The atmosphere is very good for catching up with friends or getting work done. It’s not too loud or crowded. There are cubbies that are more private for getting serious work done and all the tables have outlets nearby. I appreciated that they had smoothies as well as coffee and tea because I don’t drink coffee. I ordered the ginger detox smoothie and it was pretty good, very gingery, but I like that, other people may not. My friend ordered a coffee and was unimpressed. She thought it was fine but wasn’t particularly great. Especially considering the really great coffee that is available in other spots on Clark.

Great little spot to grab coffee, lunch, or stay and get some work done. I came here last week to do some studying. The atmosphere is great for studying, nice and light inside, and the music wasn't too loud. I had a lavender London fog, which I highly recommend. The service was great! The internet connection was pretty slow, so hopefully that can be fixed. Overall good experience!

Truenorth Cafe has become one of my favorite coffee shops the day I went. (1) high quality coffee ! AMAZING! I tried the Lavender Latte, the lavender add a special flower flavor to the coffee, but not too strong ; and the milk foaming was perfect. It was not too sweet and I love it (2) the ambience : a special combination of hippie, modern, industrial style in their decoration. The world map was the key element of their deco. The space is big so you don’t need to worry about the seats. (3) they have bagels and snacks, can stay all day here ! ( and even the printers !!! ). Therefore it won my 5 stars review . Lots of great seating options. The drip coffee is fantastic. A range of food options and they have plenty of smoothies to choose from as well.

This place was a surprise. When I would drive by it looked like a small place. When I finally got s chance to go in I was very surprised. This place is huge! Was very warm and inviting. Love the travel theme. Music they play is just the type of music I would like to hear. They serve Metropolis Coffee, which is always fantastic. Their menu options are great for everyone. Friendly and professional staff. I think I found my new indie go to coffee place!

Ok food, but the atmosphere was horrible, cold, not clean, smoke in the air. It was hard to even breathe because of the strong smoke

I loved this coffee! My roommate went here and told me about how good it was so I had to go try it. I like how there is a wide selection of cold brew flavor options, because I like my coffee black and with flavor sometimes. I definitely recommend the coconut cold brew! The barista was also very inviting! The only thing I did notice though was that the coffee was not always consistent in flavor, but good nevertheless!

I love this place! It has a unique decor with a lot of travel themed items like globes and maps, and the menu is deceptively simple. As a vegetarian I was quite gratified by the superb choices and veggie wraps and salads you can get here. The service is cheerful, and if that weren't enough, there is even a machine that can print stuff off your phone if you need to. Good coffee, good WiFi, what more could you want?
