"A peaceful botanical destination where visitors stroll among towering nutmeg trees, relax by scenic koi ponds with floating water lilies, and soak up a calming, sensory garden atmosphere." - Ink Creative Studios
An enjoyable experience walking through the garden and the little adventures along the way. Awesome coffee at the little restaurant. Highly recommend to stop and enjoy the area.

Nice for an afternoon or early morning stroll, otherwise too hot. Liked the bamboo swing.

My friend and I spent a gentle 90 mins on a guided tour with Elaine. She's knew all about the plants and how they were used in traditional medicine and cooking. The paths are narrow so I was glad our group was small, 6 people. No problem walking round in sandals. Lunch beforehand at the cafe over the road overlooking the beach. Peaceful moments letting fish nibble our feet in the stream. Paid 23 RM between us for each Grab journey. Bus much cheaper but at weekend runs hourly.

Tropical Spice Garden!!
A "must to do" in Penang. What a beautiful place; you are in the middle of the tropical jungle! waterfalls, trees, flowers, animals, all your senses are awake: sight, smell, touch, ears and even taste. Great place to bring family.Recommended!👍

It was nice but very small and short and in my opinion overpriced. You could go through in 10 minutes. I spent 40 just for sitting in the quiet but really for the 20 or so ringgit I didnt think was worth it. Many areas were in disrepair. The staff were very nice.

Yelp
Not wanting to trek all the way to the other side of the island just to visit Entopia, we decided to stop by the Tropical Spice Garden on our way back to Georgetown.--it was conveniently on the way, and I'm glad we did. The garden is lovely and well maintained, with winding paths that take you up and down gentle slopes. It's easy enough to explore even if you're not in hiking mode. Maps and clear signage help you identify the wide variety of plants and spices growing throughout, from familiar herbs to exotic tropical species. Just as we were leaving--and after I'd commented that it would've been nice to spot some wildlife--a small troop of monkeys appeared, complete with a baby in tow. Perfect timing. If you're hungry afterward or fancy a dip, there's a beautiful beach and a few restaurants across the street. It makes for a great half-day outing--peaceful, educational, and conveniently paired with some seaside relaxation.

Yelp
Spice Garden - Staff were helpful, audio guide available. I beautifully presented area and lovely escape from Batu Ferringhi's noise. Interactive with teas to try and fresh water spring to drink from. Shame that children slide and climb area was shut for repairs. Lovely gift shop. Rapid bus 101 or 102 goes past the door (2RM from Batu Ferringhi). Kids loved this place. 90RM for family of 4.
