While we didn't buy a new camper just yet we had a great experience here. Tsara spent a couple hours in and out of the cold with us walking us through several of the really nice units they have in stock. She was super knowledgeable, and answered our many questions. During this time Ryan was helping a gent that drove up from VA load up his new camper and we caught up with him afterwards. Ryan and Tsara really both know their stuff, and we're beyond helpful in talking through several of the pros and cons of different units, implications for the truck we will need and what that process looks like as well. They have a ton of stock, and a show room with several very nice rigs for all tastes. From basic stuff to the over the top Host! We are leaning heavily toward the Bigfoot 10.4! As we pulled out of the lot my wife and I both said when the time comes to pull the trigger we can't wait to work with them, and couldn't imagine going anywhere else to buy a truck camper!

We bought our Eaglecap 850 and our 2013 GMC Sierra 3500 from TCW in 2014. We have since traveled over 145,000 miles to 48 states, including Alaska, and Canada. For five years, we have lived in our truck camper continuously for six months at a time. Prior to our purchase, we had no experience with truck campers or trucks. I have two criteria when searching for a reputable dealer. First, a good dealer should offer a quality product. We love our Eaglecap. It has proven to be a sturdy, dependable and very comfortable camper. Secondly, and equally as important, a good dealer should stand behind their product. In the years that we have owned our Eaglecap, we have returned to TCW many times for service and upgrades. We have always been treated fairly and professionally. Their repairs/upgrades are of the highest quality and they are always willing to answer questions and give advice. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, reputable dealer, look no further than Truck Camper Warehouse. They will treat you well, sell you a quality camper for a fair price and they will stand behind their product. I cannot say enough good things about Ryan, Tsara, Kevin and my favorite employee, Chester. If you’re on the fence about buying a truck camper, just do it! It has definitely changed our life for the better.

We recently purchased an Arctic Fox 811 from TCW after looking at several models and landing on an excellent condition used 2022. Tsara, Ryan, and Kevin are excellent to work with - honest and very informative on the products they handle. I made several visits and extremely happy with the entire experience. No pressure, answered our many questions as this is our 1st camper, and spent time explaining all the features of the unit and suggesting suspension upgrades for my F350 to properly handle the load - which it does very well. I elected to spend the night of our appointment to have the work done on the truck and the camper loaded along with the extensive instruction on all the factors involved. Can't say enough about their attention to detail. If you are new to this and considering a truck camper TCW is the place to go. After spending our 1st night at TCW we headed north and spent 2 more nights in a campground to get used to the camper. Tsara mentioned if we have any questions to call but everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend TCW and we will continue to return for parts and service when needed. They recommend 2 year inspections that they will go over the camper and inspect, repair as necessary particularly water infiltration at the roof and seams. I plan on doing that.

Ryan was super knowledgeable and made the buying process fun and stress-free! Not only did we buy an awesome truck camper, but also received so many priceless tips about using the camper! Well worth the drive! Plus there is no sales tax in NH!

Ryan & Tsara have an awesome selection of campers. I was searching for months for the right camper and truck. I explained what I wanted to do and Ryan suggested the perfect vehicle to go with the Northern Lite 8-11. Tsara knows these campers inside and out and had me trained on how to operate it in all 4 seasons. I live in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. When looking for a truck camper I did my homework. I was very thorough in my research and chose Northern-Lite due to their construction and quality. I am a very particular person (an understatement according to my wife). I ordered a Northern-Lite 10-2 on October 15, 2020 and took delivery on April 10, 2021. I paid $55,000 for the camper, truck suspension and tie downs. The extended wait and investment was worth every minute and penny spent. I chose Truck Camper Warehouse (TCW) as my dealer, even though they are 7 hours away, because of their reputation, knowledge, skill, and customer service. I was not disappointed in either selection - camper or dealer. My wife and I love our NL 10-2! The 10-2 is very high quality and exactly what we wanted for boon-docking away from the campgrounds. Northern-Lite is the highest quality truck camper on the market. Trust me, I’ve owned a few campers and motorhomes. Bill, Charlie, Ryan and Kevin at TCW are fabulous! Our NL 10-2 camper was ready as promised. We spent 2 days camping at TCW campground to set up our F350 truck and to ensure we took care of any issues before we left New Hampshire. Truck Camper Warehouse exceeded our expectations. These guys know truck camping. They are truck campers! Charlie, our salesman, was patient and knowledgable. He made sure we were throughly educated on the intricacies of a truck camper. He also provided us with many truck camping tips. Bill and Ryan, the owners, made us feel like family. They are very caring, knowledgable and interesting people. Kevin, their mechanic is an absolute craftsman and knows everything about the technical side of campers - he can fix anything camper-related and make it better than right. We will definitely go back to TCW for future needs or stop by just for a visit. We look forward to many years of travel with our 10-2. This is our beautiful new Cirrus 820, unfortunately no one at Truck Camper Warehouse seems to care or is willing to help us figure out why the inverter won't power the outlet that is suppose to power. We have been working with a salesperson on this issue for over 3 weeks now and no solution yet. Yesterday the salesperson told me that I (the customer) had to contact the owner of TCW for a resolution, why is that my job? Seems like they are only interested in sales not customer satisfaction. 8/13/20 update: We met with Bill this morning and he was able to correct all our issues with the camper. The original inverter was no good. Bill swapped it out and the new is working now. This should have been caught during prep at the factory and/or at TCW. And we're still unhappy that it took this long and this much effort to get fixed.

This is a standup dealer. They handled any warranty issues with our initial Host Mammoth without question. Then after waiting nearly a year, we had to cancel our Artic Fox 1150 about six weeks prior to expected delivery and TCW returned our deposit no questions asked. They are fair and Ryan knows his solar setups. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Ryan and Tsara are the go to people at TCW, and they are incredibly helpful. They helped us choose the perfect camper for our ride and gave me excellent options for things I wanted to upgrade. I loved their recommendations on upgrades that are less costly or useless and to be avoided. I would highly recommend them as a Northern Lite dealer.

Bought a used camper from these folks and they were very helpful and willing to please. They have a very large selection and have very nice facilities

They have a great selection of truck campers and a few trailers. The owner and the other employee were not wearing masks and were not observing physical distancing. We felt very unsafe. I would think twice about handing $40,000 to someone who has so little respect or care for his customers.

Simply the worst dealer to go to for anything customer service related. I can't understand why this place has a guy like Charlie doing anything sales/customer service related. He should be cleaning the place with all the BS he spreads around there.. He doesn't return emails or phone calls and is pretty much a condescending prick. I have tried for 2 months now to get an appointment for warranty service. When you finally get him to respond to an email, it's the same thing every.single.time. "I'm not in the office til Friday but I'll get together with Bill and call you back." Nothing....This response started 2 months ago and still no appointment. Save yourself the aggravation and heed these reviews! You will have a way better experience elsewhere! Nothing but empty promises and a true lack of professionalism here. When we purchased our camper, he showed zero interest in showing us how things worked. We had to pretty much learn on our own. However, he was good at taking our check and spewing lies. Shame on me for not buying elsewhere.
