Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The wait is ridiculous!!!! Food and smoothies are good but my goodness, the wait time is just too long. We waited over 45 minutes for our meal. The kid making the food was at the pace of molasses. There were folks that had ordered online and the app told them their food was ready but when they came for pick up they had to wait another 30 minutes. We were so tired of waiting that we asked for a refund but were told that the manager wasn't there so they couldn't give refund. Overall a terrible experience.

I used to come here every sunday, but I stopped coming because a new employee that works un Sunday’s in the 7:00pm shift is SO RUDE. She throws the things while preparing the smoothies, I asked politely for a napkin and she ignored me completely. This is not the first time this has happened with the same female employee. I will not come to this place again.

I went to tropical today and picked up my mobile order. Food and smoothie were ready on time. No complaints about that but When I opened the sandwich the turkey meat looked spoiled. I never knew turkey was supposed to look like that .. The sandwich literally made my stomach turn. I am so happy that I looked at the sandwich meat before I took a bite, it even had a smell to it. I will never return here EVER. Maybe just maybe a different location but not Plantation. SMH

Worst service ever received at any Tropical Smoothie store. Employee was rude and did not know how to make order and then argued when asked to correct what was truly ordered. Oh and the Açaí bowl was frozen solid. So we had to wait to eat it. Would never come back or recommend.

Love coming to this location. The employees know my order and make it to perfection. The manager Jessica is a sweet heart keep doing your thing mama.

Some of the employees are nice. A couple of the female employees couldn't care less if you were standing there or not.

Out of every Tropical Smoothie Cafe I have been to, this one has hands down the highest quality food and smoothies. I feel like at other ones they may rush and my quesadillas almost always have undercooked chicken. But not here! All the flavors are there and I really feel like Im getting what I paid for. The manager seems really kind and customer service is A++. Highly recommend this location over others.
