TRS Turquesa Hotel

The hotel is wonderful and the beach is absolutely beautiful. We were treated like family the entire stay. Joan was super helpful and was there for us with any questions we had and introduced us to Meldy our butler. He was fantastic as well and made it super easy to book all of our Al La cartes and ensured we got a spot at the Hibachi table. He went above and beyond by setting up a romantic setting in our room while we were out with ballon’s, rose petals, champagne on ice and a drawn bath. It was amazing. He was always accessible through WhatsApp as well which was very comforting knowing I could reach out at any time I needed. We had an issue our last night with a leaky roof because of the rain and received immediate help to switch rooms which was much appreciated. All of the staff were super friendly which made the trip so much more enjoyable. The Chic Cabaret is an experience no one should miss! It was so fun and absolutely incredible! The food wasn’t very good at the show but it is still a must see and worth the extra cost.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel for our first time in Punta Cana. The property is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. What really stood out was how genuinely friendly everyone was. The staff always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome from day one. It didn’t feel forced, just warm and natural hospitality, which made a big difference for us being first-time visitors. Food and drinks were good with plenty of options, and the pool and beach areas were perfect for relaxing. A special thank you to our concierge, Rodny. He was attentive, easy to reach, and helped us with reservations and any questions we had, making everything simple and stress-free. Overall, it was a great first experience in Punta Cana and we’d definitely come back.

I recently stayed at TRS Turquesa Hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. This adults-only resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was outstanding — the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. From seamless check-in to attentive poolside and beach service, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. The private terrace and soaking tub added a luxurious touch that made the stay feel even more special. The dining options were impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality cuisine. Every restaurant we tried delivered both excellent flavors and beautiful presentation. The premium drinks and attentive bartenders made evenings especially enjoyable.

This has been a fantastic vacation. Simple room issues were addressed immediately and fixed. The beach was beautifully free of sargasm. Rudolfo with POP tried his hardest, multiple times, to get us to a pop activity but we could never sync our schedules. Next time a bachata lesson. But, we spent most of our vacation at the swimup suites bar by bldg 55. Denis and Nelly took superb care of us. Maria made the best burgers and nachos. Xioana gets a special shout out. Her pleasant and cheerful demeanor is exemplary. Lucianny is a wonderful addition to the Palladium/TRS family. Everyone who has met her and had her as a butler is enamored with her. Best butler ever is still Eury and, in the lobby is Altagracia. Both alone are the faces that make the Palladium brand stand out.

Excellent time at this resort for my birthday trip! We stayed in room 5713 which had nice secluded pools. We loved that we didn’t have to ever worry about laying out towels to reserve spots because there was always space available. All the staff were lovely but most of all our butler Meldy. He went above and beyond for my birthday. My dad room was all decorated plus more surprises throughout the day.

Check in was smooth and they accommodated our room requests. Butler (MELDY) promptly booked our dinner reservations for the week. He was always available and very responsive, friendly and went the extra mile to make our vacation special. Most of our meals were very good. I personally preferred the Al La carte options, particularly La Boheme, and Kusko. We had excellent service from ANDERSON. The Pool was fun and we had great drinks and service from JOEL. We enjoyed the live entertainment in the TRS lobby and the drinks were very good.

Great week at TRS. The beach and pool were great, the weather fantastic in January - not too hot and the odd short rainstorm. This is our third TRS hotel, having visited Mexico and Ibiza. Outstanding service from our butler Jean, in building 51, which is a great location near the main pool and beach. Nothing was too much trouble for Jean he looked after us from the moment we arrived - helping us book all our preferred restaurants, helping us figure out our departure time and even organising a lovely surprise for us. Dolores was fantastic at the pool bar - she was friendly and kind and kept us in constant supply of drinks - she looked after us so well. Favourite experience was Chic cabaret - excellent food and a wonderful show put on by very talented performers - it’s a must when you stay here. Helios on the beach is a gorgeous location for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And Capricho is also good if you want to mix up locations for lunch. In general the food was lower quality than Mexico and Ibiza, we found. But there is so much choice there’s something for everyone. The gym was very very well equipped and not too busy. Brilliant morning yoga/stretching and Pilates with live music and fresh coconut water afterwards - brilliant special touch. Big thanks to Jean and Dolores for making our holiday extra special.

Enjoyed my stay here at TRS-Turquesa hotel. The welcoming & friendly staff and environment started from the moment we met Wendys from Delta Vacations at the airport through hotel check-in with Daniel, and continued with meeting Francisco, the butler assigned to our building and each day thereafter. They are attentive to detail, knowledgable and ready to answer questions about the resort & beyond and give great recommendations for excursions and ideas that can elevate your stay even more. I would recommend this resort as a vacation option and look forward to returning again. Thank You to entire team (including names that escape my memory) for making this trip memorable in a great way. Helios staff...we'll miss you.
