The Best Dougnuts in Montreal - Eater Montreal

"To the delight of just about everyone, this once-upon-a-time wholesale doughnut maker went brick-and-mortar in 2015, and now offers the option to order online, for delivery (flat fee), or for pick-up at Veux-Tu Une Biere? on Fridays only. Vegan doughnuts are also available." - Daniel Bromberg, Ian Harrison, Rose Maura Lorre

FRESH and SUPER TASTY. This place is a not miss if you’re doing a donut tour of Montreal (lol). The donuts are so fresh it’s insane. The selection is a but restricted, this maybe on purpose to make best donuts for what they have. The prices are a bit higher than the average for Montreal. I will be here again, I give 4 stars because to be honest, there are better donut places in Montreal. In the neighbourhood, it’s the best

Google
For my daughters' Sweet 16, I needed donuts for my donut board/stand. There were specific criteria that had to be met, such as colors, toppings, etc. and not so much the taste of the dough or the texture of the donuts. Also, the donuts must have holes for the donut board. After a long search, I came across Trou de Beigne and saw the photos that met my criteria. One thing for sure is that not one thing about the donuts was a disappointment. The dough was light and not dense, and the flavors on the toppings were absolutely perfect. The price tag for the dozen or even half a dozen is high, but the experience of eating gourmet fresh donuts with unexpected toppings is devine. BTW, the service was great too.

Google
We ordered around 50+ donuts for the office and had almost all flavours. It was a big hit at the office and every flavour is amazing! Our most popular were the traditional cinnamon sugar, the raspberry chocolate, the blizzard and the earl grey. Highly recommend ordering from the website.

Ok so I finally gave in. I told myself I should try these donuts even after a friend told me that they weren't that great. And honestly, I'm glad I did! I was surprised. I really enjoyed them! I had a dozen Scout donuts delivered by UberEats and what the heck?! They were freaking amazing! So fresh, delicious and finger licking good! I don't know what my friend was talking about but my batch did not fail my taste buds. My two top favs were the Chocolate Peanut Butter and Crumb Coffee Cake. And I normally don't like these flavors! Mind blowing, I know!!! So guess what, I'm ordering another dozen with these two flavors next time! TROU DE BEIGNE, YOU GOT ME HOOKED! 👏

Google
So many choices of donuts. You will for sure find something you like. All the flavors are unique and tastes really fresh. Also, it doesn't get stale quick like other donuts I find. My favorite are espresso, peanut butter, and Oreo.

Google
Got 12 mini donuts and I could honestly finish the whole box by myself, it was so good. A lot of the flavours had a hint of coffee in them which was unexpected but delicious. Wish there was the green tea, s’mores and maple bacon ones available from the older reviews but I think they rotate their flavours. My favourite was the cookie dough flavour

Google
Seriously the best doughnuts in Montreal! Always fresh and they have some of the most interesting flavours! Can’t go wrong with anything you pick. Definitely a Must try!

Google
Great donuts. Loved the option to have large or small donuts! Super hip and trendy place. The guy working the counter was super friendly. Totally thought he was one of the owners but found out he has only been there for about three months. You'd never know as he was very passionate about the company and seemed genuinely thankful that we stopped in to buy donuts.

Yelp
Updated review to say I've now tried the other flavours and they were all delicious. Eggnog and gingerbread - a great seasonal doughnut. Tastes sweeter than I thought. Eggnog is barely noticeable but still good. Blizzard - my new favourite. The cookies crumbles on top are so good. Banana Nutella - tastes exactly like banana and Nutella Spéculos - not to sweet and tastes exactly like the cookie on top. Green tea - this one caught me by surprise. Not usually a fan of green tea but loved it as a doughnut. The granola on top is also delicious. Espresso - bitter but great with hot chocolate

Ana C.

Yelp
This time I had the chocolate, cookie dough, classic and coconut. They were ok. I recommend more the blizzard and caramel one.

Yelp
I decided to grab some doughnuts for the weekend and I didn't regret it. My family and I enjoyed them a lot. They're just as good as I had them months ago. They are still pricey for a dozen doughnuts but they taste great. Parking can be difficult to find in this area. I had the raspberry, blueberry, mango passion, blizzard, apple crumble, and cookie dough doughnut.

Yelp
This is the best donut shop I've ever tried in Montreal!!! They are so tiny but the base is fluffy. I love their cream, their syrup and their toppings for each different kind. I would recommend to come and try this shop. I would definitely come back to this shop!
google avatar

Paulina T.

Yelp
These donuts definitely tasted different from regular ones and are lighter in general (I guess because of the coconut oil?)-they didn't have that much of a fatty "donut flavor" and was more tough/spongy than a regular cake donut; but without comparing it to other donuts I've had, it was definitely a good dessert and I kind of liked the texture. blizzard: lots of crunchy cookie pieces on top complemented the relatively plain donut base, not too sweet/not too much icing. Cherry and almond paste: good flavor but the icing was a little..goopy, I definitely preferred the more rich & textured blizzard donut Love that they have small sizes so you can try a couple, and the store is cute.

Yelp
At first sight, when you open the box, they look amazing. I bought a set of 12 doughnuts with unique flavors. I want to try all of them. I ordered the doughnuts 2 days in advance. The occasion was a brunch. They looked very nice on the table. Each one had its own design and color. I was so proud for a moment. But when the tasting started, I felt so bad. They are way to sweet and greasy for doughnuts. I am not talking about my personal opinion only, but all of the guests had the same opinion. We divided the doughnuts into small pieces so everyone can have a taste. After trying 3 flavors, you understand that there is no point to continue to try the remaining ones. If you want to try good and tasty doughnuts, check my other reviews and you will get the answer.

Yelp
Nice looking and creative doughnuts! Service is friendly. They are pricey for the size of it, but worth giving it a try at least once! Taste good as well! They have different flavours depending on the season!
google avatar

Susan T.

Yelp
The shop is a lot smaller than expected but it has some good lighting and interesting wall decor of an owl. Their donuts change overtime and comes in two sizes - standard and scout. I initially wanted to try the matcha donut but they didn't have it at the time. Decided on the chocolate raspberry donut and it was light but not too sweet and I would say taste wise, it's average. I accompanied my donut with an iced coffee which was average as well.
google avatar

Elich O.

Yelp
Really cute place with delicious donuts. I believe their donuts change with the season. Really nice people behind the register who explained everything for us. I like that they have a regular size donuts and mini size, so that you can try different ones. Yummy!

Yelp
Hands down, THE BEST donuts in Montreal! Coming from LA, I've had my fair share of gourmet donuts, but Trou de Beigne takes the cake. My favorite was the S'mores.

Yelp
Had this huge craving for Trou de Beigne donuts since eating them at a wedding as part of the sweet table.. and as my memory recalls, it was delicious... Today, a year later, as I was dropping by little Italy, I could finally stop by their shop and grab some desert. Place was easy to find (logo was sticking out on the side) with lots of street parking available. They had a good variety of flavours available (9 choices the day I went), and 2 sizes to chose from. I went for their smaller version "scout", 6 for 12$ (taxes included!). And it was perfect!!! Portion just enough for 2 to try different flavours and... without feeling bad of eating sweets ;) started to nibble half donuts each while driving.. and all of them were gone before we reached home! All donuts were flavourful without being too too sweet. I loved the London fog & sablés!!!! Well worth the extra calories.

David C.

Yelp
Doughnuts are good not great, minuscule in size, $2.19 each, and not much variety. Younger guy waited on us--super nice, but won't be returning.
google avatar

Yelp
I was so excited to try them out and planned it for weeks to go pick up donuts since they're quite far from downtown. I bought 6 scout sized donuts and carefully carried them to my car to drive home. 30 min later, I'm home and before taking off my coat, I set these prized donuts at the table to eat. I cut half of each donut so I could carefully sample each one. Unfortunately, for the price, the donuts failed to impress me. They tasted quite ok and were a bit oily. The texture was not melt in your mouth as I expected. They season it lightly with cinnamon I think. Alas, my expectations were too hyped up for what I got. I'd rate Timmy donuts just a touch better...they've got the texture I like in donuts. I'd rate Krispy Kremes a full star better as they got the flavor and texture.
google avatar

Krista M.

Yelp
A funky looking doughnut shop that serves up some gourmet flavors. All donuts are offered in 2 sizes standard and scout (mini). We ordered a cold brew iced coffee and it was nice, strong and smooth. We tried a standard cinnamon sugar while we enjoyed the coffee and it was delicious. We also got half a dozen scouts to try later on and I didn't love them as much as I did the cinnamon sugar one. The smores and the chocolate chocolate were good. We also tried the cookie dough, lime coconut, maple bacon and blueberry; my husband liked them more then I did. Definitely worth a trip to try the cinnamon sugar and cold brew.

Yelp
This place has amazing donuts! My boyfriend loves donuts so during our visit to Montreal for his birthday, I knew we had to find him some. The shop is super cute inside, and the staff were friendly enough, but most importantly the donuts are great. They have regular donut size as well as a smaller size (they call it 'scout' size), and in my opinion the small size are a great option. We opted for three scout sized donuts that we split. We got: s'mores, London fog and the espresso donut. All of them were delicious, but my fave was the s'more. It was unreal. The donut itself was super light and airy, and that marshmallow on top was legit. Definitely worth checking out if you love donuts. And if you donut love donuts, then that's pretty weird.
google avatar

Sandy S.

Yelp
I gave them another try but just like another reviewer wrote theirs a weird taste like that of plastic probably the type of oil they use. The taste of the dough just doesn't cut it for me. The toppings were good but stingy. Not coming back....
google avatar

Jackie F.

Yelp
When you walk in, you sort of wonder what they serve, where the menu is, and what the donuts look like but as you get to the counter, you see a small display case with 6 varieties of donuts each in 2 size options (regular or two-bits). We got the Apple crumble and cookie dough donuts in the regular size. My initial thought was that they looked like cake donuts but when I picked up the Apple crumble one, it was so light and airy. As I took a bite, it was just as light and airy as it felt. The spices and textures of the Apple crumble was super well balanced and would love a whole box of it to take home! The cookie dough however was very underwhelming. The chocolate fondant on the plain donut was extremely thick and there were 5 dollops of cookie dough on top. Nothing special about it.
google avatar

Yelp
It was recommended by different social media so decided to go with my husband and try it out. Unfortunately we are disappointed. The store has a relaxing atmosphere with a unique owl back ground drop, very photogenic. We ordered all the donuts flavor they have in small size. They offered two sizes: regular size donuts and mini size. The donuts were served cold and felt like they were sitting out for a long time. The dough tasted stale. Then flavor itself were very different than the one we had before. But because it was cold and the dough's bad taste. Everything just wasn't good:/

Yelp
I have long wanted to try out 'Trou de Beigne' and a recent Yelp event allowed me to visit the facility on a more intimate level. We received a passionate and charismatic presentation by Giuliano, owner of Trou de Beigne. I took the opportunity to order a dozen of his standard donuts because after all... why live to 40? While Giuliano provided us with his presentation he stated something that kind of took me aback... he uses coconut oil to create his renowned donuts. For those of you who regularly eat food with coconut oil or grew up eating it, it shouldn't affect you much (in fact it enhances the flavor) but for me, who rarely indulges on coconut oil, that oil tastes kind-of gross. I consider coconut oil the coriander of oil where for some people it's amaze-balls and for other it feels like they're eating soap/splenda. When I brought my donuts home and had my wife try it, she immediately disliked them after eating 2 half-donuts. She left the rest to me. This never happens. Shes the black hole of all sweets and dessert. I brought the sweet survivors to work the next day and out of the 6 volunteers who helped me finish the box... about half of them loved them and the other half weren't very impressed. Hmmmm. ... interesting social experiment. But how did "I" feel about them? Well, kind of neutral. I took the liberty to try out half of the Bacon/Maple one, Green Tea, Classic, Blizzard and Nutella/Banana. My clear favorite was the Bacon/Maple and surprisingly the Green Tea one. However, the taste of the dough felt was off to me and I'm reasonably sure it's due to the coconut oil. When I asked those at work what made them not enjoy the donut much they all came to the same conclusion without my intervention. That odd taste. In the end, it's a good donut but sadly I don't think it'll be for me except for that rare treat. I consider it more than a donut but rather a pastry made with passion and love by an owner who has worked very hard over the years to accomplish what he has. I wish you the best of luck Giuliano and "a la prossima!"

Yelp
As most reviews here state it, Trou de Beigne's doughnuts are light and have just the right measure of sweetness that complements the flavours perfectly. Today I had the Blizzard, the Chocolate Raspberry Fondant, the Classic and the Blueberry, all of which were sublime. I particularly like the Scout portion, which really isn't that small (I was able to share 4 Scouts with another adult, and we were both very satisfied). Trou de Beigne has consistently offered prime quality doughnuts and has become my go-to place whenever I am in the mood for some.

Yelp
Super cute donnut place! The donnuts are ALL super good and I recommend you to get the bacon/maple one and the cookie dough as well! To be honest the best thing for you to do is to get a boxof at least 6 and try different ones

Yelp
Super cute place and yummy donuts! We tried one of each coz it was very tempting. I recommend you do the same :)

Yelp
Favorite place in the hood for a treat ! Always there when a new flavor is out but I love the classic blizzard, cookie dough or bacon ! Always fresh and often still warm, it's just pure happiness in your mouth ! Be sure to be there early before they are sold out.

Yelp
WOW! I did not expect this at all. Scared that they would be too sweet or fatty, I ordered two mini donuts, the coconut lime and the melon mint, but I really really wish I had gotten a half dozen of these. Starting from the dough, it was super spongy, literally like bitting into clouds and has a nice bounciness to it. Most importantly, you could not taste the oil at all, it just felt so light and fluffy. The melon mint was surprisingly packed of melon flavour (maybe its just me but I've never had any "melon pastry" that tasted like real melon) with a subtle hint of mint at the very end, leaving your mouth fresh and wanting more. Overall a very summer, fresh and fruity doughnut. The lime coconut was nice and tangy from the lime with a nice coconut shavings on top. I really liked the tanginess, it really helped balance out the sweet coconut icing.

Yelp
I've had the opportunity to work with Trou de Beigne a couple times and it's always been a great experience, but this review is based on coming here as a regular customer when the donut craving overtakes me. I love the light texture and flavour of these donuts made with coconut oil instead of heavy hydrogenated oils, and I am always happy to discover a new delicate flavour. This time it was an Early Grey Tea donut with a slim little shortbread cookie on top, which pared perfectly with the cold, bubbly coffee Trou de Beigne now has on tap. Bitter and bright, like a daytime Guinness, I am always happy to have another way to consume coffee. Love the passionate, friendly owner who works crazy hours to serve these tasty morsels up all day, love the look of the room, and the love love gleeful grin of patrons cupping their donuts out into the sunshine on St Zotique.
google avatar

Cathy Yuqi G.

Yelp
The flavours are quite original and differ from the one we usually see. My favourites are the matcha one, the orange and pistachio one and the bacon and maple are really surprising. The rest are good too but more typical compared to those three. The doughnuts are quite pricey considering that for the same price for a dozen of donuts, you could get almost 3 dozen donuts at Tim Hortons. Of course the quality is different, TDB donuts are freshly baked and don't use any preservatives. I'm coming back for sure, but I am a but sad because I tasted all their donuts... I hope they will come up with new ones soon Another plus is that their donuts are great for food porn shots haha ;)

Yelp
Went here on a birthday! Really nice atmosphere! Great customer service. The donuts are beautiful!! The batter is delicious. I ordered the classic, the smores donut and the maple bacon. The classic was one of the best cinnamon sugar donuts I've ever had. The smores donut was super duper chocolaty and rich which I liked. Not too sweet. The marshmallow have me roasted marshmallow on an open fire nestalgia for sure. The maple bacon was alright. The bacon didn't really come through so there were just bits of hard bacon bit texture while eating. Could have been a bit more salty and bacony. Great place for a special treat. Some of their flavour rotate so their will usually be variety.
google avatar

Annie A.

Yelp
Omg, those doughnuts!! Let's begin by saying I am actually not a fan of doughnuts, never have been, but I came across a picture of their doughnuts on yelp and decided to give it a try. The result was incredibly delicious! After a chat with the owner, he explained that their doughnuts are not made with lard, butter or shortening and they use coconut oil instead, explains a lot as their doughnuts were light tasting and not heavy or greasy. All of them were delicious but I think the blueberry was my fave, count on this place to have you coming back for more!

Yelp
Two years ago, trou de beigne came to an event to give out free donuts. I thought their tree was a kid toy... It turns out the tree toy is serving amazing handmade donuts. On that day, I got myself 5 donuts all for myself. Two months ago, I went to the brunch by yelp. I didn't have any because all you elites didn't save some for me. I forgave you all. I came in late anyways. Since it is the last day of class for the semester, I made an excuse to go buy them today to give some to my fellow classmate and my teacher. When I came in around 12 ish, the place was empty and I get to order anything that was on display that day. I got six small donuts for the price of 12 dollars. I got the pecan for the teacher, oreo donut, maple donut with chocolate pieces, blueberry, caramel with bacon and the last one was vanilla. We all love the donuts... Trou de beigne is so much better than Tim Hortons donuts. If Tim Hortons have handmade them, maybe they will be on equal ground. My money is on trou de beigne. P.S come early because they don't make a new batch once the first one is gone. ;-)
google avatar

Tiffany K.

Yelp
I got the Blizzard donut and man it was so good. It was an Oreo type donut and the consistency was different from a standard donut (in an amazing way). It was chewy like mochi, light, and airy, and crunchy with all the toppings. Got just one but I kept thinking about it after I left. What a special donut place, please go!

Lucy F.

Yelp
These doughnuts look great and I wanted to like them so much that I tried them 3 times over the past year!!! No, I can't make myself like them. To me, they taste of plastic... I am guessing maybe that the fat or frying oil they use is just not for me. Last time I tried s'mores, blueberry glazed and maple/bacon. I took a bite of each and in the garbage they went. Even the smell reminds me of plastic and for the record, I usually love everything doughnut! However, the place seems popular enough and reviews are consistently positive... so you will have to try for yourself to see if they are to your liking. The place has a nice vibe and the service is friendly. The prices are higher end, comparable to what you would find in any artisanal bakery.

Dina C.

Yelp
terrible customer service, ordered with uber eats today, valentines day, and I specifically said delivery between 5-5:30pm, and they let it go immediately. So delivered to no one, no one at home, charged 30$ for something I don't even know if was left at front door. They are blaming uber eats, and uber eats is blaming them. What a fiasco, thanks for ruining the day!!!
google avatar

Rafaella A.

Yelp
This spot looks amazing. It's pretty cozy but the decoration is really cool. They are pretty quick to give you your donut order and they have very interesting flavours. Now, I'm not the person with the sweetest tooth by any means, so I found that the London Fog was a bit too cloyingly sweet for me. The Piña Colada though was delicious and completely decadent and the Watermelon Mint was not bad at all, it just kinda fell short after the Piña Colada. I haven't really found good donuts in Montreal (not that I have been decisively looking either) so this is a good pick if you have a craving!

Yelp
I'm sorry to say but I just don't understand what all the fuss is about. I've known about Giuliano's doughnuts for a while now, Le Cheese used to carry them on the weekends. I've tried then several times, most recently at a Yelp Elite event at the new storefront. I like to think I know a good dessert, and I'm sorry but this just isn't living up to all the hype. I don't blame people for getting excited, I can get carried away too, but I feel as though I've fallen into the old definition of insanity because I keep trying these doughnuts expecting to be blown away, but instead I'm left underwhelmed. On paper, and up close and personal, these doughnuts look great. Trou de Beigne makes some of my favourite possibilities for doughnuts, Nutella and Banana, Blizzard, S'more, Cookie Dough!!?? It's a sugar-addict's dream. I WANT to love them, I TRIED to love them, but each time I try these doughnuts, I'm left feeling wanting. And not the kind of wanting like "I want another one", more like "I want a better one". According to owner Giuliano, the doughnuts are made with no preservatives, artificial flavours, or artificial colours, the majority use Lindt chocolate, but they are not vegan. I enjoyed the Nutella Banana, and the Classic. The S'more (the exception to the rule above, made with Hershey's chocolate) was OK, but not earth-shattering. Ditto for the Blizzard. In fairness, it seems the Maple Bacon is everyone's favourite, and that's the one I haven't tried (I'm vegetarian in case you didn't know), but I've tried all the other ones. I write this review with a lot of inner turmoil, because it's very hard for me to say something negative about a doughnut. At the same time, much as I would like to extoll the virtues of the business, the product just isn't that good in my humble opinion. I really loved the location and the décor, and I love anything that embraces the Montreal identity, albeit unconventionally in this case in the form of the DXIV logo (Roman numerals for "514", of course I had to ask). The owner, Giuliano, was a very gracious host and gave an informative talk on the history of his business. He explained that this business came about because he is very particular when it comes to his tastes, and he wanted to make the best doughnut, not just the run-of-the-mill offerings one can find at Tim Horton's. He didn't set out to start a business necessarily, he just wanted to make a product that would satisfy his own expectations, and obviously it has had mass appeal. I am also quite fastidious about my preferences, and maybe I'm simply spoiled by my almost constant intake of sugar, but I'm afraid these doughnuts are just not cutting it for me.
google avatar

Pradeep K.

Yelp
What began as a home and office delivery service of donuts finally has a storefront! These aren't your Tim's or Dunkins but, for a lack of a better term, artisanal donuts. I tried them years ago when my co-workers ordered a dozen of these. My favourites are their espresso and blizzard flavour (what more does a coffee and chocolate fan ask for) Their donuts are available at other cafe's, Olimpico being one I frequent, but with a retail location now available, do make a little pilgrimage to little Italy for these. And Pro-tip: for those conscious of their new years resolution of eating health or watching their weight, they have a smaller sized "scout" donut. So I would recommend a scout sized donut on your cheat day/meal!!
google avatar

Rory F.

Yelp
Excellent donuts! Great selection and beautiful designs. Comic books inside for your viewing pleasure. Some pretty ace merch as well
google avatar

Jessica K.

Yelp
Went on a Sunday morning with friends and tried all the flavours. They were amazing, super fresh!! Try the doughnut holes too, if you can. Favorites were the green tea matcha and classic. Everyone there was super friendly. Super cool owl mural seating area and vintage comics at hand, donut miss the chance to visit if you're ever in little Italy
google avatar

Lisa K.

Yelp
Interesting flavors but the donuts themselves are subpar I think a plain donut should be able to stand on its own but this one was a little sad - and a little stale! I ordered in the mid afternoon, but I'd hope they'd keep them fresh throughout the day. The pumpkin spice and the cookies and creme donuts were better, but still not worth eating imo. I also only ordered scout size, which I thought was a great idea and seemed like a good size, but maybe they were more stale for some reason? I'd recommend chez Boris instead!
google avatar

Josee L.

Yelp
An adorable little gem near little Italy with incredibly delicious doughnuts! The staff is so friendly and approachable and really take your feedback to heart. I was surprised to see that all their doughnuts were available in scout sizes (basically half as small) unlike the typical take-out restaurant that would only sell smaller sizes for their biggest selling items. I was so delighted by the inviting decor and presentation that I decided to splurge on a half dozen of their scout doughnuts. I had the blizzard, cookie dough, maple bacon, blueberry, banna Nutella, and strawberry pistachio. Hands down, the blueberry doughnut was my favourite. This didn't taste generic and overly sweet, it tasted like my doughnut literally had squished blueberries on top. The prices are great too! 12$ for 6 scouts is a bargain for the quality and flavour you get! Looking forward to my next visit !
google avatar

Nicolas C.

Yelp
This place is terrific. The donuts are inventive, light and super delicious, the service is lovely, the coffee is darn good and the decor is awesome. My personal favourite so far is the s'mores donut, but I've tried nearly every flavour now and they're all really, really good. I recommend getting lots of the mini ones on your first visit for sampling.

Miz4t W.

Yelp
When you want donuts you want trou de beigne. Forget tim hortons. Welcome to flavor town!!!
google avatar

Greg R.

Yelp
I remember these donuts being brought to work by a colleague. They were more expensive than Tim Hortons but definitely worth it because of their quality. Unlike a Tim's donut which is like biting into cotton candy, i.e., mostly air, the Trou de Beigne donuts are quite dense so that each bite is satisfying. I tried the maple bacon and continue to rave about that one to anyone who brings up the topic of donuts in Montreal. @Aron G., I am not sure what to make of your Feb 12/16 review, If you can't understand the fuss about TdB's products, what are you comparing them to? Is there another business in Montreal that offers something better in your opinion? Also, as a self-described vegetarian, I wonder if TdB is even deserving of your review as there is an implied bias against their product. It would be like expecting you to write a fair review of Schwartz's smoked meat.

Yelp
To label Trou de Beigne as "unique", it would simply be a understatement. When searching for the store, wether you're walking or parking.. It's tricky to find it without a single sign or logo outside. Don't let that turn you off! Their donuts are worth getting misplaced for! So this is where their uniqueness begins. Upon entering the store, you're faced with two big circles that are owl eyes. Yes, owl eyes! Then a fit seats here and there with a variety of classic comics to read. You ask, all this at a donut store? Yes! The donuts are made at the store it's self upon ordering them. Flavours are as unique as their store. From Nutella banana, to blood orange and pistachio, to blueberry, and finally cookie dough. Amongst other housemade flavours! You see see them on display, and you choose a size(small or big) of any flavour you desire. Do be ready to pay more than a regular donut at Tim Horton's. Now now, trust me, your tummy and mouth will thank you for every extra penny you've spent! When take a bite, they are soft, tender, fresh, flavourful and oh so comforting. Because it's a small store, do be mentally ready for a line-up and a bit of waiting time while your donuts are being made. Why not five stars? Because it's hard to wait and at times not being able to find a place to sit while you wait for those sweet little things! Enjoy!

Yelp
Came here on a cold winter day just to appreciate some sweet deliciousness and this place more than satisfied my craving. These adorable donuts are the best! There's many flavors, like maple syrup & bacon, cookie dough, and so much more. Honestly, they're the best I've ever tasted. The place is small with not that much seating, but it's more of a place to take donuts to go. The people who work here are adorable, the owners being a young couple with a few employees. The decor is great and pretty original too! You really do not have one single reason to come here. It's close to the Beaubien station and you have to taste these perfect donuts while enjoying the decor (or you can enjoy someplace else).

Yelp
I literally went donuts when I entered the store! It was extremely chic inside and gave a very hipster vibe. The donuts were a bit overpriced. The small donuts cost $2 and the larger donuts cost $2.75 each. I split half a dozen with a friend. I tried the matcha, oreo and the smores donut. I really liked the matcha and the smores flavour!! The matcha was the perfect amount of sweetness and the smores was really chewy because of the half melted marshmallow in middle of the donut. The oreo kind of threw me off because the donut itself was not sweet at all, but the icing and crumbled oreo was a bit too sweet. These donuts were so addicting. I ended up eating two straight away and I tried to save the last one for later but ended up eating it! If you are in Little Italy and like donuts come here!!!!! They also sell tea and coffee.

Yelp
I order donut for my colleagues and i and we thought they look so amazing and cute. The presentation is perfect, i have nothing to say about that. I taste cookie dough and matcha donut. They were good, but definitely not as good as they look. I was hoping they were a little more special.

Yelp
I rarely make a bad review but it really was not very good! The plain standard one should have been moist and fresh! It was dry and hard, as if it was stale!!! I tasted the other flavours as well, one chocolate was the best but dry, the others were stale as well..its unfortunate, because I was very excited to try this place.. if you open a doughnut shop you should serve moist plush doughnuts!!! Sorry, not a fan!!

Yelp
Loving the flavours of donuts here. And their coffee game is equally on point. Pleasant and friendly service!
