Well not being a Game of Thrones fan it didn’t tick that box for me. It’s €10 for adults and €7 for students. Yes it’s cash only and parking is quite limited. Inside it’s pleasant in a rather rambling way, but unkempt in places. A selection of unusual plants most of which have identification tags. It’s just a bit wierd. Yes the views from the pavilion are lovely but the coastal road has lots of view spots. Was it worth a visit? Yes as the weather wasn’t that good for much else. Was it worth the entrance fee? No. Would I go again? No.

If you're into plants and trees then this is the place for you in Dubrovnik. If you want to escape the city for a while it's only a 25min Uber ride. We went on a Wednesday so there's no boats from the old town meaning it's really quiet. There's no cafe on site so bring snacks if you're planning on taking your time and the only restaurant nearby is booking only in advanced so do some research. Even the locals say there's nothing of interest in the harbour here but there is a few swimming areas.

A must for any Game of Thrones fans as this is the setting for the gardens of Kings Landing. Even if you’re not a fan then these gardens are lovely to walk around in and there’s a new small visitors centre for toilets and refreshments from a vending machine as well as a seating area. Worth a visit.

Beautiful grounds with ocean views & flora. Lovely paths through the gardens. Cash only. Cost of entry was 10 euros, worth the cost as this is said to be the oldest Arboretum in Europe, possibly the world. One of the buildings had historical olive press equipment. Used to press, filter and refine the olive oil. Though not guided, photos show some of the ancient mechanismes used Out of season the gift shop was closed but bathrooms were open.

Underrated destination and a great excursion outside Dubrovnik. We drove here; the 30 minute drive was easy and scenic. Parking was somewhat “tricky” since the driveway is very narrow and there aren’t many parking spots. Admission costs 10 euros per person; cash only. Pleasant and shaded areas; nice place to go (other than a beach) on a warm day. As noted by others, this arboretum was used as the “Kings Landing” gardens in the Game of Thrones series. Views of the water are beautiful. Poseidon statue is very cool. Of special note nearby: Local, very small place for lunch outside an east gate called the Taste of Dalmatia or Lunch Stop on Google Map. Unfortunately it was closed the day we visited the arboretum, but it has reviewed well. There is also a very old tree along the main road where the driveway is.

If you like nature then this is the right place for you. If not try it anyways. Lovely place, with planty of picturesque views, amazing see panorama. We truly enjoyed the movie about the arboretum, sit down, chill and watch in silence! Visit this place, you won't regret it.

Wonderful arboretum ! Must see ! We appreciate the paper available in different languages with information and history of the arboretum, (even if the translation is not 100% perfect 😛). Warning, tickets are cash only, so go to an ATM before. You can park your car, no problem.

Beautiful, peaceful and you might run into a tortoise strolling around the gardens as well. Many old palm and trees. Wonderful view of the sea and islands at the view point.
