"TRUCE Juice Bar, Uptown Powderhorn by Teagan White. Certified organic cold-pressed juice is TRUCE's specialty. Their chic juice bar is a peaceful retreat tucked just a couple blocks away from the bustling Hennepin-Lake intersection. In addition to juice and seasonal blends, their menu includes cashew milks, acai bowls, salads, chia pudding, granola, and snack bars. You can leave your questions about dietary restrictions at home -- every product at TRUCE is 100% organic, vegan, raw, and gluten-free!"
Cute little shop! The Acai bowls were good but a bit pricey for me at $12, especially with the portion being on the smaller side. Huge fan of the granola though!

Great place with friendly staff. She offered to let me try samples of some of the juices to help me decide what one I wanted.
They incorporate ingredients that may be unusual to the average person (dandelion, burdock) but these ingredients have many benefits to your health and well being so I appreciate the uniqueness, along with the knowledge and research to come up with great mixes!

Their juices are all excellent, very well balanced between the fruit, veg, and spice. Very pleasantly surprised at quality of their product! Friendly staff, too.

Solid juice source. Worth the extra cash and love the calm vibe. Hip and healthy come at a co$t.

They have a nice selection of juice and offer some smoothies, snacks, and salads. The juice was GREAT (I had morning greens). The smoothie tasted good (maybe a bit too much banana), but was a bit runny. Snacks look good but haven't tried them yet. Love the wholesome ingredients and that they have a good selection of vegan items. If I lived in MN, I would definitely be a regular. Though, it is pricey so my wallet is probably glad I don't.

Really happy I tried TRUCE out as I have been wanting to for awhile. Cute aesthetics on the inside with options of smoothies, acai bowls, juices, cashew milk and ready-made salads, juices, or other snacks. Very friendly service. The only disappointing thing was how expensive everything was. I understand they are using fresh quality ingredients but I got the small House acai bowl for $8 plus tax and it was tiny. I guess I'm used to Hawaii and California where the bowls are huge and filled with tons of fruit, honey, granola, etc for the same price or less. Love that they compostable materials and are a welcoming space. The House acai bowl was good but I don't think I'll be able to justify more than $8 on such a small bowl again and the smoothies are $11.

The service was welcoming and friendly, per usual. The pressed juices and smoothies are not of the best quality that I've found in Minneapolis, but it is one of very few juice bars in the Twin Cities. I rate Vibe #1.

I adore Truce juice. I've tried juice from everywhere in the cities and Truce is the best. Delicious combinations and fresh. The staff is warm and helpful; the shop is impeccably clean.
This would be the perfect place if it weren't for the plastic bottles. Of course I recycle, but really how many recycled plastic bottles can the environment hold? We're overbrimming with plastic now.
Glass is expensive, heavy, and breakable but I would still prefer it.
I wish there could be a way I could bring my own bottle or that SOME kind of reuse system could be designed.
