Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below any reasonable standard.
I stayed in two different rooms due to work-related schedule changes. While the first room was manageable, the second one completely ruined the experience. The lighting in the room was very weak and inadequate, making the space uncomfortable to use.
Noise was a constant problem. The walls are incredibly thin — I could clearly hear alarm clocks from other rooms and even from different floors. There were families with babies staying at the hotel, and the crying was so loud it felt like it was happening inside my own room. Sleeping properly was almost impossible.
Cleanliness was another serious issue. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with visible mold on the tiles, and I even saw cockroaches on the bathroom ceiling. The corridors are in terrible condition: the carpet is old, stained, and extremely dirty. Large trash containers with food waste are left in the hallways, which creates an unhygienic environment and likely attracts pests.
I also woke up with several bites on my leg, which strongly suggests bed bugs.
The air conditioning system is central and cannot be controlled from the room. It was excessively cold inside, and since the weather in Miami was unusually cold at the time, this made the stay even more uncomfortable. I ended up getting sick during this period.
Customer support was practically nonexistent. Although the front desk claims to operate between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., staff were rarely available. I was unable to reach anyone by phone, and the online chat never worked. Even when I tried to contact them during the stated hours, staff consistently arrived late.
Overall, this hotel shows a serious lack of cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, and customer service. I would strongly advise travelers to look for other accommodation options.
