best parts of Caye Caulker. It’s a very short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the water taxi dock. Our room was simple, but clean and the AC worked well. The staff are friendly and easy going. If you are interested in excursions or day trips such as snorkeling, fishing, reef tours, or pretty much anything else you can think of- be sure to ask for Henry. He is the unofficial Mayor of Tropical Paradise (and probably all of Caye Caulker) and will assist you with anything you need. The atmosphere is chilled and relaxed. The pool bar is open every day and the restaurant has tasty food. We had a few different things and they were all good. The drinks were tasty and well made. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved it. For sure would come back.

The beds were exceptionally nice and wonderfully firm, providing a truly comfortable night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The room itself was incredibly spacious, offering ample room to move around and store our belongings without feeling cramped. This made our stay much more relaxing and enjoyable. Furthermore, the air conditioning was a fantastic amenity to have, especially given the warm weather. It worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable, which was a huge plus. All of these features, combined with the incredibly affordable price, made for a truly excellent value and a very pleasant stay. We were genuinely impressed with the quality and comfort provided at such a reasonable cost. Ohh and there's a pool😁

Me and my homie Ryan (aka Turbo) stayed here a year and a half ago and still talk about how this experience was one of the best trips of our life. Great location with excellent vibes. Whenever we're reminiscing we think back to Henry and all the fun he helped us have during our stay. He's definitely worth talking to and will make sure you enjoy your time. If you're lucky and you can get a couple of cocktails in him once he's off the clock, he'll show you the best side of Caye Caulker. Reply to owner: you tell Henry that Turbo says hi!

We stayed in cabin 17 and 18 from the 7th to the 10th of september.||I have previously written the hotel / owner direcly with some feed back, but since they have not replied I have decided to write my feedback here.||Upon checkin we were to pay BZ$ 80 or leave a signed creditcard with no amount on it as a deposit. I signed the blank creditcard slip under protest as I did not have enough cash on me. I then hurried to an ATM and got the cash. When I got back to the hotel, no more than 15 minutes later, the creditcard slip had mysteriously dissapeared. So my signed Creditcard slip was out there for anyone to use. I decided to call my bank and cancel my card. Luckily I always travel with more than 1 card. I have travelled the world for more than 40 years and I have never had to sign a blank creditcard upon checkin before. |So for anybody planning in visiting this hotel, be careful to give your creditcard numbers. ||When we checked out the receptionist could not find my cash deposit. As we had to hurry to the ferry, we decided to leave. To be honest I am not 100% sure that I gave the reception the cash deposit when my creditcard slip mysteriously dissapeared. But pretty sure I did.||The cabins could use some TLC. The toiletseat was loose and so was the bathroom sink. I informed the reception about the toilet and the sink, but nothing was done to fix it. The mosquito nets did not cover the whole of the windows and there were cracks under the doors to welcome uninvited guests. |The bed / matresses and pillows where very good and I slept very well. The water pressure in the shower was also very nice and I liked that there was a cold fridge for my beverages in the room. The A/C and fans also worked very well. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. ||The pool was super to take a cooling dip in. Unfortunately the pool bar was closed, but it was low season. So we brought our own cans and plastic bottles. One evening there was a pool party where the guest brought there own glass bottles to the pool area and in the pool. Maybe security did not see it ? ||We booked a snorkeling trip at Henry at his "office" by the ocean. Henry is a real asset to this hotel. Henry was also very serviceminded and it was also because of him we decided to move from our Airbnb to the hotel. Henry can arrange everything you need. ||We where informed that breakfast would start at 7am, but they did not start to serve breakfast after 8am. The breakfast restaurant is apparently not a part of the hotel, but maybe their communication should be better. There is however several breakfast /lunch/dinner restaurants close by. ||Yours sincerely|Michael

Unsure about all the negative comments unless this is the first"developing" country these people visited. Although I must say I was supposedly in one of their best and newer rooms. Even factoring that in I didn't experience noise, uncomfortable beds or dirty rooms at all! Staff was friendly pool was clean, ac and WiFi worked just fine and being next to a small quaint cemetery in a hotel named tropical Paradise was kind of charming. Maybe it depends on the room but again the rooms were clean, pool was clean and all the amenities worked for me . Staff were all friendly.
