Troppo Wine Store

A small wine library awaits you. All the bottles are very organized and standing attention up against the wall. Sr. Catherine must have been in charge of the feng shui layout. So much empty space for more bottles. 🤷‍♂️ Onto the wine itself. Even though they have so much more room to add bottles, they do have a tight, well curated selection. Finn from Sacramento was my wine tour guide for the day and suggested a couple of very good bottles that I wouldn’t have picked on my own. An amazing Rośe from Sicily €32 and a Vouvrey €26. Not much of a selection of value wines, €20 and under, but they stock bottles you won’t find at most shops. Photos below. That’s all for now.

Friendly and knowledgeable owner and the shop has a good selection of natural wines. I had an orange wine and a red and they were both great. He also chilled my orange wine for me as I was staying in a hotel and had no fridge to use. We had a chat and he offered me some mezcal while the wine was chilling. Highly recommended this place.

Love the wines, the collection and the vibe, very gezellig! They have some very affordable (and delicious!) bottles too for your friday nights at home or to take to a dinner etc. They also have a webshop, in case you wanna stock up and it doesn't fit on your bike.

Easily the best selection of natural wines in Amsterdam. They're the importer in NL for many of my favourites. Good value too.

Friendly and knowledgeable proprietor asked what my wine preferences and price point were and recommended a wine that is more than I had hoped for. The selection is limited but of very high quality; and it is not a bargain basement but my experience was that I got what I paid for and was very happy. I would return in a heartbeat.

Fair wine collection, the guys working here seem knowledgeable of what they're selling but overall doesn't feel like your friendly neighbourhood wine shop. Too many fancy sake and too few cheap but delicious wines.

Really great selection of wine and the owner is really friendly. Immediately served us a glass of wine when we came in escaping from the rain! Can only recommend
