We stayed 4 nights in a mono-trullo here. The owners are bilingual and couldn't have been more helpful. It was fun to stay in a trullo and ours was the equivalent of a studio flat, with big bed, small kitchenette and bathroom. It also had its own little area in front with sun beds and a table. It was well equipped - though I wouldn't call it boutique hotel standard, it was very comfortable. The trulli are surrounded by olives and vineyards and there is a walk around the site which really gives the flavour and atmosphere of the place, set as it is in the pretty Valle d'Itria. It has a very nice pool and as we are not the type to lie in the sun, we thought we wouldn't use it. However, on two afternoons when we returned from sightseeing, the pool was deserted and we couldn't resist having a dip and then lying in semi-shade to relax and get a bit of sun. I think we were lucky to have it to ourselves - it was the very end of September, so not high season. Just one thing - the mosquitoes were a bit vicious, we found, so were glad of our repellent.
