Tropicana Ibiza Suites

It was my first time in Ibiza and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautiful, quite expensive, but that’s normal for this area. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked great. I definitely recommend it. I didn’t get the chance to try their food & I always missed breakfast for obvious reasons, and I only spent one day at the pool. The place is actually quite peaceful, so you can rest all day after a crazy night out.

We stayed here in July 2025 and we had the most amazing time! The vibe, decour and experience was immaculate! The rooms were clean and spacious (we had a 3 person room). The front desk was great when checking us in and very friendly to talk to coming in and out of the hotel. It is about a 10 min walk to the major clubs, but it is a bit hidden off the main strip if you want a quiet escape after getting back from a late night. There is also anything you need right around the corner (stores, restaurants, shopping). We got the breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised when we found out they make it fresh to order off a menu. I would absolutely recommend this for friends to stay, and would stay there again. 100% worth every penny! (not a paid review)

The staff at Tropicana Ibiza Suites truly made my stay special, they were the heart of the experience. Young, friendly, helpful, and full of good energy. A huge thank you to José, who handmade a sweet, artistic door sign for my dog, such a thoughtful, creative, and precise touch. Carolina and Ivan were always cheerful and kind, and the lovely lady at breakfast brightened every morning. The staff at the Dorado were just as warm and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good and enjoyable each day. However, I do feel the hotel is overpriced for the structure and quality of the rooms. The bed was quite uncomfortable and of poor quality: definitely not up to the standard you'd expect at this price point. Still, the staff and their kindness made a big difference and left me with beautiful memories.

Another great visit to Ibiza but this time really stood out for 2 reasons. 1) the staff at the Tropicana, Nico & Francesco were amazing during the day and then Hadji was fantastic during the night. All 3 of them made it a warm and inviting atmosphere. I feel like I have been friends with them for years even though it’s only been a few days. I cannot emphasize enough how easy and enjoyable these guys made my stay, it was like seeing your best friends everytime you come to the lobby. Respectful, friendly and full of advice on what to do here in Ibiza 2) the location was superb. Walking distance to everything you need including some of the biggest clubs in Ibiza.

Overpriced and Noisy – No Rest Here! I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and while the first part of my stay was fine, the last two nights were a complete nightmare. The first night, the guests in the room above me had a loud party with music, shouting, laughing, and stomping on the floor until 2 AM. It felt like trying to sleep in a nightclub. The second night was even worse, with noise coming not only from the room above me but also from the room in front of me. Again, the same loud music, voices, and constant disturbance. This was two nights in a row, which shows me this is not a one-time problem but something the hotel fails to manage. Both nights I had to go to reception multiple times, but it always took them hours to react, and even then the noise continued. Instead of the staff being proactive, I had to keep leaving my room at midnight to ask them to do their job. For a hotel charging €300–400 per night, this is completely unacceptable. What made it worse was the way the manager handled it. On the last day, when I was checking out, I explained the situation again. The manager just stood there looking at me, not taking responsibility, not apologizing, and not offering any solution. That lack of basic professionalism and respect was the most disappointing part of my stay. Overall, the hotel looks cute, but it’s overpriced and does not deliver the quality you expect for the money. If you want a place where you can actually rest and feel respected as a guest, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

We had really nice stay at the hotel. It had a nice and fancy 80s style interior. The room are attached with a Bluetooth speaker with great sound. Many restaurants and bars around and just a 4 min walk away from the beach. And you can easily walk to some of the best clubs in Ibiza.

When i booked the room as a couple, in the pictures it was shown a room with a double bed. After I paid for the room I got a room with 2 single beds that could not be connected. The receptionist told me it's subject to availability. The pictures were showing something else. They did not tell me before I paid that I would get a room with 2 singles. We paid 2500€ for 5 nights but this hotel is worth maybe 1500€. It's extremely overpriced. The bed is of very poor quality and was broken when you would sit on it. The curtains were pinched and stained and had cigarette marks on. The breakfast is absolutely 0 with food that has no taste. The pool has sunbeds for max 8 people. The location of the hotel though is very good & also the staff is very friendly and helpful, nothing to comment on that. But this hotel clearly needs some reinvesting because it's very outdated. The top shower head leaks cold drops of water on your head when you shut off the other shower head.

For my first time in Ibiza Tropicana sweets will leave an everlasting impression and I will return every time I come back! Francesco and Nico gave top tier service and even better friendship. I hope they’re here every time I come back! Unmatchable energy and spirit!
