Cute little coffee/ baked goods truck. Staff were excellent. I got a strawberry matcha. I would give it a 3/5. The colour was really good but the matcha was a bit bitter for my liking. Cute spot to stop by on a walk.

So glad I stumbled upon this cool spot! Had a great café frappe with wonderful service from CJ! Great drink, and great service She was such a great advocate for their product and the whole vibe of True Baristas!!

I LOVE THEIR COFFEE! I come to Miami once a month for work, and this place is my absolute favorite. I was disappointed the last two times I didn’t see them in Brickell, but I’m hoping they’ll be back soon! The baristas are so sweet, and the coffee is absolutely delicious. Can't wait for you guys to return!

Glad we walked past here on our way to lunch. We came back after food and had two delicious lattes. CJ is super friendly and very skilled with espresso. They have so much to choose from on their menu, and we'll definitely be back by tomorrow morning.

I’ve been coming here a few times and they just never miss !!! The cinnamon toast latte is absolutely delicious, so are their pastries and empanadas. Not to mention, I’m always greeted with a smile and sweetest attitude ever. They’re such a great addition to coffee shops in Brickell:)

Very cute place! Even though it’s very hot late afternoon, they provide umbrellas and fans with seating. The mocha frappe was really good, alternate milk options-not too sweet. Chocolate chip cookies were pulled from a sealed container that sits inside the cooled trailer-so they are not pulling food from the display which gets hits with the sun. And they were delicious and good sized. Very fresh! Really sweet ladies making drinks! Wonderful experience would recommend.

I had a caffe mocha and a turkey croissant sandwich. Everything was delicious. Cute spot and a great start to my day!

What a treat! We love the staff here. The location and setting is charming and cute. The coffee was delicious and so were the smoothies. The pastries were decent enough to enjoy. We went here multiple times throughout our brief stay in Brickell. More coffee shops in the area need to take notes. True Baristas encapsulates the essence of Miami and Floridian coffee culture in general.

True Baristas is a coffee truck that is located off of 13th street and S Miami. They have plenty of outdoor seating but is best for grab and go. They have another location outside of Bank of America and Truist which is convenient for those working near there. I ordered an iced macchiato which was really nice. Service depends on how busy they are, they can take awhile. The location is great with ample seating so you can people watch while sipping your morning joe!

Delicious coffee! I got the Cinnamon Toast latte and it was delish. There is a lot of outdoor seating and fans running to try to keep it relatively cool. The staff was nice enough. Only complaint is that they won't give out cups of water, even if you buy something.

Love this spot. The girls working there are the absolute best always so sweet even when I see them walking around brickell they make sure to say hi! They know their regulars and what we drink which is always a plus. Best pumpkin spice latte in brickell. Super cute coffee truck love TB.

Cute coffee car! This place has a ton of specialty coffee drinks which I found to be really cool. I think there's probably a flavor for everyone! Had the vanilla iced latte which was good but def preferred the dalgona coffee which was strong, sweet and fluffy. The patio seating was also super cute. Had the empanadas for a snack which were decent too. Overall this place was awesome!

What a cute little coffee spot! Great little coffee on the corner with patio to enjoy your coffee. They have a great menu with an abundance of choices. We had the cinnamon toast latte and the cuban oatmilk latte. Both were great! It is pricey in my opinion but I'm ok with that since my coffee was done perfectly.

We were out and about walking the brickell area in the morning and really needed a pick me up before heading to the pool. While walking we found this adorable food truck for coffees! The location was great because it was walking distance from our hotel and the employees were so friendly. We also loved that they had a few tables set up outside the truck with fans to cool off in the Miami heat. I ordered the iced dirty chai latte and it was amazing! I'm always on the lookout for the best and this was very close to it! My family also ordered iced vanilla lattes and they said they were delicious. We noticed that they were serving muffins, pastries, and empanadas but we had just had breakfast so it was bad timing but next visit we will try the food for sure!

Great place for a coffee before walking through downtown. They have ventilation so even sitting outside isn't too warm. Great service and friendly stuff. They explained all the special drinks to us and stayed calm even with a long line. Highly recommend it

We came here one year ago and loved our coffee. Today, we had the same consistent great coffee we had then. Lattes on point. Muffins were absolutely perfect. Ladies in the stand were professional and nice, joined by a social ambiance street side. 10/10 recommend you try True Baristas Coffee.

Found this little outdoor cafe on Yelp and bonus that it was within walking distance from our hotel. Service was quick and despite the noise of the cars, it was still somewhat peaceful. We got a Cuban oat milk latte and dalgona coffee for drinks. An empanada and espresso cookie for snacks. Definitely get their empanadas or one of their cookies, it's worth the additional calories.

I have wanted to try this place ever since I saw it on instagram. This was a cute spot to walk to in the area of Brickell. They had a variety of flavors and I really enjoyed their coffee. They had a pretty long line and all the tables were filled, which usually means it's a good spot. Be aware that it's an outside area and we we're getting soaked in the rain. We had one umbrella and hide under the building. It was still worth it and a fun little adventure.

This was a really cute place - it's a truck with stalls and small seating outside. The menu was pretty extensive for a coffee shop and there were options on there I've never heard of. I got the cinnamon toast latte with almond milk. It was $8.10, which is kind of expensive for a coffee. It was really sweet, so if you don't like sweet coffee, ask for less sugar!! I give the coffee and aesthetics a 7/10.

We found this place while walking around Brickell and fell in love with it. Our Mocca Frappuccino had a nice strong coffee flavor and tasted very natural with no added artificial flavor one of the best we had for a while. The empanada was tasty and had the right amount of meat filling. Great place to stop to regain your energy

A quaint, aesthetic food truck, serving coffee and breakfast pastries. There was a line when we arrived, but the wait time was not very long. Service was quick after you placed your order. They have plenty of options of coffees and other beverages, both caffeinated and decaffeinated. They also have several breakfast pastry options, including muffins and empanadas. We tried the chicken empanada, which was delicious. I ordered the cold brew coffee, which was amazing and my wife ordered the cinnamon toast latte which she enjoyed. They have a few high top tables set up outside under umbrellas for you to enjoy your breakfast.

Those who know me, know that when it comes to special occasions I'm just extra!!! Jajaja.... I love going above & beyond for the person. It's the little things that count!!!! So how can I not start Father's Day for my guy with the BEST coffee in south Florida!!!! The drive is so worth it!!! This coffee is DELISSSSHHHHHHH!!!!! They even have the cute chairs outside to sit & enjoy your coffee while having an awesome conversation.... Feels like being in NYC without all the traffic & all the people. Estaba rico el café! Definitely a spot that if in the area you must stop by & pick up a coffee.... :))))

Delicious, specialty coffees! I got the Cinnamon Toast Latte (saw other reviews raving) and it was delicious! Would absolutely return to try more drinks. I also got the chicken empanada, which they warmed up, and the flavor was awesome. The baristas were pleasant and kind, and there's ample shaded seating (with good music playing too). Definitely would recommend checking it out!

Great coffee here I like the service and the truck is cool. It was a short walk from Our hotel so we went here every morning we woke up. Perfect start to your day. I like the patio serving with shade and they even have misting fans.

I've been a fan of Cafe Demetrio in the Gables which would naturally make me a fan of True Baristas...but in true yelp fashion one must try in order to confirm 'the goods are good!' ...and the goods are good! Walked right into it on a leisurely walk with the pup and it was the perfect little spot to cool down and get refreshed. The heat has been intense so I ordered an iced coffee (peppermint white mocha) and it hit the spot although my usual go-to's are chai drinks and my usual Demetrio order is a Cafe Leo. With this in mind, I'm anxious to go back and try something different! Frank...the vintage truck is a keeper. That boy turns heads! Lol

10/10! First time here, got the Cuban oat milk latte! Kinda hard to find a place to park but other than that, they were pretty quick!(: recommend!

Love this vintage coffee truck located in brickell. They are serving amazing fresh coffee and some very nice sweet and savory treats to go alongside. The staff is really nice and always talkative. I love the vibe of the spot, a lot of people come to have coffee and bring their dogs and everyone seems to really enjoy each other while enjoying good quality coffee. These are the owners of the restaurant in coral gables I love so much called cafe demetrio, ( which you should go if you haven't been ). it was no secret when I heard they were opening a coffee truck, I knew it was gonna be a hit! these people do everything well and they put a lot of attention to detail into the customer service they provide. Prices are a little steep for coffee but remember you are paying area ( brickell ).

I like this coffe shop, I usually go to the one by trulucks. They have a quick service. I usually only get the cinnamon latte which is my fav. The honey latte is not good at all. It does not mix well with their espresso.

Stopped by Thursday afternoon for a coffee and an empanada - I appreciated that they have water dishes for my puppy. Happy to report that their Cinnamon toast oat latte is divine! The spinach empanada was ok - although I thought it was too thin and overpriced. Verdict: coffee is sooo worth it! Will stop by again with my pup!

Good coffee spot in Brickell that offers something a little extra outside of the regular Starbucks of the work. Here's what you need to know: 1. Truck concept with open seating. There is covering seating 2. Guava cookie is a must along with the empanadas 3. Coffee options can be sweet so keep that in mind! 4. Nice staff Overall a good spot if you're looking for something more elevated in the area.

The best coffee I've had while traveling in Miami! The espresso itself isn't burnt or bitter and it has such a smooth consistency! It blended perfectly in with the flavors I added. The lady's working this gig were super helpful and kind while i was deciding what to drink! I'm allergic to nuts and they knew exactly what to recommend me! Which is super reassuring! Onto the cart itself they had the perfect getup, the food was displayed right in the front of the cart which all looked good, they had a nice size menu and extra sugar and straws at the end of the cart, they had chairs and seats around the area to sit and were playing music for you to enjoy while sipping on their coffee! Thank you true baristas!

Cute little outdoor spot in the middle of the Brickell area. Super easy to have a quick cafecito or iced drink after lunch. They have nice bar top tables and umbrellas set up so you can have your drink there too. Pricey though.

My takeaway was remarkably poor customer service and overly sweet drinks that absolutely do not warrant the high prices. The baristas lacked professionalism in the way they operated and communicated. All I know is that if I showed up late to my job and then gave attitude to my clients, my line manager would hold me accountable for my actions. I would not return to True Baristas, even if my only other option was a microwave and Folgers.

Could be better for all the "hype" it gets First of all I went on a day they were open so the owner keeps saying they were closed that day for some reason Service was not that good the girl taking my order was on her phone and I don't care about that but if I'm there to order at least let me finish doing it I told her I wanted the cinnamon latte they have with oatmilk and before I could say anything else she turns around the iPad I tell her I wasn't done and I asked if they had spinach empanadas available and she then turns around the iPad and just puts one I actually wanted 2 but she decided to leave to go on her phone and I just had to pay At that point I didn't even care she didn't want to be there taking my order When I wait for my drink I get called for my drink but still no clue of my empanada They didn't tell me how long it will take or if it's even coming A few minutes later I get the empanada Honestly the food and coffee weren't that good Also for the price they could be better Coffee was weak and espresso tasted cheap Definitely it's one of those places you go if you like sugary Starbucks drinks I will definitely pass on that because I prefer to taste the coffee Empanada tasted nasty and weird ,definitely not so fresh

Meet friends at Tru Lucks on Brickell. Maria was our server. She was outstanding with her service and hospitality. Happy hour food was was excellent. Had the Red Door Martini, Lobster roll and salad.

Very cute little bus turned into a coffee stand right in the middle of Brickell with a bunch of seating outside. The cinnamon toast latte is 10/10 and in a nice spot to enjoy it outdoors. Dogs are welcome as well! I haven't tried any of the pastries yet but they look tasty as well. My only criticism is I placed an online order to avoid the line and showed up 30 minutes later and the staff had to prepare it then.

I love the concept of the food truck! It's a great stop if you're passing by with unique flavors in their drinks. I loved the service and ambiance but it's little overpriced if you ask me,m. The Nutella cookie was rich and delicious! So rich that I could not finish!

cute place but hands down the WORST latte. I asked the girl for half sweet and it was so rich i could barely taste the coffee. On top of the fact my coffee was basically white. So so so disappointied.

A must try. I came to Miami for the first time and heard about this all the time on TikTok. The vibes do not disappoint. Super cute. Fair warning you'll pay at least $7 for a coffee. As a girlie who only drinks black coffee the lattes are very sweet. If you're like me but wants to try the signature drinks, I asked for 1/2 the flavor. The cinnamon toast was so good! Worth going once (I went twice) for the drink, strong coffee, cute vibe and can't miss out on the empanadas!

I stopped here for a mid-afternoon snack, and what a great option it was! The chicken empanada was pretty tasty, the banana chocolate muffin was perfectly moist and sweet, and the coffee options were extensive. They have all sorts of different style espresso drinks including an option with condensed milk. They also have decaf- which is great because i was able to swing by just before closing for a quick coffee that wouldnt keep me up all night :). The servers are happy.

Cool place, nice vibe, neat set up. But that's not what I came for. I came for a good cup of coffee. Pretty mediocre coffee. I got a flat white. Definitely not done properly. The foam is like a bubble bath (should be silky smooth). It's also super hot, burn your mouth hot. There are no options for single origin or even explanation as to what the coffee beans are. This likely means the beans are poor quality. The Coffee game is changing. This place seems far behind.

The guava cookie was very tasty but coffee was super bitter. Wouldn't recommend unless you prefer a very bitter cup

Ordered Cafe Demetrio, a salted caramel iced latte and a guava cookie. Cookie was okay but coffee was DELICIOUS! Coffee was smooth with great flavor. Wide variety of flavors such as white mocha, pumpkin spiced, salted caramel, cinnamon toast and more Has a nice shaded, seating area as well with water bowls for our four legged friends :) 10/10 would come back. This is hands down my favorite & go to coffee place in the city. It does not hurt that their baked goods are GOOD. Don't get discouraged by the line in peak-hours, they are worth the wait.

I just love coffee and love coffee shops, so seeing "coffee trucks" is pretty cool to me. They often have really good tasting and creative coffee options that shouldn't envy the big shops, sometimes even better! Well, True Barista Coffee is a good example of quality, price and customer service. This really cool looking 1965 vintage truck turned into a coffee shop is an experience of its own and their coffees are also excellent! Great combination! Located in the 1300 block in Brickell. A great location, parking around the corner and outdoor seating to enjoy some baked goods and tasty coffee! I take mine with oat milk (sometimes Almond) latte or a capp! Can't go wrong with a capp!

This coffee cart/truck/camper is absolutely amazing! So much so, that I came two days in a row. First time I ordered the iced cinnamon toast latte and the second time I ordered the iced caramel latte with a ham & cheese empanada. Everything is incredible! The empanada looks unassuming from the outside, but was so freaking good once I bit into it. The line gets a bit hectic on Saturday mornings, so just know you may have to wait, but the service is incredibly friendly and speedy. I don't know EXACTLY where you're supposed to park, but there's a lot next door that I used just to go in and out. If you're staying to enjoy your coffee at one of their outdoor tables, I would just make sure it's okay to stay parked there.

The cutest locally owned coffee shop (truck? lol) Workers were very personable and the coffee was BOMB! Would highly recommend this place. Dark rich deep flavors and their truck was so cute! Waited about 5 minutes for two drinks to be done. Overall great experience. Don't waste your money on Starbucks, come here !
