Excellent location. So close to the beach. The pool is one of largest pools I've seen in Miami Beach. I've only stayed here as an Airbnb guest (three times). I love it! The rooms have boho/mid century modern decor.

Location is amazing, no more than 5-10 walking minutes from main common interest places, including a public beach entrance just in from of the hotel.|Rooms, 100% clean, nice decoration, needed supplies available. The common kitchen is really organized. Swimming pool size is good and maintenance is visible.|We recommend 100% this hotel. In addition, the man in the front desk, is super friendly and loves to talk.

Absolutely happy with my stay. Superb location, access to public beach, beach walk, all shops and great food places around. Quiet area of the hotel, private style of the pool area and shared kitchen yet still felt private and calm. It was important for me. Rooms are fine as long as I was spending all the time outside:) but were lovely designed. Easy and independent access in the hotel to what you need and 24/7 support team through messages I liked. Totally worthy the money as long as you have clear expectations from your stay:)

I don’t understand why this place has so many positive reviews because the reality doesn’t match the photos at all. Whoever photoshopped those pictures is a true professional! When we booked the room, we expected it to be bright and full of light, but in reality it was dark, and the bathroom was in poor condition and definitely needs renovation. Also, if you book a room, make sure it’s on the third floor—walls are very thin, and on the first floor you’ll hear the laundry running right in your room. We asked to be moved from the first floor to the third, and management kindly agreed, which I really appreciated. However, the AC on the third floor was so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep. The swimming pool was not so clean so I am not sure that it is a good place to swim. Overall, I truly appreciate the management’s flexibility and the location (just a 5-minute walk to the beach), but unfortunately, those are the only two positives about this place.

My sister spent 8 days here. The central location, close to Lincoln Road, the beach, and Española Way, makes getting around much easier, especially if you’re visiting Miami Beach for the first time. The room and property décor are very nice. The pool is very large and clean. There is also a kitchen that everyone can use, but we didn’t take advantage of that service. We chose the property mainly for the price, which was very affordable.

We booked the room for 3 people, but it only had one large bed and a floor mattress — yes, the mattress is literally placed on the floor. After a day at the sandy Miami beach, you can imagine how uncomfortable that is. This isn’t mentioned anywhere, but daily housekeeping is not included. You have to pay extra if you want your room cleaned. There’s also no on-site parking. While it shows that parking is available, it’s off-site and costs extra per night. You have to walk from the parking lot to the hotel. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming. No smiles, no helpfulness — just short and dismissive responses. Overall, we were very disappointed. The only good thing was the location.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening after a long journey. My daughter, who is 3 years old, was tired and wanted to sleep. The moment we stepped into the lobby, we realized we wouldn’t be staying at this hotel. I have never seen carpets so filthy in my life… The room itself was as dark as a basement, and the light was constantly flickering. There was trash inside, and even the bedding had an unpleasant smell. But the worst part was seeing cockroaches on the floor… We immediately contacted the hotel staff and reported the issues. We also made it clear that we would not be checking in because we were not willing to share the room with cockroaches! Instead of enjoying our vacation, we were forced to look for another hotel late at night and go through the check-in process all over again. The hotel staff were so shameless and indifferent to their guests that they refused to issue a refund, even though we didn’t stay a single night. I strongly urge you — if you don’t want to ruin your vacation or business trip for yourself or your family, do not stay at this awful hotel. It is the worst I’ve ever seen. The photos on Booking don’t even come close — not even 50% — to what you’ll actually find when you walk into the room.
